Hi,I am trying to figure our why some members from are CRM qualify for a Smart Campaign but they are not receiving emails.Is there a way to see the history of users blocked from a Smart Campaign on a certain day?

If we set up Marketo Sales Insight to allow salespeople to send Marketo-based emails through CRM, can we somehow limit the salespeople to only be able to send emails to clients/prospects in their territory?

How do you (how do I) create a Smart Campaign for an event to identify those that 'Attended'? I know this can be done but I can't quite figure out the logic. Feels like this should be simple. 🙂   I assume the Flow will have 'Change Program Status' to New Status: 'Webinar > Attended'   But how is that info passed from Zoom to Marketo?   Thanks!   Ronn

I created a field in the contact entity in Dynamics yesterday around 1pm est. It has yet to come over into the field sync details in marketo for me to select.Do I have to sync the schema from Dynamics first? What might be blocking it from coming over into Marketo? I created the same field on the lead entity the day before and it came into Marketo without issue.@Dan Stevens. I am told you are a dynamics expert and may be able to assist. Hello Marketo Experts,   Is there a way to update a Marketo field with data from a Launchpoint partner's trigger?   for e.g. trigger = "Fill out Linkedin Lead Gen form" passes with "Lead Gen Campaign Name" as a constraint. I need to update a Marketo field with the value that gets passed in "Lead Gen Campaign Name".   Was viewing a recent post - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/use-marketo-custom-object-tokens-in-trigger-campaigns-flow-steps/td-p/313928 which confirms that constraints/fields from CO & CA can be passed. Wondering if the same can be done for Launchpoint?   Any thoughts? - Manish    

Hi - I also have a case logged for this, but wondering if anyone else is experiencing the issue below:    Country drop down in FB instant form is showing full country name Country payload call from FB to Marketo is pulling in abbreviated country name Lead unable to sync to SFDC because we need full country name Any help here?   -Dan

One of the smart campaigns in my program is not showing up under the program in Marketing Activities.  When I check the Audit Trail, it says that the smart campaign is in fact in that program, however, it is nowhere to be found in Marketing Activities. I can access it via "My Marketo", but I want to make sure that it is in fact under the correct program.    Also, I deleted a smart campaign (it never ran-I deactivated it, removed the flow step and the smart list criteria) and it is still visible under the program. When I click the icon, I get an error message saying it doesn't exist. Is this happening to anyone else? Does my instance just have a lag?

Hi, Hope everyone is doing well. I just had a quick question if anyone has come across the scenario. I am using Change Program Member Data in my Flow step and in new value, I used my.token value. I have created a score type token so I expected it to increment the value each time the member will run through the program. As it is doing for change score in flow step. However, for Change Program Member Data , it is not working like a score token, is it because it is a string datatype field. I will be going to Adobe Summit this year and taking the Marketo Certified Expert Exam and was wondering if anyone has taken it and what they used to help prep? I saw stuff here: https://www.marketo.com/education/marketo-certification/marketo-certified-expert/preparation/But there are only a few prep-questions and topic examples, and then the links at the bottom direct to the basic docs. I wonder if there was anywhere else that I can refer to for additional studying that has helped with prep?

Hi there–   We've just purchased Bizible and have a few questions on the integration between the two platforms that I'm hoping someone can help me address:    1. Obviously Bizible digests website engagement (page views) at the prospect level via the Bizible script that sits on the website; we have had Marketo's munchkin code on our site for over a year, however, and am wondering if integrating the two will allow Bizible to also digest this historical Munchkin-driven website activity we have at the prospect level as Bizible touchpoints? Put succinctly: can Bizible digest historical web activity if it exists in Marketo, or will it only do so moving forward?    2. If we have already integrated Salesforce, will integrating Marketo on top of it result in double-counted touchpoints (ie form fills that are registered both as Marketo activities as well as SFDC Campaign responses/engagement)?    I am new to Bizible so feel free to let me know if I'm thinking a

Hello Community!   My SFDC Admin and I have been working on some data cleaning and updates in recent weeks. Until the end of May, we only pushed leads to SFDC when they hit a lead score of 40 and went to Sales. With the increase in lead generation from my team, this was causing issues if people hadn't reached the set score to sync but were calling into Sales (they couldn't find the lead, attribution was being mixed up etc).    So, after some troubleshooting to identify why leads were being throttled going into SFDC from a Marketo Smart Campaign, my Admin used Dataloader to push 23k leads into Salesforce as cleanly/quickly/easily as possible. Hello, Does anyone know if there is a way to dynamically add sigantures to MSI emails based on the person sending the email?   I know it's possible to dynamically populate a signautre using lead owner tokens. However, in our scenario, there are instances where someone might send an email to a record that they don't own. Using owner tokens in this situation would cause the signature to be different from the person actually sending the email.   If this is not possible, does anyone know if it's possible to prevent MSI emails from being sent to a record not owned by the sender?

Hi,   I set up a new program to lead people to our landing page and do a form fill out in order to get the video content.    I created a LP Performance Report and it only shows me 2 conversions. Although, in the Member-tab of my program, I see that 6 people have filled out the form already.    When I create a smart list, I also get the same number as in the members tab. (Also, as it was only 6 people, I checked their activity log and see they all filled in the form on the landing page)    Any explanation, why the reports are so inexact compared to the smart lists? I know there can be differences, but the report only captures 20% which is quite a difference.    Thanks in advance!

I am trying to retrieve metadata of the Folders, By using this API https://711-tfe-064.mktorest.com/rest/asset/v1/folders.json I can able to fetch only main folders not the sub Folders data. Is there any solution to retrieve the metadata of all Folders.

Hello All, Please share your experiences..   We have a website build using AEM as a CMS, our forms are sightly components developed in AEM. I am looking out for options to integrate existing forms with Marketo. I created a Marketo LP that houses a Marketo Form. The landing page will be used by Sales to route lead and contacts to fill out the form. The problem is that filling out the form is causing duplicates despite that lead/contact already existing in Marketo. Why is this and how I can resolve it. I have seen some test leads of mine get merged but I am worried about the disruption and manual check it is causing. 

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with submitting embedded Marketo forms on our website. When submitting the form we get an error that says Submission failed, please try again later. We are syncing Marketo with Salesforce. All leads and contacts have synced across successfully, however all the Company fields are null in Marketo.   I have ensured that the Marketo User in Salesforce has full access to the Account object and all its fields. I've also logged in as the Marketo User and verified I can see the data.   The Account fields themselves have successfully synced across to Marketo but they're all null.   We have no errors in our sync log. Does anyone know what I'm missing?   In the below example I can confirm that the Salesforce Account has a billing address and when I login as the Marketo User I have visibility of this   

In our Google Analytics Site Content screen, we have a page/url view that has our subscription name in it, ex.: /subscriptionname This page/url is not a valid page and returns a 404 when clicked. We see a large increase of hits to this when our email campaigns are sent out and some customers are receiving 404's and leaving our website which is a huge issue. They should not be getting to this.  We have had over 5000 views of this over the last 3 months. From what we see in analytics 100% of the errors occurred on google chrome 100% of the errors were on desktops 99% of the errors were for people on a 1260x960 screen size (4:3 Ratio, so probably old device) 100% using Windows operating system We don't have any url's like that so think it's something happening with the email campaign somewhere. Is there any ideas for what could be causing this?

Hello I am new to Marketo. I wanted to check that I do not need to set up a flow to recognise the changes made on a form submission?  The form in question has two tick boxes and the user can either leave unticked or tick to update their email preferences and selected submit. It looks a like a trigger has been set up to recognise what the user has selected and update the field. Does this happen automatically?
