Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: This request is for AEM Forms specifically Correspondence Management. In Correspondence Management and Interactive Communication you can export letters. When a user is exporting assets/letters into a CMP file, he normally selects one letter to be packaged. Clicking on "Resolve" shows all related assets to be exported, always together with the data dictionary, even if not updated. In a staged environment, the data dictionary in the lowest environment always contains details which must not be promoted directly. A template author would then like to exclude the unchanged data dictionary from the CMP so as not to promote unwanted development artifacts. The "resolved" asset list just displays the assets but without any option for the user to define which assets have to be included or excluded. This makes a granular export impossible as the user always gets everything. The user cannot export a letter alone on its own. =>Demand: Abil
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: When adding a new component to a page, post translation, it is displayed by default in all the locales. We would like an option to choose the locales in which the component is displayed. Use-case: We have a Gartner Reviews component which has content only in couple of languages. We cannot translate this content as it's pulled via API from Gartner website and also it has to be displayed verbatim since it is customer review. Current/Experienced Behavior: If we add it to the English language page, it'll be display in English language across the site. We cannot translate it, nor can we hide it in certain locales. Improved/Expected Behavior: I would like an option to hide / not display the component in certain locales i.e. I should be able to choose the locales in which the component will be displayed post translation. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.5.18.0 (Managed Servi
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Concurrent usage of the Data Dictionary is impossible because the users are not informed when someone else is working on a specific Data Dictionary.Ideally, it should say, "Hey, you can only view it because John Doe is working on it". Use-case: Editing of the Data Dictionary for Forms and Letters (Correspondence Management / Interactive communication Current/Experienced Behavior: Every user can edit the Data Dictionary; the last edit prevails Improved/Expected Behavior: Once a user edits the Data Dictionary, the Data Dictionary is locked until the editing user has saved the changes. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.5.18.0 Customer-name/Organization name: Deutsche Bank Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: A service user / technical account should be able to be created for Cloudmanager GIT (eg. Oauth/certificate-based-login, through AdobeIO / Adobe Developer Console) to avoid using regular users with password (difficult with FederatedID) for operations on Cloudmanager GIT. Use-case: when using cloudmanager, one needs to constantly sync the 3rd party git to Cloudmanger. To do this in an automated fashion, a service user / technical account is required. The current approach is a workaround in creating a regular user with password in Adobe Admin Console, but this is insufficient and error-prone (at last once a year). Current/Experienced Behavior: No real technical account to access and use Cloudmanager-GIT in a automate fashion can be creaeted. Improved/Expected Behavior: A technical account should be able to be created (eg. though Adobe-Developer-Console / AdobeIO, maybe in the Cloudmager API) which uses certific
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: When using a path browser and searching (ie in the thumbnail of the page) for a particular image, the results appear to only be based on the name. Search results from the assets search (when placing an asset in a page) or in the global search are different (as they appear to search the metadata as well). Use-case: Have the same search results when doing a search using the path browser component as in other search location (assets search and global search) Current/Experienced Behavior: On a base install of 6.5 with SP18: If you search for "biking" on http://localhost:<port>/mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/properties.html?item=/content/we-retail/us/en/experience/arctic-surfing-in-lofoten in the "Thumbnail" tab > Select image > then do a search for "biking", you get 3 results (with one being the "mountain-biking.jpg"). When you search for "biking" in the asset panel of the page (http://localhost:<port>/editor.html/
Currently if Marketo users are set to expire on a given date (say, quarterly), you have to go in and modify each individual user profile to set a new expiration date. I would like to be able to bulk change the date, so that for my active users I could change them all at once instead of having to modify dozens of individual profiles. The ability to add or remove roles from a profile would also be a nice upgrade, but isn't as pressing since roles do not change as often as expiration dates.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Setting to not allow a specific role to change Project Status but still own the project Use-case: We would like to force Project Managers to use a request to change the Project Status from Planning>Current and vice versa as well as the same for putting a project On Hold. Due to SAP integrations, we cannot use the Status: Planning Pending that is native to the project as it disrupts the flow of project costs and other valuable data going to/from SAP. Current/Experienced Behavior: PM can change the Project Status Improved/Expected Behavior: The PM could no longer change the Project Status, but would rather use a Request workflow for approvals and subsequent changes to project status by the Project Sponsor. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Branding capability within the Adobe MFA app Use-case: Adding brand attributes like brand logo, some help links specific to the brand/client into the Adobe MFA App which make more relevant to the clients who are the first time transitioning to MFA from other MFA apps like Duo or Authenticators Current/Experienced Behavior: Use the Adobe MFA access app with no configurations specific to branding. Improved/Expected Behavior: Adding the brand details like brand logo and help text/link makes it to more client relevant. It's possible to view the size of the "last cast" in an engagement program, and the expected size of the next "cast" of every other type of campaign or email send. Would be very nice to see the expected size of each "next cast."
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Annoying and Performance - Time Savings. How would you like the feature to work - Stay where I was before the action.Current Behavior - After deleting a task or updating the schedule it goes all the way back to the top and forces me to scroll all the way down to where I was when I initiated the action. Super annoying and a waste of time.
I would like to see a marriage of the Resource Planner and the Workload Balancer. I like that the Resource Planner allows users to filer by Job Role amongst other options instead of just Team. I also like that you can see more than just Planned Hours in the Planner. That said, the Workload Balancer has a much better UI and I like that capacity can be viewed by Day instead of just by Week. A combination of these two tools would be ideal.
Our users request that the Task Description field (in Task Details, Overview) default to being open/fully expanded instead of having to click 'Show More'. User would only need to click to 'Show Less'.That being said, our ideal solution would be that the task description appear along with the updates information. So, as you consider this request, please look holistically at the task user experience. There are multiple request related to placement/visibility related to task description, updates, reference number to improve UX and increase efficiency.
Description - Add the option to tag a Portfolio and Program to a request/issue. Why is this feature important to you - We have multiple COE teams utilizing Workfront to manage requests/work which all ultimately align to a campaign, event or standard program, while other COE teams utilize projects and tag their projects to the relevant campaign/event/program, Program in Workfront. How would you like the feature to work - Add the ability to tag these 2 fields in the issue > overview form.Current Behaviour - No options currently exist.
Description - We would like the option to hide the system created hour types so that they can not be added to timesheets. Right now, time off is broken out into vacation time and sick time. We do not use Workfront as a time off tracking tool and would prefer admins not have the option to add these to timesheets. Why is this feature important to you - Workfront is not our system of record for tracking time not at work. We'd like the option to hide these so group admins can't access them. How would you like the feature to work - Same as the ability to hide other hour types. Current Behaviour - No options to edit/change/hide default hour types.
We have quite a few fields classifying the job roles into a hierarchy (identifying skills / business area etc) and currently have to maintain data about the roles in our data warehouse. If we were able to attach custom forms to job roles then we would be able to add these fields which could then be used in reporting in the tool.
Description - When collaborating with users who don't frequently use Workfront (Requestor/Reviewer level license) and sharing documents, uploading the documents can cause confusion for the requestor/reviewer level user (we have 80k+ employees who are not regular users of Workfront but at any given time could work with an internal group that does regularly use Workfront). In many/most cases the Requestor/Reviewer level would require some type of training to understand where to navigate in Workfront and how to upload documents. This is generally not feasible given the large user base. Why is this feature important to you - It would enable better collaboration across our organization when working with documents. How would you like the feature to work - When someone reply's to an update from Workfront in Outlook (or other email system) and there is a document attached in thier reply, the document is automatically downloaded and added to the object "Documents" section. When building a new or custom view, it shows a preview but it is not based on live information of a project. Can the preview be set so that it shows live information of a current project. I'm left guessing what information will actually show up when creating a view on my projects. It means saving, checking and then going back in multiple times.
There is no way right now, even in text mode (that I'm aware of) to add a column for approver and proof/document URL to a Document Version report. These options are both in a Proof Approval report, please enable for a version report. I have built a report to show trends of how many rounds/versions our Proofs are going in order to give light on proofs with high # of rounds and I want to easily see if there is a correlation between number of rounds and certain approvers/worst offenders. I also want to be able to go straight to the proof from the report, not just pull in the proof/document name and then search for it separately in WF. Odd to me that some info is possible in a Proof Approval report but not a Document Version report. Help!
Description - It would be nice if the proofing tool would assign tasks or assignments back to the proof owner when a changes required. Why is this feature important to you - This would automate workflows more and prevent proof changes from being missed. The tool doesn't really do much to alet proof owners of required changes. How would you like the feature to work - Once the decision changes required is selected, the proof is then automatically assigned back to the owner, similar in style on how reviewers have a section of "Needing My Approval"Current Behaviour - If a proof receives changes required, the document status is changed, but there is very little to no alerts or assignments back to the proof owner and you have to manually observe the status of the proof.
When we have scheduled projects that are distributed as PDFs, is there a way to get the year of the date range to show up in the annotation summary? The below is pretty misleading, because the 10/18 issue was in 2022 but the 10/17 – 10/18 issue was in 2023.
Description -I wish there was the option to modify what columns show up in the "Requests" section. Same as all the other screens, being able to modify the columns and groupings would be helpful in organizing information.
Description - With the recent introduction of the "used in" column for Segments and Calculated Metrics which is super useful, it would be great if this could be extended to not only show the projects they are used in but also to highlight if they are used in Report Builder also! Why is this feature important to you - When cleaning metrics and segments up without knowing if they are in Report Builders requests then these could be deleted and break the requests if people go off the "used in" column which currently doesn't show thisHow would you like the feature to work - When using the "used in" column for it to list all projects and also all report builder requests too so can review when doing cleaningCurrent Behaviour - Not showing Report Builder projects
Its not ideal for us when we clone our salesforce PROD, the newly created sandbox will still have MSI config pointing to Marketo PROD API. We have business need of having multiple full-instance cloned from PROD and unlike any other managed package, MSI keeps the configuration unchanged and we are experiencing same user is being tracked as usage from different OrgID, resulting going over limit of seats/licenses we purchased. Any other managed package would not require any additional steps and ideally, MSI should also reset or update in a way that we are not charged for same user from different orgID. If we have to test in UAT, we can always update the config to point to UAT vs PROD depending on need and this is how almost all managed packages in salesforce works. Thoughts?
It would be nice to be able to add people to groups in Marketo Sales Insight Actions by sorting by state or territory. Our sales team would love this feature instead of having to search and add a person to a group one by one.
The ability to add additional users to an assigned task using Bulk Assignments in Workload Balancer would be very helpful.
