It would be absolutely awesome to be able to set (metric) Targets and run Target reports in Workspace. We have requirements where we need to show change of the new website performance vs baseline and target metric values. So it would be even better if Target view reports could cater for both baseline and target values. At the moment I’m using static calculated metrics and summary change visualisation (the bullet is not intuitive enough unfortunately ). But in that case I can show the change only for one period of time.I would really like to be able to visualise how metrics compare over a number of periods of time where the baseline value / target fluctuates respectively (eg seasonal changes).
I would like to use my target reports (component -> targets) in Workspaces. Or to see a new improved target/kpi's monitoring feature in Workspaces.Essential functionality when it comes to reporting.
It would be helpful in some of my forms if I coulld test fields that exist outside the form. For instance if I could test a users level, group, team or any of our custom fields.
It is nice that you can set an approval workflow on tasks to prevent it from being completed without approval. It would be great if the same behavior were true when working with proofs. We should be able to set a task approval to be dependent on the Proof approval.
Right now, reports are sent to ALL recipients on the list, even if the information is not applicable to them. I think the ability to create reports, and send only to users who have information in the report should receive a copy of the report, and the report should only contain the information relevant to them. For example, I want to deliver a report of "Projects Not Updated >30 Days" which would tell project managers that they need to go in and update or close their project. However, I currently have over 100 PMs in the system, and there may only be 20 projects that meet this condition. I would want the report to only be delivered to the PMs who have a late project, and the report should show only their projects, and only the ones that are late. This would significantly reduce the number of emails going to people who do not meet this criteria. This is different from having a user log in and run a report -- it will be delivered to them using the send feature.
Currently, when trying to submit a form via REST, you receive a 1006 error code "Field '[X]' not found in form definition" if the field in the payload is not configured in the form. This behavior doesn't appear to be documented anywhere that I can tell other than the actual error message, but this seems like a huge missing feature in terms of establishing parity with other form submit methods such as the Forms 2.0 API which allows you to addHiddenFields with any valid field, regardless of if it is defined in the form or not. This front-end behavior is a huge advantage over other form libraries as it allows global form solutions to scale easily and would be a welcome addition to the REST behavior as well.
I'd love to have the ability to duplicate individual flow steps and smart list filters in a smart campaign. It would save time when building campaigns by eliminating the need to recreate repeat steps and filters.
