Hi there,    Has anyone tried to embed their calendar to a Marketo landing page similar to Hubspot's capability? We are consolidating and standardizing our forms with progressive profiling.  However, different contacts have different fields already filled in.  Some of those fields are time-sensitive.  We use a flow to save the date in another field.  This works fine when we know which form that field appears.  Is there a way I can tell when a particular field is served up to a contact on a form?

I am looking into whether is is possible to capture viewing data of anyone who watches an on demand webinar in GoToWebinar's GoToStage.We are syncing the info from the individual webinars we are running in GTW but wanted to know if we can capture info automatically if we send them to GoToStage instead of gating each webinar individually. As background I am thinking along the lines of how BrightTalk's integration works.

Hi all,   We are trying to change the values of some specific fields to the value of Custom Objects fields, For example: The value: ROAD SUITE  to appear in the "first name" (or any other field) field value of the same user, Is it possible? We saw some posts about using Velocity scripts in some similar cases, is it the solution here as well?     Thank you.  

Hi all,    I was hoping someone could review (my pretty dodgy) marketo process map,  I am looking for guidance on which should just be programs and which should be nurtures and the best way to structure all of the interactions,  If a prospect completes a form and are a current customer we plan on putting them in a current customer (default?) program with static list but we also want to acknowledge them via email. For prospects who complete the form they will all;  Receive a welcome email (welcome email program?)  and at that point these will all be put into individual nurture programs based on two variables;  Per persona type and Geography (e.g.)  College Internationally Should i be controlling the entry to each nurture program from within the nurture programs themselves or as a traffic controller program? @SanfordWhiteman  As refering you previous discussion blog HOWTO: Attach images to a Forms 2.0 form post, i tried to build this functionality in my marketo form 2.0. Also created a custom field type Url Called "Image upload" and use this field in my form to upload the image. Hi,    1. I am trying to copy the values from Opportunity Constraint custom fields to a token. But the token does not gets populated with the value. Can anyone help me to guide to copy the values from constraint custom fields to token or any custom or standard field.    2. I have mapped the Marketo with Facebook business account. The Facebook form capture leads and sends to Marketo.. But there are cerrtain fields in custom activties which do not get stored in any Marketo field. I hope someone can help me out! We are currently sending out a newsletter on a bi-monthly basis - one of our largest email blasts. In 2019, the average open rate was around 30%/35% per newsletter. Since the beginning of 2020, this rate dropped and the 3 newsletters we sent out this year all ended up around the 25%. We do not know what has caused this sudden drop so consistently, as the newsletter remained similar in quality as did the target audiences. We have done some A/B testing for any changes in 2020 versus 2019, but nothing big came out of this. I know open rates are not always accurate but a -10% drop is extremely big. I am enticed to think it could be due to a different way open rates are measured by Marketo/ISPs, because it happened year-over-year, but that is just an assumption. Does anyone have any ideas what could have cause this large drop or how we can tackle this?  

Hi all   I'm creating an email script which outputs a currency value based on the person's currency. So, for example, someone might have a value assigned of 1125.13 euros. My script should take the input, localise it by the currency that is selected, and give the output as a string for printing in the email. In the example above, 1125.13 euros would become €1.125,13 - since a comma is the fractional separator and a period is the thousands separator.    I'm getting my formats from here: https://fastspring.com/blog/how-to-format-30-currencies-from-countries-all-over-the-world/. Now while I don't need all of the currencies here, I need a solid dozen of them, and the string formatting gets quite complicated.    I've read about the .currency method under NumberTools - but I want to set the locale. Hi all, Quick question about program memberships, and excluding people based on membership (or not) of different programs. If a lead is a member of a welcome journey, as an example, hen they flow to an engagement stream, or enter another email send program, does the membership update/dissolve automatically? As in, if I want to exclude someone in the welcome journey, can I simply filter 'member of welcome program = false?' Thanks, Lucas  

Okay so I'm currently running a Subject Line A/B test for a newsletter I'm sending out. The winning factor is Click-Open Ratio. The winning subject line email is scheduled to send out next Tuesday. But after getting the analytics on the test back, I don't want the winning subject line to be used. Instead I want the losing subject line to go out. I've tried deleting the campaign all together and it won't let me. Is there a way I can edit the campaign at this point so that the winning subject line doesn't go out, and so I can chose what subject line goes out? If not, is there a way I can delete the campaign all together?

So is this possible and how difficult would it be for a javascript dev to write the code?   So there is some history and back and forth that lead to the predicament I am now in and needing some help with a solution. We are using calendly to allow our existing leads to schedule appointments. However we are being tasked with using it for lead gen as well. So initially we were researching using calendly to create the lead in SFDC. However I didn't want to do this since it could result in duplicates. Additionally we need to cookie the records and capture some additional information that using a native calendly form won't allow. So my thought and possible solution is to first promote a marketo LP/form, and then upon form submission direct to the calendly appointment stuff. However after picking a date/time and what not the calendly page still asks for user info. I know I can prefill that using javascript variables or URL parameters. However I am not sure how to capture the info from th

Hi, I've been asked to create some modules in Marketo.  Is anyone aware of a way to create a module so that sections can be deleted and there would not be an empty space in its place?   The users of the template would like to be able to edit these modules without having to touch any html. 

Does anyone know how to get query string data included in an Interesting Moment?  Whenever someone searches for a product on our website and then visits a product page it only shows the general product url in MSI, but it doesn't show what product page they were looking at bc the query string isn't included.   I can see this data in the activity log, but I'd like to get it into MSI so our reps have that information.   Is there any way to get to do this?  

Hey guys!  I'm new working on Marketo. I have a question about Smart campaigns. How exactly do you filter on the field value? I need to select a specific field: Interested in Cloud to activate the campaign. I've done this:I selected the trigger form (Contact Form) and I need to be able to select a specific field within that form. Is this possible? Help me, please!   Thanks in advance. Maria

Hi, I edited an email template to update the footer background-color, and it shows new updated color on the template preview. But a couple of emails created using this same template does not show the update. Not sure what could be the reason, any ideas?  Thank you! 

Hi there,    I was wondering if anyone has experience in logging Marketo email content to SFDC?    Currently, we're logging emails as Activities in Salesforce. However, it doesn't capture the content of the emails and only the template of the email is visible. Same goes for the MSI, email templates are visible but not the content within the tokens.    I'm trying to log email content as how a user would see it, in SFDC. Thus, please let me know if there is any way to do this?   Thanks,   Malay

Dear Marketo community,   We want to update email content sections (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Emails/updateEmailComponentContentUsingPOST) and then send a sample email.   However, just using the aforementioned API alone does not cause any immediate update to the email asset, as verified on the Marketo email editor and in the sample email (which shows the old content).   We found out that approving the email draft helps make the update immediate. However, when we want to update (and approve), send sample email, and update again (and approve), and send sample email again, the subsequent updates are not immediate.   It is only after a couple of minutes that we can do another immediate update.   May I know how the update and approve API works? Are they both async? What happened to the subsequent update API calls? Are they queued or are they simply ignored?   Thank you!   Regards, Jiayee

We have some popup forms that display on certain sections of our website, after a few seconds. The problem is, we only need the popups to display for new visitors, not known leads. Is there an easy way to do this in Marketo?

I have a series of emails that needs to be deployed at fixed intervals. For instance if Email 1 goes out today, the next email will deploy 10 days later and so on.. I cannot use wait step configured to wait for 10 days because I have certain other conditions that needs to be considered and would prefer to move with a separate smart campaign for next emails in the series. How do I pull the contacts that have received the email exactly the 10th day before, so that I can use this condition to deploy the next email in the series. Please advise, thanks.
