The September 2023 release updated the Used By Tab for Design Studio Assets. We use the "used by" function to confirm assets are used in appropriate workflows. The column cuts off the results so you have to hover over each option. It made a quick eyeball validation more complicated and added no value. Go back to old process or at least allow users to adjust the column widths.
In Workfront when you download a mutli-select excel, the output is sporadic and doesn't export in any realistic manner, like sorting in an ASC fashion. Obviously, there are ways to mitigate this within excel, but it ends up adding time to the admins as most of our end users would not complete the follow up needs to break up fields just to sort in a proper fashion. This really isn't a user friendly approach and would love if Workfront would just export in sorted fashion driven by the report.
Description -Reporting on fields that have display and skip logic in custom forms would be great functionality for system admins. When managing and updating custom forms it can be a challenge to Identify all of the logic that might also need to be reviewed and revised. Currently the only way to review display and skip logic is by color coding in fields that can be time consuming and easy to miss with custom forms that have many fields.
Colour Management : It would be a massive advantage to be able to view and check proofs with a view to printing requirements. For example: Check CMYK colour separations, cutter key overprints and check 4 colour blacks (registration). This is a important part of the checking and approval procedure before printing literature. The feature could work the same as the print production view in Acrobat.Really interested in your alternative solutions.
Description - When using Workfront's "Workfront Proof" (Proofing Tool) to open up Proof Links, users have to put in their email id and password as well as validate their identity with their mobile device via text or call, every time they open a proof. This request is to prevent the validation for every proof that is opened or once it's validated, it doesn't need to be validated again. Why is this feature important to you - This feature will help the users to complete their tasks as fast as possible and would not be time consuming. How would you like the feature to work - When the users open a proof and they are asked to enter their email id and password and also, validate their identity and they click on "Don't ask again for 90 days", it should save their details so that they do not need enter their details again when they re-open the same proof.Current Behaviour - As per the current behaviour, the users have to put in their email id and password as well as validate their

We ran into issues with list imports the other day that was due to a cluster issue in the sydney datacenter where our instance is hosted. We had 4 lists that were "being imported" and never finished even after 4 days. This got me thinking, we have a Campaign Queue, why not have a List Import Queue/History... This could get cumbersome with how some of us use lists (campaign Triggering) but if it is either tabbed or categorized, based on the following it should be easy to filter and troubleshoot:Possible List Actions:List ImportAPI List ImportFlow: AdditionFlow: RemovalHere is a quick and rough mockup -- forgive any inconsistencies, I'm writing in stream of consciousness.StatusActionList Name(With List ID and Link)Program/Location Name (With Program/Location ID and Link)Start Day Date & TimeEnd Date & TimeView list of...In ProcessList ImportLI 10 -- Import to Program(LI124488)EVSP 2017-07 -- My Sponsored Event -- MKTO-SFDC (PG2430)7/11/2017 10:00:007/11/2017 10:03:00Leads Process
Please add the ability to make notes on logged time from the Home or My Work views. Currently, in order to make notes on logged hours, the user has to have admin access to Timesheets & hours. It's also an extra step for the user to have to click on the task, click on the Hours tab, and then log their time from there. It would be nice for the user to be able to make notes on time logged without having to navigate away from the Home or My Work pages.
Description - I think it would be helpful to have EPS files load in the proof tool. It would save us the time of exporting files to PDF and, as an Adobe product, I think it would help with integration between other design applications. Why is this feature important to you - workflow convenienceHow would you like the feature to work - I'd like to be able to view EPS files in the proof tool again.Current Behavior - EPS files not able to be viewed.
Description - While creating the proof, even the proof creator should receive the proof notification. Why is this feature important to you - With a personalized proof notification, the evidence maker will be verified.Current Behaviour - Once the proof is created, proof created won't receive the notification
Description - Since there are only limited possibilities to add a description to a field in the form builder, it would be helpful if it were possible to separate text from the actual label. for example Width (in mm).Why is this feature important to you - i am aware of the Instructions parameter, but this assumes that the user hovers over the corresponding icon. How would you like the feature to work - be able to enter bracketsCurrent Behaviour - brackets are not possible for label names
Description - Today, default Component Names in Customer Journey Analytics are based on the XDM display name of the field alone. However, that leads to potentially many components having the same name (1) while coming from very different paths in the Schema (2): This makes it hard to understand which, in this example, Type a component really is. To help this, CJA admins have to chose between two bad options: Leave the XDM Schema unchanged (using descriptive display names which only describe the current node) but having to manually change the component name in every connected Data View Changing the XDM Schema display name for all fields to include more information than actually required to avoid having to change many fields in CJA To help with this issue in CJA while keeping the XDM Schema clean, I propose to make the duplicate check smarter. Today, a number is added to the name to make the name unique. Ideally, in case of a duplicate component name, the display name of the field in
When more than one user is assigned to a task, only the main assignee gets that task shown on their calendar. The secondary has no idea they are assigned. It doesn't show up on boards, calendars etc. Only in the WF project task list itself. Make it so both people can see the task if both of them need to work on it.
I have a big site with multiple of lines of business using a single report suite. And I am very efficient in how I create our processing rules. Nevertheless, the business size translates into a lot of processing rules within which are even more processing rules. I am the only one that creates the rules and I have a good memory. Still, remembering where a given rules is, or if it even exists can be a challenge. Currently I open all the rules (67 of them) then do a Ctrl-f and do a text search for the context variable, adobe variable, or rule name. It would be useful to have a less clunky way to search the processing rule list. This could be a simple as an expand all and collapse all link. Then folks can use a Ctrl-f to find the rule of interest.I have submitted a previous idea about being able to download the rule list. If this is done, one could text search the downloaded file.Or it could be a regular text search box that returns the rule number. In this case you would need to
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Enable bulk tagging of pages that are Live Copies Use-case: The client is using MSM to keep thousands of pages in sync with Blueprints. The client wishes to group some Live Copies in Group A and some Live Copies in group B, the obvious grouping method is tagging. However, bulk tagging pages is not possible if the pages are Live Copies. Current/Experienced Behavior: Bulk tagging does not work on Live Copies Improved/Expected Behavior: Bulk tagging works on Live Copies Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM AMS 6.5.16 Customer-name/Organization name: Toyota Motor Europe Screenshot (if applicable): / Code package (if applicable): /
Currently, when logging into Adobe Analytics, the default landing page is "Reports", referring to the old Reports & Analysis interface. But given that Analysis Workspace is the go-to for reporting, the default landing page should be "Workspace".Please change the default landing page.
Ability to report on issues, tasks, and projects together in one report
Hi all, it is a standard functionality in many applications already, to display the last successful login data+time, during each users consecutive logins. For Adobe Analytics, it is only possible to see the last login date of each user in the admin logs right now. It would be great if we could display this information to the end-users directly during login.Users should be aware when the last login with their own account was performed, so that they can detect potential malicious activity immediately.Additionally, it would help if we could display/configure a custom login message together with the date+time information. I post this under Adobe Analytics, but generally this would be a great feature for the entire Experience Cloud. Cheers,Robin
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: This is a request to have a scroll bar added to the bottom of the AEM Guides editor repository. Use-case: Some of our DITA assets have long titles that go beyond the maximum width of the repository. When there are multiple search results with such long titles, an author would have to hover over each one until the needed asset is found (imagine having to go thru hundreds of assets!). Current/Experienced Behavior: Some of our DITA assets have long titles that go beyond the maximum width of the repository. When there are multiple search results with such long titles, an author would have to hover over each one until the needed asset is found Improved/Expected Behavior: With a horizontal scroll bar, the author will only need to scroll left or right to be able to see the search result titles in full. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.5.12. AEM Guide 4.1 Customer-name/Orga
Description - A Source Connector for messaging queus Why is this feature important to you - Backend system uses AMQP for eventsHow would you like the feature to work - A Connector to enable consuming AMQP events, as an alternativt to the HTTP Streaming ConnectorCurrent Behaviour - No current support
Demande de résumé des améliorations des fonctionnalités (RFE) : There was a functionality on AEM 6.3 that allowed users to copy an asset or a page, then refresh the page (go to another folder by modifying the URL on the browser) and then paste the asset or page to the destination folder. This functionality has been removed on AEM 6.4 to avoid a copy/paste from a module to another one (Assets to Sites for example). But it should still be available when you stay on the same module : copy/paste an asset in the module Assets. Cas d’utilisation : Users used this functionality on 6.3 to avoid going through the whole folder hierarchy when they already know the destination path. It's time saving. Comportement actuel/expérimenté : Select an asset or a page Click on “Copy” In the same window, manually modify the browser URL to go to another folder to paste it Example : From : https://{localhost}/assets.html/content/dam/fr/2022/products/hr To : https://{localhost}/asset
Description - A slider/setting in Recommendations criteria to tune how much the algorithm should explore items in the catalog. Why is this feature important to you - Our use case is to show some random/less relevant items in a set of User-based recommendations so the they're not overoptimised to what the user has previously browsed e.g. if user only or mostly views pages tagged "Educate me", they can be recommended a few pages tagged "Divert me" or "Inspire me" too (different values of the same attribute/field).It would also help adoption of Target within the business. Assuring Editorial and Product stakeholders that recommendations are not solely decided by an algorithm so less relevant but still important pages can be recommended would help alleviate concern that recommendations are overoptimised (we are a content/media website). How would you like the feature to work - In the Criteria screen, a slider similar to Attribute Weighting between 0% and 100% or 0 and 1 like AW
Description - Allow for calendar views to house the feature to easily adjust dates by dragging and dropping Why is this important to you- Allow for calendar views to house the feature to easily adjust dates - Our marketing teams use the calendar detailed view (report) + calendar view for channel planning. In the previous system they could easily look at only the calendar view and drag & drop the marketing tactics to easily adjust dates as needed and it would auto-adjust the dates in the detailed report/ view. This adds time to the process with WF vs the new system that enabled it. How would you like the feature to work - Enable the option to drag & drop to adjust dates on the calendar viewCurrent Behaviour - You cannot drag & drop/ adjust dates on a calendar view
Description - Across Workfront are typeahead fields that have limits on how many options they list. I confirmed with support that this is by design and occurs in various places across Workfront. For example, in the Project Overview, the Portfolio and Program fields show only the top 14 (approximately) options. In the case of portfolios and programs, I suspect many Workfront instances have more than 14 active portfolios or programs (or other objects that have a max list). There is no indication that other options exist and that a user can/must type to search for those options. Why is this feature important to you - Users are not always informed of the full breadth of options. If the option is not presented, they sometimes assume it doesn't exist and therefore choose something that isn't appropriate. In the case of Portfolios and Programs, I have project managers who aren't familiar with all the Portfolios we have, so they have to look elsewhere. Some project managers, though, might assum
We are heavy users of the Time-off Calendar in our Workfront instance but the time-off calendar has limitations and only shows the blocks of time but no option for additional text or notes. It would be beneficial to see some detail in the time-off calendar as our teammates spend time away but that time is not necessarily related to personal time-off nor is it related to a project task. The current design does not permit any additional information and a reportable notes field would be so very helpful.
