A recent project required mass bulk data updates between Dynamics and Marketo. The large amount of updates were expected to cause backlogs and disrupt the production environment integration. In exploring ways to mitigate the effects, we consulted with Adobe Marketo Support. We also referenced this excellent post on Marketo / Salesforce Sync Limits & Priority Info, but found that several processes work differently in the Dynamics sync. In this post I will share a few findings. Unlike the Salesforce-Marketo sync, the Dynamics sync works on a first in, first out (FIFO) basis. Updates in the Dynamics sync do not batch by entity – they will be made in the order in which they occurred, based on the system mod timestamp. For example, if 50K Lead records are updated, and then 50K Contact records are updated, there is no throttling by object as described for an SFDC integration. The 50K Lead records will sync first. When a new Dynamics custom entity is added to the sync, all

I'm working on AEM as cloud service, we are using OOTB functionality for alternative links in our head.link.html file.<link data-sly-test="${page.alternateLanguageLinks}" data-sly-repeat="${page.alternateLanguageLinks.entrySet}" rel="alternate"hreflang="${item.key.toLanguageTag}" href="${model.hostName}${item.value @ extension}"> above code is not working properly, Sometimes it return 3 locale pages only where it should return 4 and sometimes it return empty.Note:- I have enabled the checkbox (render alternative language links) in template page policy. Also other locale pages are created using OOTB AEM language copy option only. Can anyone suggest what could went wrong? or any other approach to render alternative language links?

Hi, I am doing an internal project to connect a magento sandbox to an AEMaaCS sandbox to test out the use of CIF components. I am building it locally and am using the latest AEMaaCS download, and the latest CIF plugin. My project is pretty basic with only core components and core CIF components enabled. It was built using the Adobe Archetype with commerce enabled. While the project builds and installs properly, I get a few problems. The navigation header keeps coming up with a comparison error. I ended up removing the navigation component for now, but i did add a CIF product component to a page, and in the editorial interface it allows me to search the products on the magento server and choose the one that I want to visualise, however when I do view as published it says "No Product Found" I did a bit of debugging on the ProductImpl class, and can see it getting called, however the self bound MagentoGraphqlClient is null, hence it can't find the conte
This series of blog posts is going to review functionality that you can use to be safer when you're building programs directly in production. I'm not suggesting you use all of these every time; there's a level of common sense that you need to deploy here, but it is good to know what options are available.First, let's focus on functionality available across the entire instance.User Permissions Marketo has very granular user permissions that allow you to set up varying roles for users who have less training and/or experience within Marketo. In the Admin section, you can modify user roles so that newer users do not have the ability to take certain actions that have a permanent impact on the database. For example, the following permissions may be restricted:Access, Edit, Approve, or Delete Email Template: Would prevent the user from modifying email templates that may be in use by other groups besides their ownAccess, Edit, Approve, or Delete Landing Page Template: Would prevent the user fr

In AEM 6.4 to roll-out blue print pages there is no option in Touch enabled UI of siteadmin, authors needs to open the page and click on page properties to rollout the pages or need to use classic UI siteadmin and roll-out the page.Follow below changes to enabled the roll-out option in touch-enabled siteadmin and give flexibility for authors to roll-out the page/s instead of going to siteadmin or using page properties in page.1) Overlay below path from /libs to /apps /apps/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/actions/selection2) Add rollout node (nt:unstructured) under selection with values as shown below (Mostly I used open properties /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/jcr:content/actions/selection/open)3) Add data node (nt:unstructured) under rollout node with values as shown below4) Once above changes are done, we can see the rollout option in Touch UI siteadmin5) I am opening the rollout page in new window so that authors can come back to previous window to make changes to other pages.
