It would be great if there was a quick button option that says "include everyone assigned to this task" or something which would auto-tag everyone on a task instead of manually typing everyone in. We have some tasks with a lot of people, which is a pain but also people miss stuff at times. I would be great if the same option was available at a project level too. Thanks, Tim
Description -I'd like to personalize welcome email sent to users when they received access to specific product from the console.Why is this feature important to you -We want them to follow an internal e-learning training we created and so we want to inform them as soon as they receive the access.How would you like the feature to work -Keep the as is format and adding a section in the email template to be able to add text, images and url in it.Current Behaviour - Welcome email is sent with stand info without possible adaptation. We can also send e-mail to all users to notify them but this way is more one shot event without automation.
Enable RCE (Revenue Explorer) to run in your instance's local timezone instead of the default value of CST (Central Standard Time). This has been particularly prevalent when putting together email activity heat map grids. If you are outside of CST timezone or an international Marketo user, your data is skewed by the number of hours outside this timezone you are. The impact of this bug is that you are then required to export data and manually tweak in excel in order to change the timezone to your local time zone. This means that you can't schedule automatic reports via Marketo subscriptions unless you manually customise the data export. When the rest of Marketo localises your timezone, it is frustrating that this one area does not utilise this functionality!
The set up of the MSD native sync differs from the SFDC one in a few important ways. One of them is that you first execute your initial sync with the standard objects only and after that sync is done, you can configure the custom entities you want to sync. One really annoying consequence of this sequence is that there is no "initial sync" for the association of your leads/contacts/accounts with these custom entities. Only if there is a change to the custom entity for a person or account is that link set correctly. As this starts you off on an incomplete representation of your CRM database, it would be great if this could be fixed soon.
S-Controls should move out from the managed package for Marketo Sales Insight Per Salesforce article, S-Controls have been a deprecated feature since 2010 and replaced by Visualforce. Although it is still supported by Salesforce Developer Support on apps crated prior Feb 2010 (i.e. Marketo Sales Insight), Marketo should have a plan on addressing this issue. For multi-stage proof approvals we are seeing an issue in the work list where the assignee's proof approvals are not showing on the correct date for the stage that they were assigned. This issue is causing staff to not respond at the appropriate times for the project proof reviews.
When you edit a cell of a report in a dashboard, if you go to another webpage without pressing somewhere blank on the screen, the new words you wrote will not save. There should be a save button on dashboardds.
