We want to create Zendesk tickets from Marketo forms - does anyone know of anything out of the box that does this?We could potentially use Webhooks to call the Zendesk API, but if there is something already available I'd be keen to see it.
The Opportunity Influence Analyzer is great per opportunity, but it would be great to see the interactions in a list format, and then in aggregate. Hi,Currently it is not possible to set up a subscription for RCE dashboard for non Marketo users.Please enable this feature as our management (Non - Marketo users) would like to get visibility into Marketo activities. It is painful to create snapshots of RCE dashboard and paste them into PowerPoint slides every week. Chandini

One of the slowest areas of the product for me is when I try and find a Marketo landing page in a visits webpage / clicks link trigger/filter. It would be great if a little logic could be written into the SQL query such that if a user inputs a space, it automatically stops looking at html URLs and only searches the Marketo naming (Program Name.Page Name).I can typically type my 30 character program/page name combination before the query finishes to show me results. This seems like an easy way to speed up this process. If it contains a space in what the user inputs then just stop searching the HTML URLs.
Hi,I need to have one of my progressive profiling form be translated in Brazilian-Portuguese. Is there a way I can pull all the fields (and content of drop-down lists) so I can send my translator what needs to be translated?If this is not possible, it would be great to add this new feature. It'd be flippin' sweet to be able to export members from a program instead of having to create a list to export them.
Would be nice to have different fallback pages that would work based on some words in the URL or name of the original page or URL parameter. We have several types of LPs and each type needs its own fallback page.
So, here is a scenario we don't know how to accomplish with Marketo - but would VERY much like to.We offer Gold Contracts (think product insurance for products/updates) often through our Channel Distribution teams.These are named individuals with unique ID/PINS in our system that we communicate their entitlements to.Our distributors are wanting to be CC'd on the end-users welcome message (or an equivalent notification) that the users contract has been initiated.So there is a relationship between who we are communicating with and where they purchased. We can have that information in a discreet field, but we don't know how to make the program systematically work. So if we do a trigger to respond to the user, how do we have it email a corresponding address?I've had the same requests from our direct sales teams - they like to be CC'd on certain emails sent to customers (not always a lead/account owner) - so the need to refer to a designated field.I'd also like the ability of using this field and perhaps connect it to a smartlist - would use this functionality for staff seed lists.
Currently, the Outlook plugin is supported for the 2003 thru 2010 Outlook platforms. Can you please add the 2013 edition of Outllok to the supported editions?
Thought I would share.Through trial and error, when you embed a brightcove video on a Marketo page follow these steps. From Brightcove, copy over the code for a BLOG (not a web page) Drag html element onto the page and copy the code into it. Position the video where you want it on the page. For some reason it wouldn’t let me drag the video to position. Hi there,Not sure if there's a way to do this so I thought I'd post - I'd like a way to exclude auto-responder emails from the email performance reports. I know you can select ways of including certain emails, but I'd prefer just to have a rule to say "Don't show email performance where email name contains: confirmation."Does anyone know if that's an option? It seems like that'd give us a truer since of our email performance for invites and offers.
It would be great if we had the option of enabling the form prefill option only on select forms rather than across the entire instance. Perhaps we could have it as an option when creating a specific form rather than having to make a blanket choice for all forms?Maybe this is a unique application of the prefill feature, but in our case we have a number of different sales lines gearing unique programs towards many different types of external contacts. It would be helpful to have the prefill as an option depending on the specfic group that will be using that form. Thoughts??
We created a new field that we hoped would allow us to have a running tab of lead sources. We called this the "Running Lead Source". I had hoped that if we triggered the campaign with every Lead Source change to update the Running Lead Source with "{{lead.Lead Source}}, {{lead.Running Lead Source (L)}}" that would allow us not to lose the data already collected in the Running Lead Source field. However, I do not believe this is working.Is there a way to update the field without replacing the current value? If not, there should be.
It would be great if we could insert a custom time to send out an email. Currently the Wait step allows you to select an hour but it would be much more beneficial if we could send a reminder to customers about a webinar 15-30 mins before the event instead of only 1hr before.
Every month I send out a a YTD report on the leads we have added to the system that includes the opportunity columns. This report has a bug in it in that the Opportunity headers have "Not Won" as a column header but it should read "Closed" As you can see in the last row the percentage totals for Opportunities Won is based on the "Not Won" column. Every month I have to explain this report and it gets very frustrating. I reported it as a case to Marketo last month and was told that engineering is aware of it but they don't have an estimate of when it will be fixed. This is extremely frustrating for something that seems such a simple fix. Am I missing something here? Is it more difficult to change a column header than I think? More importantly how do bugs get prioritized. It would be really awesome if we could see a list of known issues and their priority. Jodi
It would be great if we could cache a analytic reports for background processing, like we can cache a smart list.
It would be really beneficial if there was a bookmark section in each article on Marketo Community. There are many articles that I stumble upon and would love to be able to save them to a folder in my profile or something. It usually takes me a while to find an article.Thanks!
I would like to begin doing A/B testing with my emails while utilizing our smart lists. I am looking for a way to split a smart list within marketo, so each time I send an A/B email I don't have to pull a list from Sales Force and upload two lists into Marketo. Is there a way to do this that exists or a way we could make this happen?
Like many applications these days, streamlining the upload process is critical. 95% of the time, I am uploading new images for emails and landing pages, making the library less valuable. It would make it much quicker/more efficient to be able to upload your images directly into the email or landing page designer.Please add this feature :)
I would like to see the tokens work when I send a test email from the email design view. Currently you see the token code in the test email. It would be nice to be able to seeall o0f the tokens working so we are sure the entire email is ok.
When importing data, Marketo should allow you to set criteria so as not to enter in data that could be in other regions or perhaps in another list. For example, if you have a large lead list that you received from a tradeshow and one list is all of the attendees and another is just a list of attendees who visited your booth, Marketo should allow you to import in both sets of data without cleaning them first. You would enter in the booth visitors as a normal static list entitled 'Tradeshow123AttendedBooth' then uploade the full attendee list with criteria so that you don't add any of the booth visitors in the 'JustAttendedTradeshow123' list. When entering in the full attendee list you would code, Don't add lead to 'JustAttendedTradeshow123' List if included in 'Tradeshow123Attended'.Does this make sense? Then I don't have to clean the data! YEAH!

Please add an ability to batch replace files in the Design Studio tab's Images and Files folder.We just finished a redesign of all our collateral and now are faced with the prospect of individually replacing dozens and dozens of files. I pity the company with hundreds of collateral pieces that need to be replaced :0(
When importing a list, in "Step 2 Import Preview,” it would be great if the pick lists for data mapping were searchable. So when you type in “e” the list jumps to all options that start with “e” and so on…
