Hi there,Our Salesforce account has a good amount of old leads (40k+) that we don't want to have transfer over into our Marketo account. When the Marketo sync is enabled though, those leads are automatically sent over from Salesforce into our Marketo account and we have to pause the sync and delete those old leads. We want our information syncing between the two systems, but if someone is an old account in Salesforce then we don't want them to transfer over. Is there a way to block that from happening, and if so how?I think the answer here is probably possible, but I'm not sure how to go about accomplishing that. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!

Hello! Marketo states in their documentation that Smart Campaigns can be shared across workspaces.  https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/administration/workspaces-and-person-partitions/understanding-workspaces-and-person-partitions.html?lang=en And I wonder what that means. Yes, you can share folders in "Marketing Activities". In fact, only the highest level folder in a Workspace can be shared. If you do that, a locked - shared - folder appears in the target workspace with the complete empty folder structure of the source Workspace in it. What could be the purpose of this feature? You still can't reference a Smart Campaign from the Source WS in the Target WS. Hello!Looking for a little clarification on how Custom Object records work. My assumption is that a "record" is basically a row of data tied to a Lead.So in this image example:Records Image.PNGThat would indicate there is 402,127 rows of data tied in any number of Leads. Is this correct?Also unsure of how records are calculated? According to our Adobe Rep we have 4 Million records allowed in our contract, but adding up the totals across all Custom Objects in the Admin area is more than 5 Million records?Is it typically x number of records PER OBJECT or Across ALL Objects? Sorry for the questions but our Rep keeps asking follow-up questions about fields and things and I just need a straight answer on how records work in this context. 🙂

I have an email template, and I want the user to be able to add custom style tags to a global variable, so that it gets place inside the head tags. This seems to work if you have a short string, like customizing the phrase in the title tags, but if you attempt to do this for style tags, containing CSS, the resulting code will move the style tags into the body tags. Does anybody know if this is possible to do?

I would require some help on the below points.1 If an engagement program has only one stream and leads have exhausted all of the content:a. If an email is added on top of the stream, will the leads receive all of the other content again?b. Hi,  Does anyone have a solution to creating a direct link from Marketo to the corresponding lead/contact in SF on the Custom Person Layout so that we can easily navigate to it? I've included a screenshot of a hyperlink field, but it's not clickable. Support claims there is no way to accomplish this but I'm blown away by this. With Pardot, it was easy to navigate back and forth from Pardot to SF and back with a single click.  Thanks,

When we assign values to a token within a flow, do these values persist throughout the session? For instance, if a trigger activates for 10 leads, will the newly assigned value remain consistent for all of them within that trigger event?We're integrating G2 intent data, which has a feature that notifies us when a company views our profile, pricing pages, or other content. Hi All,We came across an issue in our Marketo instance where are not getting correct count from SFDC campaigns. We have a native integration with Salesforce. Campaign members as per SF shows 513 members whereas the smart campaigns shows 949 contacts. We are using this filter in the smartlist of smart campaign.We identified another issue where the count is coming up low in Marketo. Has anyone faced this issue and any possible solution for this.Thanks

Hi all,I sent an Email campaign with smart list (person type, marketable email, people not in competitor SL, Region) and flow is simple send Emailbut the run count comes out to be 4751 and Email Performance reports is showing the count 4746 and People performance reports comes out to be 4606 .. count isn't coming out to be exact at first so When I drilled down the people performance report using email address I found 18 Emails are sent to Dummy email (Dummy@dummy.com) .. and When i checked this emails in Marketo Database there were around 67 leads with same email ... So my question is how Marketo is sending 18 Email to Dummy email (Dummy@dummy.com) and how will marketo treat this in reports

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue where as in our workflow setup we have the Create Task and the following options selected in the image. We have Due In: 1 and Remind In: 1, however we noticed the date stamp in SFDC task isn't matching with what we see on the Marketo side. Example: Task was created on January 29 at 10pm, the due date is showing as due on Jan 31 and No Reminder Was Set. Is our setup in Marketo for the Create Task incorrect? What could be causing the differences in the date we see in Marketo activity log to what is being stamped in SFDC. Could it be the timing of when the task is being created? Any help or clarifications on this is appreciated!  

We recently integrated Cvent with Marketo. Cvent made us believe on multiple calls that the sync was bidirectional. In practice it appears that we can only send data from Cvent into Marketo and not from Marketo to Cvent.We were hoping to automatically register people in Cvent when they registered in Marketo and then update their status in Marketo if they attended.Does anyone have any experience with this?

I have reviewed all materials accessible to me, and I cannot figure out why this is occurring. I am capturing UTMs from cookie on my WebFlow site and having them sync to my Marketo via a Marketo form's hidden fields using JavaScript. The JavaScript successfully captures UTMs and passes them to the Marketo form when they exist. The problem is, when they don't exist, it overwrites existing UTM values on the record with blanks. How, if at all, can this be avoided? I am fairly certain that WebFlow is not passing "null", which is what I thought is necessary to overwrite existing data with blank...Thank you for any help provided.
