Users would like the ability to undelete comments that may have been deleted on proofs. There may be some time limit on when this can be done such as once the user logs off the comment is no longer retrievable but if they suddenly realize they should not have deleted something while working on a proof then it should be retrievable.
If I need to do something in the web browser on my cellphone, the new Workfront Experience (NWE) makes it as difficult as possible to do. The example that comes to mind is editing a user, but I'm sure there are others.
A number of fields are missing from the Field Mapping section but display in Field Management. This is because the Field Mapping section of the instance displays the mapping for when the initial integration took place, instead of a current picture (I am only referring to the view, not to be able to edit again). I use the feature a lot to verify that Mkto fields and SFDC fields are properly mapped at the sync, but it would be brilliant to be able to do visually inspect also later.
Would like to be able to select multiple files and add all users at once (to multiple files, all at the same time.) Without this functionality, we need to 1.) open the folder 2.) select the proof 3.) open the proof and 4.) add users. Would like to be able to eliminate having to repeat each step for every proof.This current process is very time consuming.
It would be helpful if the Project/Task Priority was included in the email notifications.
My team and I have realized that with the transition to the New Experience we are getting additional, and frustrating "Approvals" in our Work List that are tasks we have already completed. Once we mark a task as complete, it immediately appears in our Work List again as a task that is Ready to Start, even if the approval is not assigned to us. That completely defeats the purpose of a separate "Approvals" filter. If we have marked a task as complete it should disappear from our queue regardless of whether or not there is an approval because that creates double the work, and unnecessary notifications for our users.

Suppose if user navigate to search results page and if assets are more than 1000 then once user click on select all it is showing text count as 1100+ selected. So as a user it is confusing to them and is there anyway to remove plus and show accurate. As a product owner could you please check and let us know how to show the accurate count. Hi Adobe, We onboard fresh data in to AAM on monthly basis, and we have several segments built based on the onboarded data. In order for the segments to hold only the data from the latest file, AAM consultants have recommended that we include timestamps in the monthly files and update the segments with the new timestamp trait from the latest file. However as we get in to hundreds of segments, it is not feasible to manually update the traits each month. Therefore requesting Adobe to come up with an option to delete the previous month's file. I have a user who created 4 requests. On 3 of them she changed the Primary Contact to be her supervisor. She cannot see them in her "Requests I've Submitted" tab, but he can see them in his (even though he did not actually submit them) If we had filtering options there, I could help her set up a filter where "entered by" is herself. I created a report as a work-around, but it would be nicer to have filter options there.

Hi there, I was just wondering why can't we rebrand incoming emails from Workfront. Let me explain it a bit more clear, usually Workfront's daily digest email and notification email contain Adobe branding and why cant we swap the Adobe branding in the email with the client's branding. Currently, there is an option to display valuefield=displayQueueBreadcrumb, but this is on the unsupported API.There is currently no way to show the Queue Topic -> Topic Group path that a Request/Issue will take outside of this, let alone group or filter by this and it cannot be used in calculated fields. This would be extremely helpful for Issue/Request reporting.
The option to restrict "update" functionality for reviewer access. For any license level/type, you should be able to restrict the ability for the user to make updates. This would allow them access to review objects within the tool, but just restrict them from being able to make comments/updates. A true "review only" access, (not review + make updates).
We would like to have an option added to all date fields in Workfront to skip to "Today". The best example is some of our projects are set to 'schedule from start date' others set to 'schedule from completion date'. Either the start date or completion date could be over a year from 'today' thus forcing the user to click a bunch of times to update the date on their task/issue to today.
I would like to be able to export the utilization revenue for more than 1 month at a time. Right now I export this for each month of the year and combine it for a full year picture of the revenue forecast. If we remove the monthly constraint we could then export multiple months at a time. In addition, having a selection of what revenue to include would be nice. I only use the planned revenue so the other columns that export out have to be deleted each time I export the report.
At the moment, we have a lot of Arabic reviewers/stakeholders. Unfortunately when they comment on a proof in the proofing viewer, their text defaults to left to right, even though it should be right to left. This makes it difficult for the reviewers to comment and it makes it almost impossible for our Artworkers to effectively implement the text into an asset as all of the text changes place from where it should be.
Would like the %Complete and Predecessors added to the Bulk Edit task form.
I would like the option to share the Project Hours Report via Workfront so that is shows the project name and the hours for the timeframe selected. Currently, it includes line items for every entry that was counted which results in a very long report with information that is not important to our leadership. I have figured out a workaround by clicking on the Summary tab and printing from that, but the report is messy and not easy to read. I would like a more professional looking report to send out (what typically outputs from the Details tab).
We would like to customize the Adobe Workfront GUI with our corporate branding. Some ideas include to be able to add more functions or pre-selected themes to personalize font, font color, font size, colors and more.
Users should not only be able to distribute hours evenly among all assignees. For tasks we have the option to change the Duration Type, so that assignees can have individual hour allocations.In many cases when users are assigned to issues, they will not be working similar hours, but rather have individual planned hours. Thus, we need to be able to allocate hours unevenly among all assignees.
We have enabled process flows using custom forms with sections that have admin rights only. However this practice has resulted in the expansion of needing more system admins across the organization which we would prefer not to do. It would be better if we could grant this section access to Group Admins instead of having to make them System Administrators.
I would really like to be able to edit the font, size, and color of the display text in custom forms. Without the ability to format this text, it blends in with the rest of the form instead of catching the user's attention. Display text should have rich text editing ability.
While primary classifications are able to be passed from Adobe Analytics into CJA using current pipelines, there is no current process to be able to pass child classifications (classifications built upon other classifications) between the two platforms. For example, if you had classifications built off of primary classifications (i.e. tracking code parameters), you can currently get the tracking code parameters in CJA, but not those secondary classifications. In an ideal setting, all levels of classifications (parent and child) would be able to be passed from Analytics to CJA.
When a project is complete and the due date has passed by, the project condition changes to 'at risk' and there is no way to override this.It would be great if, when all tasks on a project are marked 100% complete, that the project status changes to 'complete' or something similar. it's unhelpful that projects remain in the list and are flagged as being at risk when they are actually completed.
Currently we can add fields to the Home and Summary tab via the layout template, however, those fields are only visible to the person assigned to the object. In general when a customization is added to a layout template everyone with that layout template can see the customizations and I don't believe this particular functionality should be any different.Make addition or removal of fields on Home and Summary visible to everyone not just the person assigned to the object.
