When using Analytics to evaluate experiments, it is very common to have multiple tables and visualizations with two(+) distinct segments (audiences).As teams build out their analysis program its very efficient to create a templated approach, since the dimensions and visualizations evaluated can be fairly consistent among experiments.Currently a user needs to manually replace each segment reference within a templated project, for each new experiment.This is incredibly tedious and can involve upwards of 40 drag and drops. This request is to introduce functionality to enable users to right click on a component and replace all references within the project.This functionality is available in other analysis/viz platforms; below is how it appears within Tableau workbooks.
WF has a significant gap in Document functionality. There is no way to assign a type when a document is being uploaded. You can create a field on a custom form and hope the user navigates to Custom forms, selects the correct form and then updates the correct field, but that is massively clumsy. WF competitors allow a type to be selected from a dropdown list as part of the document upload process. The list of available types should be managed by the system admins. This will support reporting and risk checking of mandatory documents being loaded to a task or project. In a single client project, there are these separate doc types that we need to assign: campaign brief, data brief, business brief, media plan, print brief, laser brief, comms checklist etc etc, and they all need to be identified and reported separately. Right now, WF doesn't offer this but it would be a massive win if we can have it and it would also bring WF up to the level of its competitors in this area. Please UPVOTE :-)
We are looking to update a data value depending on a link that is clicked in a specific email, we need to have the option to select the specific link instead of just clicked link in email where it would pull in all links. If we could have a constraint of link we can then update different values instead of creating multiple smart campaigns
Hi, Was just wondering if there is an easy way to export only the fields that have been blocked in the admin section along with the block updates from value so it is easier to the admin to go through the list and make changes based on their business need. Thanks, vineela.
Tint every alt row with in a task list for easy reading. With large list this feature would be nice to be able to turn on and off.

Description - There is currently no way to remove a base connection for data ingestion, not even with the existing API.Why is this feature important to you - This would add two benefits. First, it keeps the UI clean of unused or unwanted connections. Second, it would allow for better automation of AEP architecture. Any scripting to generate base connections would need to correctly create a connection of a desired name on the first try since editing isn't possible and reusing the name of a connection isn't possible.How would you like the feature to work - Both an API that allows permenant deletion of base connections, where a name can be reused, and, when a base connection is clicked in the UI, it would have a deletion button above the details pane.Current Behaviour - There is no way to delete a base connection permenantly through the UI or API, but using the API you can at least delete the connection even if the name cannot be reused.
Description: I have a field to identify a group of records.I have four profiles with this group ID in a custom field in the Profile feature.My goal is to identify these profiles using enrichment features in the respective event configuration.My problem is. Why despite having four profiles identified with this group ID, why can I only receive email for one profile. Each profile has its own email address. Why: Real Time Communication Submission for multiple emails.How: I would like the transactionmessage enrichment to accept the association of 1 to N. with this limitation, I will have to use the workflow.Currently: If I want to continue using TransactionMe, the energetment association has to be 1 to 1. and not 1 to N.Problem: Let's have a rework and think about adapting and / or rebuilding integration into one of the formats below:If Acs really can not do that. I think of two other ways to make that sending mail:* First, use the calling workflow by external signal. But this solution can allow a call every 10 minutes.* And the other solution, I do not like it, is to create a table to save information and call the workflow through the API service. But this option I have possibility using the EAI, to build a solution more like a real-time event. If someone has any better idea how to transpose this problem, thank you in advance. Thank you!
The Requests window in Classic has a lot more information and capabilities than the New Experience. It would be good if the New Experience matched the Claassic page.
Currently if dashboard contains more than one report stacked one after another they get some predefined height. If reports have multiple results and list is extensive you need to scroll within that report, and on the top of that you need to scroll separately to get to below reports. My team has a feeling of inception with multiplied scrollbars. This could be solved to some extent if the report height would be configurable as it is with "external page" object.
I think that on top of resource managers and project managers being able to see summary info about a user's time (Resource Management > Planner), such as Available hours, Budgeted Hours, Planned Hours, Actual Hours for a particular time frame, it would be nice if the user themselves would be able to see that overview - just about themselves, not any other User. That way they could quickly help resource/project managers in rectifying issues if they see any or even feel a bit more privvy to what their calendar will look like in the future ("I'm actually not at all available in February but it says in Workfront that I am" for a simple example of use case).
I like the table style view matrix reports offers, but it's limited to only quantitative data, which renders it useless for some ways I want to use it. Would really like to include text/qualitative data, so ability to include issue/project name in columns. We have cases where we want to see some milestones by quarter and month, and the top column quarter grouping with month grouping underneath is great, but then can't show the name of these milestones in the columns in the matrix/table. This is needed especially for things you will have < 50 of in a year that you want to see at this high level.
Allow for the detailed status and links to all proofs for multiple programs and projects in one report. This includes proofs created from existing files in Box. The proofs/proof id’s show up in a proof approval report, but not in the document reports. We need a way to view all proofs including status in one report, and sort, filter, etc. by program, project, with thumbnails and outstanding approvers. Then export and/or share that report so that the customer can keep track of the status all of their proofs in one place.
Only Admin user can share project to specific group.I understand the reason, but it means that the Admin should continuously review and share any analysis done by the analytics team... that' not good for our work flow.Could you allow users to share project at least with the same group everyone belongs to?For instance, Analytics-Member-A is part of Brand-B group. Analytics-Member-A should be able to share the project with Brand-B group.
