HelloI have the below flow. I'd like to know if flow step 5 is 14 days after flow step 4 or if it is 14 days after the flow starts.

Does anyone know if Marketo's activity data retention policy for "Form Submit from REST"  is 25 months like it is for regular form submits? 

I have raised a support ticket to extract bulk records of approx 1M+ data from Marketo and Adobe support suggested to extract data via the bulk API as per the product limitation issue can not be extracted bulk data. (considering the schema file format contains 500+ fields names in the header)  https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/bulk-lead-extract/ https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/ When I tried extracting bulk data via API the job status endpoints return a checksum in the fileChecksum attribute when status is “Completed”.The checksum is a SHA-256 hash of the exported file. https://sha256sum.com/ I was wondering how to extract the data in such a case. I have not used any SHA-256 coding in the past. is there any workaround to download this checksum file? 

Currently, we're looking to implement a restriction on the synchronization of our Zoominfo leads to Marketo from Salesforce (SFDC). Our SFDC instance is integrated with Zoominfo, meaning any leads created within SFDC are automatically synchronized with Marketo.Given this setup, we're exploring the possibility of disabling this synchronization for Zoominfo leads.

Hello!We're currently sending from 2 domains in our Marketo instance and all emails from the new domain are going to spam.We have 2 branded domains set up with proper SPF and DKIMs -go.domain1.comgo.domain2.comWhen I email tests to myself using the go.domain2.com branded domain and from/reply address, it shows "mailed-by" bounce.domain1.com. Because of this, all our emails are going to spam when we try to email from domain2.com because of a domain mismatch. I cannot figure out where we set up the mailed-by "bounce" subdomain. I think it was through Marketo support and not through the admin interface. Can Marketo handle "mailed-by" for 2 different domains within a single account?Thanks!

Hi,I'm testing out Dynamic Chat on our website and it displays fine on a monitor but appears too big on a laptop screen and mobile, is it possible to adjust the size of the chatbot? I can't find anything in the chatbot settings that allows you to adjust anything other than the bottom and side padding.Thanks

I have exported Activity data to BigQuery via Marketo's Bulk Extract API. However, the SFDC Sync Error activity is not exported to BigQuery data, even though it is displayed in the Marketo UI.Do you know how to define which activities can be extracted by BulkExport and which cannot?Also, how can we visualize the number of leads that are not synchronized to SFDC?

I have been working to integrate reCaptcha v3 on our Marketo instance. I followed the directions here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/forms/using-captcha/setting-up-recaptcha-v3 I set it up, added my domains, created a test form and LP and submitted a test record. I checked the activity log and do not see the captcha information on the form fill, I also do not see any activity when checking my dashboard on Google. Is there something I am missing or a piece I have not integrated into the system?

In November 2023, Adobe Marketo Engage announced in this Marketo Nation Article, an update regarding Email Verification for SSO Only Users. Additionally, Marketo Engage reviewed email verification status for users and found that some users share the same verified email address. This conflict will prevent successful user migrations for the two users sharing the same email address and must be corrected.    Beginning February 20, 2024, and into the month of April, Adobe will roll out email verification corrections for SSO Only users and any users having a shared email conflict. Upon the rollout, previously verified users in the target audience will have their email verification status updated to “Unverified” and will be sent a verification email prompting them for action. This is not a phishing attempt. Hello, I am using velocity script to set a link based on lead language, I have a series of 12 if/then statements. The velocity script is working fine during previews in marketo, but when sending tests to my email, the link breaks. How should I format the output, so the link does does not break? We have/want to use a tags on the email side instead of the velocity side for formatting' the reason is we use the token in multiple places in the email with different styling. What is the exact format I need to print my token via velocity script so the link does not break when sending emails? 

Hello There, This is my first post. I hope I have explained the issue well. Suppose I have 3 Salesforce Accounts (1,2,3) and these accounts have the same records (with the same email IDs) but with different Membership Tiers ( let's say A, B, C). Now from Marketo, we are triggering different emails based on Membership Tier for form fill-out.The issue I ran into was when a record from 1st account record having a Membership Tier A was doing a form-fill activity it can be seen in the same record activity log. Now if the 2nd account record having a Membership Tier B does a form fill activity it has been updated into 1st account records only. Is there any way in Marketo we can track the activity of each record differently? Any help is appreciated! Thanks Firoz

HiI have added a select field to my form, and I created a custom field in the database to record the information to.The selection is for the customer to choose a session date/time for an event.I want the recorded info to be passed via a token to an alert email and a thank you for registering email. The database field type is text, but the selection isn't recording in the database, and therefore not being passed to the emails.Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?Here is the form link: https://visit.altro.com/adhesive-free-roadshow.htmlThanks
