I've added a checkbox to our form and it appears it is creating a second empty label. Any ideas how to remove that?

With a Marketo Integration is it possible to use Qualtrics as a landing page like Marketo forms? Or to push form data into Qualtric surveys? Though I would prefer the former because I understand Qualtrics better with display logic and branching etc. 

Hi All,   We are using Marketo with the standard SFDC sync.    We have a use case where a survey gets associated to the customer in SFDC. Through our object sync, we use that survey object to trigger the survey email to the customer in Marketo in their preferred language (e.g. French). This part is working well.   If the person answers "No" to a specific question in the survey then we have another daily batch campaign in Marketo that looks for any contacts that have a survey with that question having answer of "no". We then also pull the retailer contact name and retailer contact email and use that to send an alert via Marketo. This part is working well.   The problem is that the Customer contact's preferred language might be French, but the retailer contact's preferred language is Spanish. Because we are sending this as an alert the email is going out to the retailer in French.    Does anybody know if there is a way send this email to the retailer co

Hi,  We're running a review exercise and we would need to get to a report that would indicate all the smartcampaigns with all their smartlist details. Basically we would need to know which smartcampaing has form submissions as a trigger and, if there is a constraint (like Referrer), what would its value be.  Campaign Inspector helps identifying all the smartcampaings triggered by form submissions, but without any further detail.  Any help much appreciated.  Thanks,

Hi all-- we're working with a dynamic campaign which pulls data from Salesforce including the "Account Contact Owner" field. For some reason, when we change that field on Salesforce, it doesn't pull into Marketo, therefore emails are being sent from the wrong account owners. We also are unable to edit (or even see) that field from within each profile on Marketo (see image below). Any suggestions for solving this? Thank you in advance!!   

Hello.  I have created an interest form using "Rich Text" to allow users to write in a response. I selected "always show" under the visibility rules, but it automatically keeps reverting back to "show".  How do I prevent this or another rule I need to use.    On my landing page, the box to write in an answer does not appear. Hello! I am building several email templates for my Sales team to send through Outlook via the plugin. We also use Dynamics 365 and have that plugin as well. I am doing some testing, and the tokens are not pulling in the information. This is the process I'm following: In Outlook, click "Marketo Message" and select template, and click OK Type in the email address in TO box and click Dynamics 365 button and select the appropriate record in the CRM Click Send & Track with Marketo. This pulls up a preview of the email, but the tokens aren't pulling in the information. When I send it, the tokens still aren't pulling in the information. Is there a step I'm missing? Or do tokens not work with the plugin?

Hey Marketo community,   A weird thing happened with one of our graphic designers a few weeks ago when he was editing an asset. As he was making changes, his computer froze. Then, when he went back into the asset itself when opening in the email editor, the email had reverted back to an email template one of our consultants created months ago. But, when we previewed the email, you could see the changes he had made. Essentially, the preview did not match the email editor at all.  Any idea what happened here? We ended up having to rebuild the email from scratch. 

Marketo's email reporting summarized performance across unique assets and campaigns per contact, rather than per individual send of that asset or campaign. For example, if we send the same email asset through the same campaign 5 separate times to the same 50k contacts, Marketo reports 50k emails sent, rather than 250k. In most cases, you can just clone the sending campaign or email asset and rename it to differentiate performance between sends.   However, we're planning to create an email with dynamically populated content and send it on a recurring basis (daily or weekly) to the same audience. The email asset's content changes for each send since it is being populated dynamically via formatted JSON content in a lead record, however the specific asset in Marketo will stay the same. Hi all,  I have been in the process of building out a custom email template, using a pre-made Marketo template as the base.  I am having a bit of trouble with the responsive design of one specific section (pics attached of desktop and mobile view for reference).  Ideally, I would like the section to stack and center on mobile.  I have added in a bit of media query to center align and resize on mobile, but it doesn't seem to be responding.  Does anyone know if that is even possible in Marketo?

Hello,   In setting up our instance to ensure email deliverability, we are looking into using an email subdomain, such as email.example.com, for outbound emails from Marketo. Is this a critical step in setting up a successful Marketo instance?    If so, what are the best practices for using a new email subdomain as the "From address"? Should we create a central email address on that subdomain, like user@email.example.com?  Or should we create a number of emails, such as specific.user@email.example.com?     Any further documentation outside of the Setup Outline would be appreciated, as we use Google for our email and I noticed it mentions needing an abuse@ and postmaster@ email in order for an email domain to work in Marketo, which seems to require extra steps for Google users.

Hello,   I'm working on some form validation in marketo. The current setup is a webhook connected to an external email validation service. On form submit, marketo launches the webhook and stores the email status (valid, invalid, accept all, etc.) in a custom field. This works well on post-submit, however we are looking to introduce some validation prior to the form being submitted as well. This way, we prevent invalid emails from ever entering the database, plus potential leads entering invalid emails have the opportunity to re-enter valid ones. Regex or other kinds of format detection don't always work reliably so I want to avoid using those methods if possible.   When testing the webhook, we found the response time is almost instantaneous, which is why I was wondering if there is a way to launch the webhook when someone attempts to submit the form, then have a short wait step, and then only successfully submit the form if the webhook returns the email status as 'valid'.
