Hi there. I have a Smart Campaign that is triggered by multiple data value changed entries in the Smart List section. It works just fine, however if multiple fields get changed at the same time for a Lead Record, the campaign gets called multiple times.  Technically, things still seem to work fine - but it is REALLY ugly. Nothing in the Run each person through the campaign flow: settings is granular enough, and even if it were, I wouldn't want to use it as there is the potential a record may be updated twice in close succession, and I'd want the smart campaign triggered twice. Is there a way around this? Cheers Jo

Hi,I am looking out for a solution where as soon as someone clicks on a certain link (xyz.com) and falls on our company's website page (Non Marketo page), the additional information {{Lead.Id}} gets passes over to the URL.One way of doing this is adding the {{Lead.Id}} token in each URL in an email, which will be tedious task as there are lot of Marketers using Marketo to send their emails and thereby would not be feasible.Therefore, I am looking out for a permanent solution which would be implemented to all emails for this URL.Thank you,Deepak

Hi Everyone, I would need a smart solution for the following problem: I am building a Landing Page with Form for an ROI 'calculator'. We are asking 6-7 different questions on a form, and based on the answer, we give recommendations on the TY. But not all answer has a recommendation, just a couple of them. For example: 1. question - A, B, C answer. If the lead selects the answer 'B', we have a recommendation. If select A or C, there's no recommendation. Same for the next 6 questions On the TY page, the lead can see the recommendation, but only those which are valid. So it can be 2 or maybe 6.How can I solve this on the landing page to make the look and feel nice, and no white space, and empty part on the page? The only solution which on my mind is to use tokens, but I hope, we have another solution. Thank you for your help    

Hi all   Issue is as the subject line. The sync between our Marketo and Salesforce sandboxes, which was previously working fine, has stopped. The error appearing seems straightforward enough:   The following fields are hidden from the Salesforce sync account markto@xxxxx   Object Event_History Field SystemModstamp   Edit the visibility permissions in Salesforce for the required fields.   However, the feedback from our Salesforce admin is as follows:   There isn’t actually an object called Event History, its an additional field history tracking you can enable. Mod stamp is a standard field. Its very strange that the field is suddenly not available to the sync, as it’s not a field that is touched. We also have three event objects all called event, 2 custom and 1 standard object.   Can anyone advise what fields/objects we need to make visible in order for this to work? We have created a Marketo landing page with two hidden field in which one field(email) pre-filled is enabled and another field(unsub) is disabled. Problem: - in database blank lead is being created. What are the possible scenario for this case when blank lead is created and how should it can be fixed?

Hi communityWe are currently running a campaign which allows leads to fill out a form to receive information on their preferred study option. I've noticed that 10 leads have filled out the form twice, but haven't changed their study option preference so have basically submitted the exact same form values twice. This doesn't always happen in quick succession - 7 of the 10 re-submitted hours or even days apart, and 3 leads submitted the same form within the same minute. One lead also had three separate form fills days apart with the exact same lead values for a completely different campaign.I don't think there is a bot at play here, as I have checked each of the submissions and they are all from the same IP address and user agent. They are all from mobile though, so I'm wondering whether it's possible that the forms have have inadvertently been re-submitted somehow at a later date from the same mobile browser? The landing page redirects to a thank you page on submission, so I'm not sure

I have a form on a landing page.  I am giving the lead the ability to multi-select for a particular field but I want to limit the amount of values that they can select.  The field has 40 values but I want to limit them to just pick 3.  Is there a way that I can do this?

Is Marketo provide system token for "Id" ?  If not, then is there any alternate method to get the Marketo lead Id in POST API  Webhook call.  

Hi,   I have an engagement stream with three pieces of email assets.  - Deployed once lead gen form is completed - Deploy 4 weeks after email 1a is opened - Deploy 1 month after email 2b is opened - If Email 2a is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle - If Email 2b is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle - If 2c is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later  - If Email 2a is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again - If Email 2b is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again - If 2c is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again   How do I set up my smart list to achieve this: - If Email 2a is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle     Thanks in advance.  

I'm noticing over 75% of leads that were being pushed from LinkedIn Lead Gen to Marketo are missing information for fields such as email address. The fields are in LinkedIn, but for some reason they aren't being synced back to Marketo. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

The usual reasons for a campaign not showing up are that you just haven't waited long enough for it to sync or you forgot to make the campaign active. Not the case with mine but it is still not showing up. I thought maybe that it wasn't recognizing an ampersand (&) but I swapped that out and it still wouldn't show up.Any other common reasons that campaigns won't show up that anyone can think of?

Has anyone done a Hearsay integration with Marketo? I know they're not a native launchpoint partner but just wondering if anyone's ever looked into, or done, a custom integration.

How to redirect URL in Marketo. And how can we customize it.

Hello,   I'm trying to set up an onboarding nurture program to help our customers get up and running with their products. This program will be using custom objects that are based on their usage of key features. Basically, if they using feature 1, send email A, if not, send email B.    I can't work out the best way of doing this. I'm fairly new to Marketo and have so far only used Smart Campaigns to create a flow of emails. This was my initial plan, however, I've since discovered engagement programs. Is it better to go down the engagement program route for this onboarding program (using the streams to cascade the content) or stick with a smart campaign and (using flow steps to send the emails)?   If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated. 

  Good morning,   We have seen a number of records (particularly this week) with GA Connector data (a 3rd party) not populating over to the marketo record using Cookie Value Data we have on our Marketo forms   The field in question really is the Event Enquiry field however others we have seen not firing are First Channel, First Landing, First Medium are all hidden fields in marketo that have gaconnector cookie values attached that doesnt seem to be pulling the cookie data over to the Marketo record. basically these fields tell us where the user is from (google, paid media etc)     I got a reply back from GAConnector   "We checked your website and it seems that you are using custom scripts to integrate with GA Connector. Since we have moved to storing data in localStorage instead of the cookies, you will need to adjust your customized code to get the GA data from localStorage instead of browser cookies."   To populate this data

Hello,   This is my 2nd post so please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place. (If I am, kindly tell me where to direct this post).   I'm seeing some weird activity in several of our customers' activity log in regards to links being empty. In one example, a customer's activity log shows a click email activity type, but diving deeper to find out what link was clicked, all we see is an empty link. Below is a screenshot of the activity details.   In the email that was sent to this specific user, there is no empty link.   I'm under the assumption that this could be link scanners, but can't confirm.    Can anyone help identify what's happening, what's causing this, and how can we see what links are being clicked?  

Has anyone else noticed embedded forms not being shown for people using an ad blocker such as Ghostery? 

Hi All,   We have some issues with the munckin tracking. It works fine on the website and all the page visits and other required activities are being tracked as expected. However, we tried to do the same for our e-commerce platform and provided all the details to the vendor to place the munckin on all required pages. But, nothing is getting tracked and sent to Marketo.   Can any one suggest what could be the reason for this issue. Its been two weeks and we don't see any progress.   Regards, Rohit 

I’d like to send alerts to salespeople when they have not processed the leads quickly. In our sales process, the lead is created and assigned to a sales manager. Then, he reassigns the lead to a sales rep in his team. I see many leads « not read by the owner » in salesforce. (yes I know…..) Is it possible to run a Marketo campaign to send reminders to the sales reps? For example: If the lead was reassigned 3 days ago + The lead is not read by its owner >> So send an alert email I don’t find the SFDC field « not read by the owner » in Marketo...

Hi all,    A bit of a shot in the dark here. We have some marketo forms embedded on wordpress pages. Occasionally users will report that the form doesn't load. I know there's multiple discussions on this in the forum. It seems though that all of these question threads are a bit unique. So, like everyone else I'm asking for assistance. Here's the page: 1. https://www.yubico.com/solutions/industries/education/   Any thoughts on what we should do to help limit the errors people see? We always asks users to turn off ad-blockers and refresh if they are not seeing the form load, however even after doing this we still receive reports that the form will not load.    Thanks!
