Hi All,I was trying to copy nodes from 1 journey to another. I was able to do this by selecting required nodes using ctrl+c ( many times ) and then using ctrl +v to paste in the final journey.Its working sometimes( after restarted ) and sometimes not. But when ever I copy I was able to see the json for the copied objects. is it related to browser cache or ajo issue? or how can I resolve this?I was also going through a future improvement where we could save nodes in a journey and then re-use them as needed.Thanks

Hi, In efforts to aggregate data points, I am wondering if CJA can identify person IDs within an array as individual identities or People, when the data is added to a Connection/Data View? I know that values in an array are flattened when pulled into CJA freeform, but I'm curious about the behavior when the primary ID column is in an array.  For example, a record of page visits with an array of ECNs for everyone who visited that page. In CJA. would it return count of every single ECN under the People metric for that page? Thanks!

When using a custom post-generation workflow in AEM Guides Cloud, the UI notification becomes stuck on "In Progress - Generating <output>..." indefinitely. In my case, I was using a Native PDF output preset. Is there a way to set up some delivery urls what will track a click, but not open a web page?We would like to include some type of "rate my experience" element into some of our service emails, probably with an image of 1 to 5 stars. The complication is that management doesn't want it to direct anywhere and be handled completely in the email. I guess it would be 5 links (one for each star) embedded in each image.My searching isn't showing any out of the box solution. But I wondered if anyone has found a way to accomplish this.Cheers

My company is exploring options for sharing information from Snowflake to Workfront, likely through Fusion. Hi,Good day,searching for your brilliant ideas regarding my project,scenario goes like this, 1 email to case: If new message received by email it automatically creates an issue to WF (scenario working)2 reply to email then close the case: if the assignee replied to the email that the issue is resolved, it will auto close the issue.  here is my testing scenario. I dont know how to connect the WF module (record update) to WF module (create a record.)Maybe you have another way out. Thanks, 

I have a use case where I need to pass a dynamic ID (such as a reward ID) from an email template to an AJO landing page. My goal is for the landing page to use JavaScript to fetch this ID from the URL and personalize the experience accordingly.I understand how to retrieve URL parameters on the landing page using JavaScript. However, I’m having trouble configuring my email template’s anchor tag to include the dynamic reward ID as a parameter in the URL when a recipient clicks the link. We use Workfront as our Operational System of Record (no Marketing).    We are considering recording time in Workfront, but need a way to feed our payroll system ADP.   Does anyone have experience with an API either through App Developer or Fusion to feed hours and projects into ADP?

Hi everyone,I am working on a use case in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and need some clarification around consent enforcement for transactional emails.Use Case: We want to send transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations) to all guests who have completed a transaction and for whom we have valid email addresses. These emails are service-related and not promotional. However, some of these guests may not have explicitly opted in to receive email communications.Question: Is it possible to configure AJO to send transactional emails without enforcing the consent flag—i.e., to send emails to all transacting guests with email addresses, regardless of their marketing consent status?Additional Context:The emails will contain transaction-specific details.We are not using these emails for marketing purposes.We want to ensure compliance with Adobe’s consent policies and best practices.If anyone has experience with this setup or can share some configuration tips, I would really appreciate it
