Hi,  I am seeing differences between email insights and email performance reports for the same set of emails i.e engagement programs and email programs. The opens and clicks specifically don't match for the same timeframe. Please advise.

Question for the hivemindWhat tools to do use to prep files (data transformation, standardization, etc) before loading a lead list into Marketo?  I know a lot of people rely on Marketo smart campaigns to do data normalization but my concerns with that approach is that if there are spelling errors in the file then the data won't be normalized correctly which in some cases can and will cause sync issues between Marketo and SFDC.  Goal is to try to clean up as much of the data before loading into Marketo to prevent this.  Example scenario: Lead file from a conference or tradeshow may have fields below:  First NameLast NameEmailCountryCompanyStateRoleTitleProduct of Interest Some fields like Country and State in your system need to align with dependent picklist values from CRM so for example United States needs to transform to US and have 50 valid state values that are also 2 letter codes(New Hampshire = NH).   Other fields such as Role and

Hi, I'm trying to setup a new publish instance in aws linux machine. I have setup the aem publish environment and trying to access via the hostname. So the Request flow is Dispatcher server -> ALB (Protocol port: 7000) -> AEM Publisher Server (App Instance running on 7000) I have setup all the dispatcher configurations and routing the traffic through renders to the ALB on port 7000 When i access the host url lets say aempublish.com it's going to aempublish.com:7000/content/we-retail.html where the page is not loading. If i manually remove the port and hit url the page loads fine. I have setup the proxy and rewrite rules as well but still facing the same issue. Checking the network the request is getting redirected twice with 302 status code1) aempublish.com -> aempublish.com/index.html2) aempublish.com/index.html -> aempublish.com:7000/content/we-retail.html Dispatcher.any  /virtualhosts {"aempublish.com"}

I have a task report to show all open (not cancelled, on-hold, or completed) tasks.  we are looking to add requests to these tasks that another team would process.  Once complete we want the tasks to show in our report to show that the task can be processed. is there a way to filter a task report to not show tasks with open (Status not set to  "Completed" or "Cancelled") requests?

Hi Community, I want to see if anyone else is having the same problem as me. I attended last week's office hours for the new email editor and am exploring the use of fragments in our templates.  When I create a fragment with a background color and add it to an email, the background color does not appear in the email. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks!

Hello.  I'm trying to create a segment for new users to our site however it keeps pulling in existing users.  This is the segment I am using, which I got from an Adobe tutorial.  I'd like to see all new users within the last 30 days regardless of whether they have only visited once or more.  Any help would be much appreciated.    

Hi Team, We are launching a warm-up engagement program for new contacts before transitioning them to regular marketing. We will have 3 streams:  Stream 1 - 5 emails: New contacts receive all 5 emails. If they click any, they move to Stream 2. ( if they open the email or no engagement then they dont move to next stream )Stream 2 - 2 emails: Contacts receive both emails. I have a configuration with web SDK where I populate my data variable XDM with values name and URL within webI use a data element that reads a value from the datalayer, but then I see data with URL and data with page names. anyone has experienced this?

Hi Everyone,We do maintain a wiki page where we list all the dataflows looks like as below for all the three environments that is dev,stage and prod. To do this we open dataflows in each sandbox and manually edit the wiki.  But when i closely look into UI there is a tabular info which has exact informaion we need   could anyone help me to understand how this table getting populated in the AEP UI.if at all using API, please let me know. Hi Team, We are exploring the use of AEM Forms and have created a simple form with a few fields—such as First Name and Last Name—along with built-in validations. Instead of using the default out-of-the-box (OOTB) submit action, we are looking to handle the form submission on the client side using a REST API endpoint. Our goal is to retain AEM’s native form validation functionality but customize the submission logic to call an external API directly from the front end. Could you please share any best practices or guidance on how to achieve this using clientlibs? Specifically, we’re looking for an example of how to override the submit() method using GuideBridge JS, and the recommended way to load and structure this customization. Hard to put a number on it, but I’d bet 51% of Marketo users don’t realize a non-empty SFDC Type field doesn’t mean the record is synced to SFDC. Same with a non-empty SFDC ID.   That’s right: someone can have SFDC Type = Contact and SFDC ID = 003BLAHZAYBLAHBLAH and there may be no trace of them in SFDC.   Why? Because those fields come from the last time they were synced and will not be updated unless they’re synced with another SFDC record in the future. And that last connected SFDC record may have been completely deleted.   Don’t believe it? Create a Smart List like this:   You might see thousands of records. (If you regularly delete people who have SFDC Is Deleted = true, the number won’t be as high.[1])   This came up recently on Marketo Nation, when someone wanted to add the person’s current SFDC Type to certain alerts (e.g. type=L or type=C).
