Description - Would like for the Awaiting My Approval area to be a scroll list like the legacy home is/was versus clicking through pages to see proofsWhy is this feature important to you - This is a concern that users can only see 5 proofs per page and have to continue to click through the pages to see more proofs. This is concerning as we sometimes have projects that have 10+ proofs at the same time and this could leave the door open for users to miss proofs that went to that same project if they are falling onto the next page. How would you like the feature to work - Would like to have scrolling like Legacy Home offered to remove the clicks from users and possible room for users to miss reviewing proofs for projects when there are more than 5+ proofsCurrent Behaviour - Does not exist
Description - Please add the functionality to MANAGE TAGs just like we currently have the ability to manage any number of other Components: Why is this feature important to you - Tags are spread out over MULTIPLE components and can exist in many different incarnations as they can be created by different people. The purpose of Tags is to make searches easier, but if we have the ability to manage them from a central location, we can then standardize and improve them for easier searches and optimize the use of our components and Workspaces. How would you like the feature to work - Just like we can currently manage other components, we need a page for Tags, but in this case, provide filters for all of the relevant Components off to the side.Example:FIRST provide the ability to see ALL tags, listed in ALPHABETICAL order, and then provide a summary of all components they are associated with.It should be possible for us to click on any Tag to view it individually and see every component associated with that tag.We should be able to edit a tag if we open it. For instance, if a tag has been in existence as ALL CAPS, we can rewrite it as lowercase and save it so that it is updated as lowercase across ALL components with which it is associated. This should be an ADMIN-level only functionality. Current Behavior - There is currently no decent way to edit or manage Tags en masse. The only way I have found that works in any kind of fairly decent manner is to select a number of components, and then choose Component Actions, click Tag, and then I can either Edit or Add tags. from that point. In the settings of the Workload Balancer you can currently have it not display hour allocations from completed projects (very useful). We would like the same option for projects that are On Hold and Canceled. This would aid tremendously in planning more accurate management of work resources.
My team wish to be able to delegate any proofs, for any user to another user to cover their PTO or illness. We have 100's of users which means a LOT of PTO - with thousands of very time sensitive proofs moving around the system, production just stops when someone is on PTO or sickWe would like any user to be able to specify another user to take care of business for them, while away by specifying a user in the calendar area exactly as you would for tasks/issues - but this time for proofs.Currently production ceases as proofs get stuck with individuals that need to make a decision, this is neither efficient or good for business or good for the Workfronbt brand as this feature is available in many competitor products.
There is no good way for combining various visualisations in a grid layout. Consider the following example: There are two workarounds that are not ideal:1. Resize the visualisation to align them on height. The issue with this approach is that when the project gets viewed on the screens that are narrower that the screen the author used, the visualisations may get displayed with the vertical scroll bar. This happens when the columns are set up with wrapping and the narrow screens make the column name to be displayed in more lines. This often happens with metrics that names are relatively long.2. Add any visualisation in a collapsed mode as a divider. The issue with this approach is that the visualisation has to be name, it does not look good and the users may tend to expand it. ProposalAdd a new Divider visualisation that will look as a thin horizontal line. Maybe with a configuration setting for choosing the colour (including transparent) of the line.
right now, the only way to modify data from the "Activity Map plugin" is changing the source code. According to a recent incident I was told that there is no way to modify the data within processing rules (even if you select to override the values, it basically does not affect the data.I have several situation where the website changed without notice to me and started to collect PII data (especially email addresses). having the option to overwrite the "Activity Map link" if it contains an @ would be super helpful.I suggest to allow "modify Activity Map data" within processing rules to have more options to check (and overwrite) data in certain situations.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Request to have a feature to purge AEM cloud OOTB CDN cache using cloud manager. Use-case: Currently, we use CURL to clear cache using the x-aem-purge-key provided by Adobe for each environment. Can we have an interface in cloud manager to purge the OOTB CDN cache of URL's/ entire domain for each environment in AEM cloud. Current/Experienced Behavior: Using CURL to purge the cache Improved/Expected Behavior: To have this feature in Cloud Manager Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM Cloud Customer-name/Organization name: Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
Currently it seems to be impossible to create a custom rolling date range that stays relative to the Panel Date Range when that range has a variable number of days (eg. when panel date range has fixed start and rolling end, or when users change the panel date range). Without this, you cannot create standard comparison periods such as 'Same period previous year'), meaning you have to create a custom rolling range for every new project, and even then, if the user changes the panel date range to something with a different number of days, the custom range gets out of alignment. The easiest way to fix this is to allow custom date ranges to reference the Panel End Date as well as the Panel Start Date. eg. a 'Same Period previous year' date range could be defined as...Start Date = Panel Start Date -365End Date = Panel End Date - 365
Description - Allow ability to determine where standard components are used in AA & CJAWhy is this feature important to you - It's often valuable to have insight where components are used. This information is available for segments/filters and calculated metrics but not for other dimensions such as props, eVars, standard metrics, etc.How would you like the feature to work - Similar to filter/segment search or calculated metric search, have the ability to add a used in column in other views such as props, evars, data view component search, etc.Current Behaviour - Currently not available except for segment/filters or calculated metrics (without building API tool)
Description - I need the possibility to add descriptions to classified variables (dimensions). It would appear in the Data Dictionary, what is very helpful esp. for normal users. Why is this feature important to you - My analytics users need to know what specific dimensions mean. Otherwise, they cannot decide on what to use.How would you like the feature to work - Similar to normal dimensions (variables)Current Behaviour - There is no possibility to add any descriptions to classified variables (the field is greyed-out - see screenshots).
It would be very useful to have a "read only" permission for Processing rules.Currently (according to Customer Care) if someone is given permission for processing rules, that permission includes the ability to add or modify processing rules. We have staff who need to see how a processing rule is written, but should absolutely not have the ability to add or modify rules (intentionally or accidentally). For example, the QA team who may need to follow the data flow (page > tag manager > Adobe call > processing rule > vista rule> data feed > etl, for example) to identify the cause of some data issue. Or the dev person who is writing code dependent on what the processing rule will or has done and needs to understand that rule.
It would be great if we could track when tasks and issues are added to or removed from an iteration. Use cases: 1. Some tasks are added mid-sprint and it would be nice to know which were committed to in sprint planning and which were added later. 2. When tasks aren't completed in a sprint and they carry-over / move to the next sprint it would be nice to easily see and report off of that. 3. If something is moved out of a sprint to the backlog it would be nice to easily see and report off of that. All of this would be helpful in seeing a team's velocity and knowing what their trends are. It's currently difficult to see the life of a task.
