I was able to get a Twilio SMS webhook to work with a trigger (someone fills out form to opt in to SMS alerts, sent SMS confirmation) but I'm wondering if it's possible to then send those people that opted in additional SMSs without a trigger? I.e. smart list of people that have previously opted in, flow to call my webhook with new message, then run batch now.Any ideas?

Howdy!Does anyone have experience with using Twilio to send dynamic SMS messages in bulk? For example, we're running a program this summer where we'll need to notify ~30k people that they will be participating in a demand response event for the day. In order to do this, we'll be changing a data value on the contact record via API, which will, in turn, trigger a campaign to call the Twilio webhook. I know sometimes calling a webhook for each person takes awhile for the campaign to run through everyone. If this is a time-sensitive message, does anyone have any better ideas on how to set this up?Any tips are much appreciated!

I am looking for third party services to integrate Marketo with Whatsapp account. I found Twilio and Nexmo two tools whereas in Nexmo it says easy steps to integrate with whatsapp using only webhook it start sending welcome message. but in Twilio it require sever level application to run the same integrations. Is anyone have completed full integration either using Twilio or Nexmo? Please share any reference link for more details content for twilio using webhook application only.

Has anyone successfully used Twilio Notify ​to send WhatsApp or Facebook messages? Has anyone had success pulling lead data like "lead.First Name" through to their SMS messages with Twilio? I know you can't have a token in a token but can this be accomplished with Velocity script?Our initial attempts with velocity scripts are returning the code in the sms messages.

Hello!I have setup my Twilio webhook and the fill out form but what I want to do is send a SMS (A new trade alert is on your members-only website: www.linkhere.com ) when we have an email trade alert. I saw some people created a program with tokens to send the SMS but no one has mentioned how they have set it up. Can anyone with Twilio integrated help me with the setup? How do you link everything? The message will be different every time we send since we send the links to the article. Thanks!

Hi everyone!  We are working on setting up a Twilio integration. The outgoing webhook from Marketo to Twilio is working, so we've been able to send a few texts.  We need to be able to store the responses to the texts in Marketo (Examples: Yes, No, Stop, Call Me, etc.). I've tried creating a webhook and mapping back to field locations, but I could be missing something.  Has anyone successfully set up Twilio responses in Marketo? Thank you,  Sarah

We've set up SMS messaging through Twilio. We'd like to update records in Marketo if they've opted out of our SMS messages.   Trying to do this through Zapier. If an SMS message to our Twilio number matches "STOP," then update the Marketo record of the "from" mobile number as unsubscribed from SMS (custom field).   Unfortunately, it looks like Zapier needs an email address to update a Marketo record or to add the record to a list. We likely won't have email addresses for these records.   Any workarounds to this? Or another way to push SMS opt outs from Twilio into Marketo?   I understand we can get a programmer to develop a solution for us but wanted to exhaust this avenue first. The volume of opt-outs won't be that great.   Thanks.

Twilio offers a pretty awesome Lookup API to enrich phone numbers with metadata: it can distinguish mobile and landline numbers (Sales will thank you!), determine carrier (which has demographic significance, like it or not), and even do reverse Caller ID lookup. It's reasonably priced, and if anyone knows this stuff, it's Twilio. The weird thing is that even though the Lookup API is 100% webhook-compatible, their docs don't show it being called as a simple webhook request. They only show it in the context of Java, PHP, or other code. Anyway, here's what's needed to call it as a webhook. Lookup requests are authenticated using HTTP Basic Auth. Your Twilio Account SID is the username; your Account Token is the password.     So you just need to create an HTTP Authorization header and then add it to the webhook definition in Marketo. (Marketo supports Basic Auth just fine, but it doesn't present you with distinct username and password boxes.)     An Authoriza

Hi,We are working on a survey email for which I have to assign unique links to each unique email address. I have around 60,000 unique links to be assigned to a similar number of audience from a larger list. Do I have to download the entire list in excel, add each unique list to each email and then upload it, and then assign tokens? It seems to be a very time consuming exercise; is there any other way how I can assign unique links to unique emails. I have also gone through a few support links but these dont answer my full concern. Hey All,We have many scenarios where it makes sense to use URL Parameters and Referrer Parameters to fill hidden fields, but we are not using the Cookie Values option for anything.What are the standard use-cases and best practices for using Cookie Values to auto-fill Marketo form fields? My company has two custom tokens in Marketo that are used to display our sales owner's calendar link. One token is for leads while the other is for contacts, but they both have the same values depending on the sales owner (formula field in Salesforce so doesn't sync automatically). My Salesforce Admin has said that those fields are allowed to be mapped on the Salesforce end, but in order for my team to use these tokens efficiently, I will have to segment the lists based on leads versus contacts from what I know.Is it possible to map these two tokens together in Marketo so that we only have to send one email instead of segmenting the lists and sending two? There must be a way to do this with dynamic content that I am just not aware of at the moment.
