Hi all   We have an unknown number of records that were flagged Email Invalid over the past couple of years, but have subsequently had the email address updated in SFDC by our sales team. Until today, we didn't have a Smart Campaign in place that identified changes to the Email Address field and switched Email Invalid to False.   I tried creating a batch campaign looking for historic email address changes - but this doesn't seem to work. I assume this is related to the data retention period of 90 days.   Any advice or workaround would be appreciated. Concerned we have a good number of records in our database that now have valid email addresses but are still flagged invalid...   Thanks

If I rename all of my programs to follow a new naming convention, will I have to edit my campaigns and smart lists that use the names of these programs (for example, the filter 'is member of program, program name is X) as well?

Will this logic pause all contacts from the trigger AND the filters, or the trigger OR the filters?  

Hi everyone,   Is anyone using Twilio SMS reminders for webinars and included the {{member.webinar url}} token in the body of the message? Our webinar attendance seems to not be fantastic, which might be webinar fatigue and all that, but we consistently see about 20% attendance. We didn't include the joining link in the calendar links until very recently so I can't confirm if there's been any improvement so far (first webinar using this is taking place at the end of the month). I was thinking however to include the joining link  in the Twilio SMS reminder we send 30 minutes before the start of the webinar to check if it would improve numbers at all. We only send the reminders to contacts based in the US and being based in the UK I can seem to be able to test the SMS reminder on myself.    I would appreciate any suggestion if this might work or if it's not even worth further looking into.   Many thanks for your help,  Maddie

Hi I would need an exhaustive list of all our tokens that I can use. To know if they apply to lead, or contact or company and I would also need their matching in SFDC. Is this something that can be done? Can I export any excel fil to have this kind of information? I would like to go further in using dynamic fields, but without this kind of information, I just can't 😞 Thanks a lot for your help and time

Hello, I have been researching the community in search of a solution for the following scenario, but wasn't successful. If this has been answered, my apologies in advance.   SCENARIO: Our DB has lots of email addresses that are deduped on First Name. We have set this up because many couples and family members will share the same email address in our industry.    If an email is unsubscribed that share another record, do both of those dedupe records get unsubscribed from Marketo? Or does only the record for one of the records gets unsubscribed. Is this different from a Marketo admin manually going in to unsubscribe a record?   Thanks for any insight on how this works.

I did some research that asks me to click on help > subscription info, but there is no such option when i click on help I've also looked through all my admin settings but can't find any

Hi,How do I stay logged in on several tabs?If I open Marketo in one tab and then in a second tab, Marketo requires me to log in again in the new, second, tab. Once I do this, of course, the first tab expires.So how can I work with Marketo in multiple tabs?Thanks for your help!Best,Axel

What is the best way to set up a webhook firing on a specific DVC event (opt in/out)? We have an SMS perference form and want to trigger a webhook to remove/add a subscription in the SMS platform via an API. I tried to set up a campaign, but it looks like webhook firing is only available in a "batch" campaign which is scheduled at the minimum "daily". Am I missing something? This campaign should be "always-on".

Is there a way to set a limit on a form so that the user is prompted that they have written too much?   We recently had a user complete a form with roughly 4k characters inc spaces. Whilst the form was found on the backend of Marketo, we weren't sent an email notification.   We need to be able to restrict the character count as ideally, we don't want them submitting lots of information.    Thanks! 

Someone moved a folder and I'd like to know who. It seems like the Audit Log doesn't capture folder moves, only create, edit, and delete. Is this correct?

I'm new to Marketo and my form that has a drop down can be submitted without the drop down being selected by a user. We currently have "Select" as the default value, so I assume that is why it is allowing the submission, so is there a way around this?

I've found info on creating campaigns to send an email on a client's birthday. The campaign is launching correctly. However, we have more campaign members added and I did not see the list increase. The original run started @ 626 with 549 in waitstep. Once we update the DOB for clients the members should be 1,347 with others in the pending waitstep.The Flow step is the same for both - just a different email sent.I have 2 Trigger Campaigns since the groups need to be separated for 2 different emails:1 group has 1,247 members, the other will be 100 members.The trigger campaign that has 626 members worked without stacking the Data Value Changed trigger + filter - we want to make sure it is secure - so we added the filter to the logic. The remaining logic that you do not see has filters used for most campaigns and have worked in the past.The recurring batch has 1,246 and is scheduled for every day @8am. The second Recurring batch has 100 members.Yet, this is not showing for the trigger

Hello, our unsubscription form has been creating new people in the database. Although their unsubscribe option has been set to true, a new record is being created. Another issue I've been facing is the form prefill not working even though its been enabled   Has anybody been facing this issue? and what have you been doing to mitigate this?

Playing around with Executable Campaigns. Are you able to use Executable to change parent program status?   Trying to create an executable campaign for web form fill campaigns. When I pull in 'change program status' and try to use Program = {{program.id}} or {{program.name}} and try to paste "Filled Out Form",  will not save the pasted status.   Is there a post on this? Was unable to find anything. Thanks

Our team is eager to track all asset engagement via program membership. There are roughly ~300 gated assets and ~500 ungated assets on the website, making the total count of programs about ~800.  Volume is expected to grow over time.  What is the best set up for a large volume of programs, without slowing down our instance's operating speed? Email is not a factor as no emails are sent when an asset is engaged with.
