When we provide a proof link via email through Workfront, it automatically tries to get them to login via the SAML login if they have a Workfront account attributed to their Microsoft email. A lot of our clients are setup with their Microsoft emails but with passwords NOT SAML whilst internally we are setup as SAML only. This means that clients need to navigate away from the link to the login page directly, login and THEN they can go back and click on the link. It's not a great user experience. Can we have some way for the link to pickup if they are password setup or SAML setup?
As a long-time user of Adobe Analytics, I would like to be able to fully analyze my user's behavior within CJA. CJA data views can consist of one data set or several data sets, but as I understand it the concept a 'web visit' is being expanded and re-labeled a 'session' within CJA. It seems obvious that if the data set has a 'time series' component, then the concept of 'sequencing' applies. As such, I propose that we add, at the AEP identity level, the ability for AEP to automatically add in both an 'Event Hit Depth' and 'Session Number' dimension to be used in our CJA data views. For example, let's assume a PERSON went to a company's website (on day 1), bought something at the company's retail store (on day 2) and called the company's customer service hotline (on day 3).Assuming all data is in AEP and all data sources are connected via that 'identify' feature of AEP, then AEP should be able to define the 'Session Number' based on all the known data in AEP and should be able to determin
We use templates to provide our security & project standards (including milestone, approval paths, etc...). We even have a blank template (no tasks) so that if current templates don't apply, a new project still has our basic standards. But, a user with the rights to create a project still can create a project without a template - which then does not follow our standards. We'd like the ability to prohibit users from creating a project without using a template.
We have an existing implementation where teams use a Paragraph Text field to document task/ project updates. A calculated field then captures the date the paragraph text field was last updated. We hoped to improve our users experience by giving them the RTF field in place of the existing paragraph field, however, calculated fields can't be built using RTF fields. We'd like this functionality added along with the ability to see the rich text formatting in reports.
Description - When creating reports for Goals, we noticed that the Goal ID does not actually match the Goal ID. It turns out that Goal ID is pointing to something called an "External ID" which is not available for use in Reports. Why is this feature important to you - Add this "External ID" as a column in our reports so we can use this as a way to reference it in with other features - such as CONCATENATING a URL using the root of our instance / goals / <external id> for example. It seems kind of silly that we can't get the correct ID for a goal if we wanted to use that ID in reporting and other lookups. How would you like the feature to work - A Column added to the GOALS section in reports. Enable it in the GOALS API (if that exists). Current Behaviour - not found anywhere via the existing UI as of 01/22/24 14:31 EST.
Description - We need a better solution to represent the Project Condition when a project goes On Hold. Why is this feature important to you - Users, especially leaders, are easily distracted by any Project Condition that is not On Target. When a project is on hold, the project condition has little to no meaning. How would you like the feature to work - If a project has a status that equates to On Hold, the Project Condition should either be On Target or null.Current Behaviour - The Project Condition will continue to calculate and eventually show an unfavorable value when a project is On Hold.
At the system admin level, I don't always know what a group needs for templates. In fact, I don't always have influence on those types of things. It would benefit those groups to have access to Blueprints for their own enablement.
DescriptionOver the past few months, we have had several Fusion scenarios deactivate without notice. Some of the scenarios are heavily used and the outages have backed up work in the platform disrupting end users. Rather than our team being aware of the outage, our end users were the ones notifying us. That is not a good look when they are aware before our support team. Why is this feature important to youWe have had select Fusion scenarios deactivate for no apparent reason. Depending on what scenario is affected, it could greatly disrupt our production environment and end users’ work. Finding out immediately would allow us to quickly turn the scenario back on before it adversely impacts users. How would you like the feature to workWhen a Fusion scenario is deactivated through any means other than a member of my team turning it off, we would like the system to send an email notification to our team immediately, so we are aware of the outage. Current BehaviourWe are not n
Description - We would like to be able to quickly scroll through the document and see outstanding comments needing resolution. Resolving proof comments is a great feature, with the added benefit of the green checkmark next to the comment in the right-hand comment column. To support this it would be great if the comment marker within the proof document also turned green. This would make visually scanning the proof for unresolved comments much faster. Why is this feature important to you - This color change feature would be valuable because often the proof owner/administrator cannot resolve all comments at once—some comments take time to evaluate or research before the can be resolved/approved/declined. In a proof with many comments it is not easy to scan through the document comment markers for unresolved comments; they all stay red, which is probably just the default user comment marker color. They do have a small checkmark, but this is not something you can quickly scan. How

Description - When opening the advanced filter in a freeform table in workspace, it would be very useful to have an option to "equals any of" like in segment builder, as opposed to having to add separate criteria for each unique row you are trying to keep. Why is this feature important to you - It is very time consuming to enter all the rows individually. I am working with a client that is trying to filter a freeform table of page URLs, and the set they are interested in is too large to feasibly do this manually. How would you like the feature to work - There is an "equals any of" operator where you can put a comma separated list of things you wish to match, just like there is in segment builder currently. Current Behavior - I have to manually select "Add row" and do an "Equals" statement for every row in my desired subset I wish to keep. See attached. Similar to what we was implemented in the Updates section recently (24.1):
DescriptionWe have LOTS of reports with which our users engage on a regular basis. To help onboard new users and ensure existing users can easily consume new reports, we need some kind of way to provide the user with in-system instructions and tips/tricks/reminders about specific reports. Why is this feature important to youOnboarding new users or existing users to new reports can be one of the most costly ongoing endeavours for a sufficiently large organization. Such training time is often non-billable and interspersed with other activities and training priorities. As such, we need to minimize those costs. One of the best options is to make the reports themselves more intuitive. While we strive for that in design, there is often the need to provide help text that prompts the user just a nudge. How would you like the feature to workTwo ideas come to mind. One is that there is some kind of "side panel" that can pop out when the report title (or a "?" icon next
You cannot add parenthesis' when adding questions to a request form. This is silly! For instance, when writing a question, I should be able to write: "Description of the event(s)" rather than "Description of the event/events"
Ability to download to csv the file list of all tags Useful to provide to users to know what's available for searching Work in same way as export of metadata. On selecting an item in tags - provide an option in the actions tab to 'csv download'. Download would operate on that folder and any sub folders.
Something I realized today: I can use "Ends With" as a Visibility Rule filter but not as a constraint or choice filter. This causes issues. For example, if I want to hide Canadian people from seeing a form option, I can set a visibility rule for "Ends With .ca" but I can't make a smart list for "Ends with .ca" Using a "Contains" isn't a good choice since .ca (or anything similar, but using this as a Case In Point) isn't unique and is quite common.I really do like the "Ends With" criteria so I propose putting it in the Constraint / Choice option.
In Brand portal there is no way to sort the items being displayed. In Assets you can This is such a simple feature, but sooooooo essential to optimising user experience. Can be very difficult to find things otherwise.
When moving an image inAssets, when you come to choose the destinations folder the folders are listed in some random order. They should at very least be name order. Or provide user sorting facility. Such a basic thing to optimise the user experience
Description - Allow hours to be approved from an Hours report Why is this feature important to you - Ease of use, Efficiency, and Adoption. Project managers are required to go into each of their projects separately to approve hours so those hours can be included on a billing record. Each project manager can have a huge number of active projects at any one time. We've created a report showing all their projects that contain unapproved hours, but they still have to click into each of those projects separately. Once in the project, they can approve all hours. But if they could approve the hours directly from the report it would save them a lot of time. How would you like the feature to work - From an hours report users should either: have the same approve/reject buttons that are available on the hours page within a project have the ability to bulk edit and change the status of the hour entry (currently when bulk editing from the Hours report, status is not one of the
When you go in to tags as an administrator, you can sort the display - usually by name is most usefull. But if you then go into edit a tag, when you come out the display has forgotten your sort selection. Soooo frustrating. Essential to optimise the user experience.
Description - Provide a tool similar to Drift Email OR change the DNS structure to allow Drift Email to plug into the email engine like it does with Marketo Why is this feature important to you - We handle 100k replies a month automatically with Marketo+Drift Email to ensure compliance as well as route Humans back to sales reps. Works VERY well. It has saved us thousands of hours of rep and team time (60k/yr). AJO does not provide this because of the use of CNAMEs which breaks Drift Email and causes other issues with setup. Current offer to forward replies to an email box at ringCentral does not scale. We don't have 20 people to filter through the replies every day. In addition, if we send on behalf of sales reps, they would all get the OOO and bad replies which makes them angry and wastes their time. How would you like the feature to work - Change DNS structure to allow Drift Email https://www.gethelp.drift.com/s/article/How-to-Integrate-Drift-with-Marketo https:
Description -In scheduled reports not able to see annotations summary description fully, looking to see in future complete description. Why is this feature important to you - its very important to see the complete description in pdf, if not we do not know what exactly we are looking. How would you like the feature to work - need to see complete DescriptionCurrent Behaviour - not able to see complete description fully in scheduled pdf to team
Description - We can now see where segments and calculated metrics are used. Suggest we should be able to see the same for eVars, props, and metrics in AA/CJA.Why is this feature important to you - At times some components may be obsolete or no longer used. It would be nice to be able to see if & where these components are used. When used, it'd make it easier to update with new versions of components as needed. How would you like the feature to work - Similar to Used In column for Segments & Calculated Metrics search. Clickable links for admins in setup screen, or perhaps data dictionary.Current Behaviour - Without using complex API queries or 3rd party tools, there's no easy way to determine where components are used.
In the most recent Workfront 22.1 release, they added the ability to display projects on the Workload Balancer by color. Each project is randomly assigned a color to make it easier to distinguish it from the other projects on the balancer. However, I would LOVE it if we could customize the assigned color in some way on the back end. For context, how my organization would utilize this is marking some projects (like meetings, time blocks, misc assignments) a different than projects that are for actual assigned work for our clients. Or color coding projects for clients in one division different from another. I would ideally want this setting to be able to be set up on the template level so that every project scheduled with that template carries that same color automatically. But one could change the color too once the project is in flight. Thanks!Lindsey
1. Management of Recipients for existing Scheduled ReportsWhen I schedule an report export for a given set of recipients and then want to edit this list afterwards, I have to got to "Components" > "Scheduled projects", because the recipient list in Workspace does contain my contact only when I re-open it again. This wouldn't be a problem, if I could edit the report's content in "Scheduled projects", but I can't.2. Bug in Recipient ManagementWhen you enter the editing modus for a scheduled report under "Scheduled projects", the top-menu disappears.3. Make recipient list copyableWhen you want to duplicate or re-use the recipient list, you cannot select and copy it, because it is a list of HTML-elements. It would be good if you somehow could copy the list of recipients
