Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Bi-directional Document synching with Sharepoint Use-case: We would like our Project Managers and Workers to be able to manage documents within WF and have those changes synch with Sharepoint. If a change or deletion occurs when the document is accessed via Workfront, then those should reflect in Sharepoint. Current/Experienced Behavior: Synching does not occur, but rather documents added to Workfront do not get synched to Sharepoint. Improved/Expected Behavior: Bi-directional Document synching with Sharepoint Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): Customer-name/Organization name: NTT America Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
Updating users via the API is slow compared to most other object types. For example, updating a user's home group takes about 2 seconds. Performing this via the bulk update API doesn't improve this. I suspect WF is performing unnecessary actions when making simple updates to the user objects. This is affecting our ability to bulk update the Home Group for 380k users via the API. What should normally take a couple hours is taking over a week. I recommend that the engineering team update the code so that it only does the extra processing when certain fields change on a user. WF already does this for tasks. For example, if a task is renamed, it doesn’t trigger the timeline engine to execute…it just updates the database. But if the task’s duration changes, the timeline engine kicks into gear.
Description - We would like the ability to copy paste rich text into updates. Why is this feature important to you - Often we write meeting notes in Word. Meeting notes commonly have rich text formatting such as bulleted lists. Or we want to copy paste the contents of an email into Workfront. When we paste this, we want the formatting to look the same on Workfront as it does in the original. How would you like the feature to work - I would like the formatting (bullet points, bold text, indents, etc.) to remain in the pasted text in the Workfront update. Current Behavior - Currently one of two things happens. 1. Pasting normally causes odd changes to formatting, extra characters, different indentations, and sometimes adds HTML characters. 2. Pasting plain text only removes all formatting and requires the poster to redo it.
In Bizible/Marketo Measure, Ad Destination URL is available for LinkedIn Sponsored Content, but not LGF. Please make available for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. Want to be able to capture the url of what was promoted and what the user fills out lead gen form for. The landing page URL is usually not the same as the Ad destination URL. Would be able to standardize "Landing Page URL" from other sources to "Ad Destination URL" from LGF.
We had built a series of curated workspaces that gave our end users a set of carefully selected projects to be able to interrogate the data. They restricted the projects to simple sets of data making it easy for our users and also restricted them having access to the full set of dimensions which we didn't want them to have.#We did and do not want our non analyst community to be able to create their own workspaces but rather use the ones we had created for them. They were pre-built, simple to use and controlled. What you have done now is open up the full workspace to everyone. We wouldn't have dreamed of giving our non-analysts access to Ad-Hoc analysis yet we are now giving them access to create uncurated projects in the more powerful workspace with the full range of dimensions. Why have you done this???
Description -After the April 2023 update, my filter selections no longer stick in the area I'm working in.Previously: While on the Projects tab, I could select Filter A for that listing. When I clicked on my team's Portfolio tab, i could select to use Filter B. Whenever I moved in and out of projects or across tabs, Filter A would always be on Projects and Filter B on the portfolio until I changed themNow: I set Filter A on the Project tab. I move to the Portfolio tab and Filter A is set. I change it to Filter B. I move back to the Project tab. Filter B is now set. The previously selected filter does not "stick" This is important to me because as the manager of the team, nearly everyone puts me as the project sponsor on their projects. Unfortunately, all of these projects appear when using the "Projects I'm On" filter, even if I have no task assignments. So I created a filter to show only projects where I have actual task assignments. This is how I filter the Projects list. W
It appears the ability to add comments to projects while bulk editing has been removed. How can you make an edit to projects without making a comment documenting what you have changed? Workfront has cost my staff and I hours of wasted time as we now have to edit one project at a time so we can properly document the changes that are being made. Taking this away has removed being able to use the bulk editing feature entirely. Please let me know when this functionality has been restored.
Problem Description:Currently, Adobe After Effects does not offer a built-in feature for setting global motion blur preferences that apply to all compositions within a project. This limitation can be quite cumbersome for users working on extensive projects, as they need to individually configure motion blur settings for each composition, which can be time-consuming and prone to inconsistencies.Suggested Solution:I kindly request that Adobe consider implementing a feature that allows users to set global motion blur preferences at the project level. This feature would enable users to define motion blur settings that apply universally to all compositions within the project. Here's how it could work:In the project settings or preferences, add a "Global Motion Blur Settings" section.Within this section, users should be able to set parameters such as motion blur on/off, shutter angle, and motion blur samples. These global settings would override the composition-level settings unless a composit
Proof comments submitted independent of one another may be missed or get lost within other notifications. The option to "batch" proof notifications within the Workfront application will streamline the proofing process, as well as eliminate any question as to whether or not all comments were seen.
Description -We commonly link directly to the source file in Outlook and Teams correspondence. The file is located in a shared drive so multiple people can access the file at the same time and any edits are automatically saved. There is no need to have multiple versions of the file. It is the most efficient way to manage changes. We copy and paste the file path into the comments or within a project task and when the user clicks on the link, it will take them directly to the file. This option does not exist today.
Description - When trying to find tasks in the intake column to move to the board, the search tool within the column only searches the task names. When I search for project names, I get no results. The problem is that our task names are generic (e.g., Web Page Live, Update Page, etc.) but our project names are unique (e.g., Fall 2023 Campaign) so we really need a way to search for project names to find associated tasks. I know there are ways to manually create cards on the board which allows search for project name, or use the board configurations to filter down the intake column for specific projects, but being able to use the search tool would make things much quicker and more efficient. Why is this feature important to you - Our department uses WF to manage numerous ongoing projects at any given time, however my team is usually only responsible for one task per project. The idea of using a Kanban board to visualize our tasks seems like an efficient way to monitor our work, but gettin
Description - I confirmed with support that a job roles report does not display the Quick Filter when the report is included in a dashboard because it has not been brought into parity with other report interfaces. Why is this feature important to you - The Quick Filter is one of the most helpful functions across Workfront. For lengthy data sets, it is essential to have the Quick Filter for searching within those large data sets. How would you like the feature to work - Make the user interface parallel to other reports that automatically display the Quick Filter and filters, views, and groupings options.Current Behaviour - The workaround to access the Quick Filter is to open the job roles report standalone (outside of the dashboard).
Being an admin user, currently we can see list of all WS Projects whether those are shared or not shared with admin user account. From this list if admin wants to check the latest usage of those projects then only option is 'Last Open' data. But admin will be able to see this data only for those projects which are opened by his/her account and not by other users/owners. And will not be able to calculate the actual usage of all projects/dashboards.If adobe can provide 'last opened' details to Admin for all projects opened by any user then admin can contact those users and remove the unused projects/dashboards. Hope I am able to highlight my point OR please let me know If need more details/discussions from my side.
We would like to request the following enhancement for Disney:-Current Situation: In a Project, we have a folder for each approval phase. When one Proof is approved, we need to download it and upload it in the next phase's folder and create the new proof. If we use the "Drag & Drop" option, the Poof gets moved from one folder into the other, without keeping the history.-Enhancement: Check if we can have a Copy button of the proof so we can move it into the next phase's folder.-Background: We need to keep a copy of the approved "Proof" in each folder and, because of this, we only have one stage in the proofing workflow.Thank you in advance.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: We have a large enterprise user base that is ever evolving. It would be a great feature if it was possible to deploy alerts/updates to all Adobe Analytics users within the UI so that when someone logs in, they are informed of any changes/updates that the admin has shared with the user base. Use-case: User communication -built-in functionality to message or send an alert to your users or user groups through Adobe Analytics or the Adobe Experience Platform Admin Console Current/Experienced Behavior: There is no feature like this within the UI. Confirmed with our Adobe consultant. Improved/Expected Behavior: built-in functionality to message or send an alert to your users or user groups through Adobe Analytics or the Adobe Experience Platform Admin Console Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): N/A Customer-name/Organization name: FedEx Screenshot (if applicable): Code packag
* USES:- Access Levels- Statuses (project, task, issue)* THE IDEA:Two new buttons in the admin area:A) A button that allows you to re-add a Status/Access Level which has been deleted.B) A "Lock Defaults" button for admins that, when locked, would:1) RESET the current Status or Access Level back to it's original default, ensuring it is as initially setup.2) Make a COPY of the current configuration as a new object, if it has been changed.* Example 1:Over time, an access level has been modified but nobody is sure how it is different from the very first day settings. Clicking this button would allow the Admins to be certain that the setup of the default is consistent with the initial system configuration.
Description - After support's research, they indicated that the Assignments and Status column will be unpredictable when using the quick filter since it's not a sortable column. We use this column often as it's a better view for tasks with multiple assignees or when we want to see all tasks assigned to someone, not just the ones where they are the primary assignee. "My team has confirmed that the Tasks: Assignments and Status field is not sortable, which is required for quick filter searches. They recommend using the User column as I had suggested as well, feel free to keep both columns but keep in mind that the previous column you were using will be unpredictable with the quick filter searches. If you would like for us to make this field operable with the quick filter feature, I would recommend submitting this as a product enhancement via our Innovation Lab." Why is this feature important to you - So we aren't thinking we are seeing all the tasks associated with a name

Wondering if the technology has the capability within custom forms to do the following:We have a large number of fields that are associated to other fields using logic. We have come across a case where when using radio buttons on fields that are dependent on above field selection, if those radio buttons are selected and then the dependent field selection changes, the values are held within the logic fields even though they no longer show in the form.... Is there a way to have those reset to blank if they are not showing within the form?
Currently. when form logic is set to make a field viewable based on specific values selected, if a user changes the value to make downstream fields not viewable, any values in that field remain. We need to have the ability to configure the field logic to either retain or delete these logic driven viewable fields, depending on the business needs of the for, The challenge we are facing, is that when a field is selected and then changed, and these associated fields retain the original values input, they remain with the record even though they are no longer viewable. This causes reports and dashboards to include values from these fields, that should be removed
Adobe Analytics should take holidays into account when firing off alerts. Currently, an alert looks at activity over the recent past (30, 60, 90 days) and based on what's predicted, decides if a change in activity is an anomaly. This all makes perfect sense, except for some incredibly predictable days, like New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Adobe should offer a setting that takes into account national holidays. A checkbox would enable holiday logic to be put into placeThe admin would choose from a list of countries whose holidays should be taken into accountOnly traffic from those countries would be counted for these holidaysWhen reviewing traffic and determining if an anomaly has occurred, the lookback period will take into account the prior year's traffic around that holiday and see if it is within a similar trendlineIf it is, no alert will fireIf the traffic is outside the expected trendline by the chosen criteria, an alert will fireAlerts are high stress
Description -Why is this feature important to you - Reducing the delay will allow promote newly launched productsHow would you like the feature to work - being able to promote / recommend Adobe Target Recommendations entities as soon as they launch on application for user.Current Behaviour - 15 Delay is present for product to be added to the catalog, and depending on criteria look-up the product can be recommended post next run of the algorithm which is anywhere between 12 - 48 hours.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - it will allow my users to set their approval status's to something that is meaningful to them. How would you like the feature to work - Similar to buttons in Proof. We can rename those buttons. Can we also add more approval buttons?Current Behaviour - users are stuck with what is hard-coded by Wf and cannot be changed.
Description - Be able to set the date field based off an SLA. ie On a specific custom form the date selected can't be less than 5 business days from todayWhy is this feature important to you - SLAs require time to complete work and requests are asking for dates that are unrealistic. If we can prevent them from requesting 2 days turn around when the standard SLA is 5days it will help set expectations better. How would you like the feature to work - On the field we should be able to set the SLA for date selection Current Behaviour - We add a descriptive text outlining the SLA but users select whatever they want when entering the date. Even today's date.
When viewing a project, it would be nice if the user didn't have to re-collapse the task list each time they come back to the project. For example, CREATIVE is a parent task, and PRODUCTION is a parent task, PRINT MGMT, PREPRESS, and so on.... Production team would like to collapse CREATIVE and the others and have it stay that way; they only want PRODUCTION to stay expanded. Prepress team only cares about prepress stage of tasks, and you get the picture...
