Trying to export about 100K custom object records out of Marketo and my Python script is taking over an hour to export the data for ~100 records. Is this a normal snail's pace with BulkExportAPI, or am I missing something obvious? Any tips or tricks to speed things up (or hints to completely different approach) would be greatly appreciated! For the curious, here’s a link to my script: pastebin.com/fd10iqBe 

Hello, I´m thinking of doing a champion/challenger test and wanted to know if there is champion criteria recommendation - between click% and engagement score. Also, do you happen to know if the engagement score in this test takes into account engaged behavior (Open, Click, Program Success) or  based on program membership and success status. Thank you!

I am looking to understand how/if other organizations integrate survey participation into Marketo. Currently we use a third-party survey platform, but we are hoping to automatically have survey participation logged in Marketo via interesting moments, as well as have a two-way flow of unsubscribe data. For example, someone can unsubscribe via our survey platform, and those unsubscribes must be manually imported/update in Marketo. And when our survey team wants to send out a survey to our audience via the survey platform email distribution, they must manually check the unsubscribe lists in our CRM before distributing the survey.... Both of these seem like manual processes that should have a way to be automated...either via APIs, webhooks, etc.  If anyone has any insights or suggestions to offer, they'd be greatly appreciated!

We have build a dark email with black backgrounds. Unfortunately when it hits Outlook (specific ones) our EOA is showing it reverse the black to white. It is only two versions of Outlook: Outlook Microsoft 365 and Outlook 2021. Any idea why it only happens in these two and how to keep it from swapping.

Hello,As we know, the segmentation is mutually exclusive, so a person will exist only in the first segment for which it qualifies (by priority). I'm working on segmentation optimization, and I've created a brand new one: this is just a DRAFT, and it has never been approved. I need to confirm a doubt because I found the same record across different segments in this new one. Also, if I sum up the number of people across the segments, the outcome is greater than the database count. So I can imagine there are duplicates across the segmentation.Does the mutual exclusion filter work ONLY if the segmentation has been approved?  This could be problematic because if I have an exclusion list at the top of the priority order that should filter out people from the following segments, if not approved, I cannot understand if the segmentation is working fine. Approving it is a little bit problematic (I already have 20 segmentations - which is a hard limit), and I should creat

Ok I am doing nothing very complicated. I am looking at a field which is a picklist of values (specifically currency type). Based on that I need to display a very specific value. I started to write a velocity scrip and tested it and got it to partially work, but when I changed the value to be the price it stopped working. If I could get advice on how to fix this I appreciate it. Hello, I have a Marketo form with a checkbox.I created a Smart campaign with Smart List trigger: Fill out Form.I added a Flow: Send Email.I would like to only send the email if the checkbox is checked. I don't see anything in the trigger "Contraints". How would I go about triggering this Smart Campaign ONLY IF the form checkbox is submitted as checked (true)?Thank you!

Hi! Does anyone use the SurveyMonkey/Marketo integration, and sync SurveyMonkey responses back to Salesforce? I'm finding that responses can only be mapped back to the Lead/Contact objects in Salesforce, so I'm curious to see how others have set up these response fields in Salesforce to capture this data. We will be using this integration for multiple surveys, and users may complete the same survey more than once, so the business is looking to capture historical data as well.   Any insight or ideas are appreciated. Hi... Has anyone run a Facebook Lead Ad with custom questions set up on their Facebook form and successfully mapped all the responses to Marketo fields? I am new to Marketo and I am struggling with the mapping of custom questions/answers.When I go to the mapping screen and click on "add" I see both the question and the answers listed, so I am not sure if I should mapp the question or the answer. Especially one of the question is around email consent and answers are yes or no. So should I mapp the "email consent" question to "email opt-in"  and then the answers would be the values pushed to this field (true/false)? Thanks,Odile
