Its very difficult to understand if a rule is succeeding or failing based in Debugger Edge logs. It does not seem to chronologically display or display in association with starting, confirmation or return values. there are redundant things displayed and hard to find what you need. I think all that's needed is, grouped by Rule- Rule Name- Did it pass for fail- what data was available to the rule- what data was sent to a platform
For projects where there can be capital expense or operational expense, having the project manager set the hour type at the task level would ensure the time is being reported to the correct hour type. This would override the default time set in the timesheets.
Currently, any planner can run a report to see role/user costs. They can also calculate this backwards by dividing total cost by actual hours to find someone's pay. We'd like this ability to be hidden from certain planners, perhaps in layout templates or access levels.
A massive improvement to Marketo's field management capabilities would be create your own folders for better field management. HubSpot, a competitor, already does this. Being able to create your own folders for managing fields would improve admin's ability to keep track of what fields already exist as well as their use case. A good example of this would be for email compliance related fields, or a preference center, where it's important to keep track of all the fields you use, and why you use them. A similar ideas was published a few years ago - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/ideas/ability-to-group-custom-marketo-fields-in-various-folders/idc-p/260407
We need a mechanism to change the Timesheet Owner directly in Workfront. This update should transfer all hours associated with projects and general to the new userID.
Problem: When running mboxtrace the output show us if we qualify into or do not qualify into a segment by segment id like this:"evaluatedCampaignTargets": [ { "campaignId": 123456, "campaignName": "My Activity", "matchedSegmentIds": [ 1234567 ],Feature: There should be a place in Target where a customer can translate the Segment ID to the Friendly Name.
Today, when a Marketo customer uses a native CRM-based sync, Support has the option to map multiple fields together. This goes above and beyond the detection of Lead and Contact fields being linked in Salesforce. For example, if a Lead field and Account field share similar values, a mapping can be made to support both the Lead and Account version of the field as one field. However, when using the default Marketo objects for a custom sync—Person and Company—there is no way to execute the same concept. As a result, any customer using a fully custom sync must then pull both the Person version of a field and the Company version of a field. CRM-synced customers do not have to do this. Can the ability to map between Marketo's own objects (or at least between Person and Company) be implemented?
It would be really helpful to be able to run a report on a project's "Shared With" column. We need to ensure specific users ALWAYS have at least view access. It would be great if we can also report on what level of access the user, team or group has as well (view, contribute manage).
The issue: Cannot edit a one-time approval process while it is "active" or in use. This means that you cannot correct a user in the approval process without starting the approval process over again.Innovation lab idea: Allow for the ability to edit a one-time approval process while it is in use. This is already an option for global approval processes so it should be possible to implement the technology for single-use approval processes.
We receive time out messages randomly. We are told by engineering that this is a security function but this doesn't happen all the time. When it does it is very inconvenient when you have 20 -30 tab open trying to move jobs quickly and you have to log into every single proof again and again.Curious what is the need of this and how can it balance better with the user experience?
