Description - When Filtering logs(syslog, wfserver, mtachild etc.) in Adobe Campaign Classic Monitoring, it allows restricting logs based on data only. While analyzing an issue of the recent past it returns loads of records for a day and one has to click "Display next results" many times. Having the ability to filter based on time stamps with make life much easier. Why is this feature important to you - This feature is important to me as I look into Prod issues and having the ability to check logs from monitoring helps narrow down the issue. How would you like the feature to work - I would like the feature to work with the ability to filter logs with both date and time stamps. Current Behaviour - Can only filter based on date.
Description - You know how when a proof is sent to someone to approve - it appears in their WF task list? Would it be possible to make it go the other way too, so when a proof is marked as Changes Required, that would appear in their task list as something the proof owner would need to tend to? Why is this feature important to you - Since the only way to know if a proof has come back to you for edits is via an email notification, it would be amazing to also have it appear in the task list in case the email notification got lost in the user's inbox. How would you like the feature to work - would like a task item to appear in the work list showing that action is required on a proof. Current Behaviour - Nothing appears in the task list when a proof is marked as changes required.
Please allow workers and reviewers to approve timesheets. This is only place where only planners can approve. It's confusing and limiting.
When doing Advanced Search a use should be able to save the filters and other criteria in order to have quick access to do the search again without having to select the criteria each time
Today, while Marketo has the ability to group a Revenue Model's stages into phases, there is no way to access this data outside of the Marketo UI itself. As a Marketo integration developer, I would like to see the phase a Revenue Stage is grouped into via the API in some way, shape, or form. The most straightforward way to handle this would be to add additional response parameters to Change Revenue Stage activities to include "Old Stage Phase" and "New Stage Phase", but a metadata call to show how the Model is set up would work equally well.
Description - Would like the option to have multilingual custom dimensions and metrics. Currently only out-of-the-box variables created by Adobe are translated when users change the interface language. We would like custom variables to also be translated when users change the language of their interface. Currently, the only way to have bilingual dimensions and metrics is to create very long variable names with one language first and then the other, e.g. Page Title | Titre de page. This makes it very hard to scan through dimensions/metrics in the components menu in Workspace as long names typically get cut off in the default view of the menu. Why is this feature important to you - Many countries have several official languages. For example, Canada's official languages are French and English. We need our dimensions and metrics in Adobe Analytics to be in both French and English in order to meet official language requirements. Many other countries are in the same boat. Having multi
Say, I want to filter the high performing Named Accounts in the past month or in the last week, but this is tough to achieve in TAM. I believe there should be a Time Frame filter to identify the accounts in a specific date range. Please refer to the screenshot:
Description - Some Workfront views have a little padlock to indicate whether there is a constraint on the planned finish date but there is no way to add this to other views without using the column from an existing view or using text mode. Why is this feature important to you - It would simplify view and report creation and improve the user experience. How would you like the feature to work - Ideally, if you add planned start or planned completion dates you would have a check box that asked something like "add constraint indicator". Current Behaviour - Text mode or knowledge of existing views is required to capture constraint icons. Many views do not indicate the constraints which can make it difficult for users to troubleshoot. Here is the text mode for anyone who needs it: Planned Start Date column.5.descriptionkey=plannedstartdate column.5.listsort=atDateAsAtDate(plannedStartDate) column.5.namekey=plannedstartdate.abbr column.5.querysort=plannedStartDate c
Description - It would be very useful to provide a "tags" function on custom forms so users could tag other objects (like projects, tasks, issues, or requests) for their own purposes. This ability is currently only available on boards. Why is this feature important to you - This would provide a light weight way for users to organize, identify, and manage their work according to their process. How would you like the feature to work - Enable this feature on workfront objects (e.g. tasks) so users have the ability to tag their work with custom tags. If enabled, tags should be a standard reporting object. Current Behaviour - At present tagging is not available on standard Workfront objects. Workarounds such as a checkbox field requires knowledge of Workfront and is not really user accessible or a text field can be used with the instruction for users to #tag, #tag2, #tag3 their work but this is far from optimal. Use Case: I'd love for users within project x to be able to tag tas
Feature request: Sub-tasks stay collapsed when you collapse them, so when you return to the Project, the tasks hold the expanded/collapsed state you left them in. It’s very tedious to keep collapsing the top sections of a large project or scrolling down past all the 100% complete sections, so you can get to the stuff you’re currently working on.
Option to change the workload balancer's start date of a task to the actual start date. We have noticed that the workload balancer is using the planned start date as their initial date for allocation of the task, but it will be also beneficial to change this to the actual start date if the task has already started.
Description - Download and Export Target reporting audience data performance Reporting audience are added to activity by Marketers. Current behavior - Reporting audience performance is available in activity but had to be manually extracted. Future behavior - Add ability to download and export reporting audience data performance as well in line with Automated segment/Attributes reports
Description - Right before user save and submit for segment creation, Add a tool tip to open pop up window (seeking user confirmation) if estimated segment size is greater than an internal threshold (eg - trigger pop up if estimated profile size is close to ~1B) Why is this feature important to you - It offers control to avoid unintentional data latency issues introduced due to creation & processing of high load segment. How would you like the feature to work - Trigger pop up seeking user confirmation to proceed with Segment creation Current Behaviour - N/A
Idea: It would be helpful to have a report that helps identify which templates are being used by project managers and how often. This would help to assess which templates aren't being used for clean up purposes. There is nothing in the clean up dashboard to do this. Support provided me with a Text Mode code that could be used to flag which templates haven't been used within the last year, but it only accounts for ones that are used at project set up. It does not count whether templates are being added to projects mid-stream.
Description - Provide UI ability to select group of segments and perform bulk delete. Ex: Select all unused / underused / Zero Audience segment and perform delete operation. Why is this feature important to you - Segment governance Current Behaviour - Individual segment has to be manually selected and processed for deletion. (Multiple selection is not allowed)
I hope I'm not the only one that is having this issue, or at least is similarly frustrated. The current state of the search system of design studio is extremely flawed. It took me about 10 minutes to find the document I needed in my instance due to the change of the search from "contains" to "starts with." It got to the point that I may as well went through my 10 pages of documents in the specific folder to just find the file because it would have been faster. No other search system does has "starts with" for a search. Also, trying to find all the pdfs that talk about similar things is non existent (i.e. I want to see all pdfs that mention "UX" in the title). This, in my opinion, is a bad user experience. The new marketo UI is powerful, and overall very awesome, but I shouldn't have to switch to vanilla Marketo to search for a pdf.
I use Premiere Pro and After Effects and I use color labeling for layer to help organize content. I thought it would be nice to have a similar option for the main WF project list screen. Be cool if I could add colors to listed projects for organization. Outlook as the option too. Thanks!
Similar to the new "Undo" pop-up message, can we add a warning pop-up when you are about to send an update without notifying anyone? This would tremendously help because despite constant reminders, people share updates without tagging people, creating many missed communications.
Description - Once a project, task or issue has entered into an approval flow, the approval flow cannot be edited. You cannot add or remove an approver as needed. It would be nice to be able to at the minimum, add an approver to a stage. This would allow an existing approver to say, I really want this person to review and approve as well. Why is this feature important to you - Allows flexibility with approvers and add or reassign as needed, without starting the approval process over again. How would you like the feature to work - Perhaps it can be limited to those users that are on the approval flow already. If they feel they want another user to review and approve the project, task, issue, they can add that in the approval section. It would be nice if an admin or group admin can have rights to edit an approval flow while in flight. Current Behavior - Once an approval flow is in flight, it cannot be edited without stopping the complet
Description - AEP segment should auto delete based on defined retention date (expiry date) Why is this feature important to you - Would like to establish segment governance, and clean out unused / underused / Time sensitive segments How would you like the feature to work - During segment creation, provide ability to add retention period (90/180days) / add segment expiry date and after defined expiration date segment should auto delete. Current Behaviour - Segments have to be manually reviewed and deleted from inventory.
Measurements need to be exact. Our print production teams need to use decimals.
We need the ability to exclude custom forms when attaching a template to an existing project. Currently, when you attach a template to an existing project, it forces you to include all custom forms associated with that template. This means filling out the required fields just to attach the tasks you need. In some cases, the current behavior has also caused us to go over the limit of the number of custom forms we can have on one project. Our PMs regularly need to attach new tasks when the project scope changes, or if work needs to be redone. Their current workaround is to create a fake project from the template they would like to use, then copy over the tasks from the fake project to the actual project. Copying tasks from similar active projects does not work and causes issues with inherited permissions/notifications. So, the only workaround they have now is very cumbersome.
It would be very helpful if we had the option for Proof Deadlines to automatically adjust based on PTO submitted by an approver.
When proofs are routing through ProofHQ, those who have time off in their calendar and submit a delegation of their work should be able to do so for proofs as well. At my company the only approvals that are sent are those through the proofing process and when people are on vacation they would rather not have their inbox filled up and have their decisions for proofs be delegated to someone else.
Being able to pull reports that indicate the stage due date instead of the proof end date. When there are multiple stages in a single proofing workflow, it is misleading to just get the end date instead of the stage date.
