Description -When using Adobe Launch oob, you insert a script to your website that points to "assets.adobedtm.com".As it is possible to get CNAME from Adobe for Analytics and Target (which helps a lot with Cookie issues), Adobe should offer this for Launch, too.Why is this feature important to you -I think it is important, because many "browser privacy tools" may block the domain "assets.adobedtm.com", so the Tag Manager is not loaded for those visitors.I really appreciate that Launch offers a "self hosting" option, but it is struggle to get this done with internal IT (at least for me).How would you like the feature to work -Just like the CNAME program for Analytics/Target, it should work the same way (including a SSL certificate for the new CNAME).Current Behaviour -As I said above, the default Launch domain may be blocked as "browser privacy concerns" are rising. It would be a good alternative for "self hosting"

Currently to change the condition of a task while making an update, the user must be assigned to that task OR they need a view on the task list that shows Condition so they can change it on the task list.A user not assigned to the task, needing to use a view on the task list to change the condition poses 2 issues.they risk changing the condition on the wrong task since they are not making the change within the task itselfour uses still need to make a comment on the task if they are changing the condition, so it's a multi-step process to make the comment on one page and change the condition on another page, likely also needing to switch the view of the task list so they see a Condition columnI can see some companies not wanting users who aren't assigned to the task to be able to change the condition, so ideally this would be able to be turned on/off in setup.
When the backlog is present on the kanban board, any filters applied to the kanban board should also affect the backlog column. It would be easier to find specific tasks/stories as well as see one person's workload if the backlog was affected by these filters. More filter options for the kanban board in general would also be helpful, like by project name, etc.
s.t() and s.tl() both support variable override which allow to set variables only for the call and keep the other variables as they were. For the moment is not possible to call "Send Beacon" with override variables. It's would be greate to (at least one):- add an action that "capture" all "Set Variables" to use it as override variables for the next tracking call- add an option for "Set Variables" to "buffer" variable and use it as override variable for the next tracking call- extend "Send Beacon" action settings UI to have the same UI as "Set Variables" for overwritten variablesSome times you need to compute variables based on page variables (like events) without update it.See also Adobe analytics extension - clear variables on bea... - Adobe Experience League Community - 402972
There is no visible indicator that a custom field is over the character limit. Ideally, the paragraph text field would operate the same way as the Report description field as you near the limit you see a red indicator at the bottom that counts the number of remaining characters available. Saving requestors time with submission.
It would be great if the team information would be removed from a user when they are inactive. I did some tests and it doesn't look like historical data is messed up with the remove of the person from the team.
Would like to be able to customize what priorities are used for different queues. This should be controlled at the queue setup level or by groups the same way custom statuses are able to be organized. Our use case is: our design team uses an array of statuses (low, high, urgent, a custom status 'quick-turn') but our other teams only want to allow 1-2 priorities (normal and urgent). These priorities tie to our overall team's SLAs so it is hard to come up with different SLAs for all of the priority options just because Workfront only allows you to set them system wide.
Description - I'd like to be able to leave notes or descriptions on workflow canvases, perhaps an extra tab space on all activities to write notes for marketers? and then change the activity with an icon on the corner which shows notes are inside, perhaps even bring up a popup showing the notes or summary on highlight of the activity Icon. Also allow to add notes on canvases, see examples below. Current Behaviour - non
I would love to have planner functionality on a day level. I believe this can be achieved in 2 ways:drill down planner to 1 day view (1week on screen)add sum of hours visible in Workload balancer (at the top or at the bottom)Its a struggle to understand how many hours in total there are available in the team on a given day. For tasks that need to be handled urgently it is essential to quickly understand if the team at all has capacity and if yes which resource exactly. Latter is somehow handled by Workload balancer, but data contained there is nowhere in the system summarized per day. Its not even easily available via API, which could a workaround.
Hi, admin users need to quickly open multiple sections of Adobe UI at the same time. For instance we are working on settings (admin section) and we need to quickly check data (workspace section). Today the top menu does not allow to use the "open in a new window" command in browser, so we struggle with this UX issue. Can we change this behaviour please?
In the old debugger it was possible to navigate through the events with the arrow keys, so you would not have to scroll all the way to the bottom to drag the horizontal navigation bar. We are utilising a lot of parameters, meaning the horizontal scroll bar is hidden from view, and not easily accessible. That feature of scrolling with the arrow keys is missing from the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, so that you quickly lose overview of the events, when you have many parameters. Can you please add this feature (again)? Thanks 🙂
Currently only 5 rows can be displayed at a time, need ability to set the number of rows like standard reports have. This is a critical upgrade for us, as now you have to go page by page to see 5 rows at a time.
Adding something on the side bar to add Adobe fonts into the email creative. We use Open Sans in our typography for all creatives and having the option to add webfonts to our email from the email designer would be great. Especially for the non email coders that would need to make emails on the fly.
Add flexibility to change the work week schedule in workload balancer to Monday through Sunday versus the Sunday through Saturday model. Currently this can be adjusted for time sheets but unable to change the work week in Resourcing/Workload Balancer.
