Here's a puzzle. I have a product order containing two products that occurred in late November just now showing up in reporting over 6 months later. An eagle-eyed director caught that two products that changed skus last February showed up in reporting today. Coincidence that an order with "old" skus suddenly appeared today? The order was placed in November and shipped out in December according to our eComm platform, but Adobe Analytics somehow didn't report on the order when it happened. I've waited a few hours before reaching out to Adobe support and this forum in hopes that the issue would resolve itself.Have anyone experienced this? What could be the root cause? Is there a way to audit if this has happened previously or is an ongoing issue? Thanks in advance!

We are using the Workfront to AEM Assets OOTB automation for publishing assets from Workfront to Assets. We are now setting up our Brand Portal and will need to publish some assets from Assets to Brand Portal.  How are you streamlining the Brand Portal upload process? Are someone manually publishing the asset to Brand Portal after the asset is published to Assets? Do you have any automation in place?  Would love to hear ideas on how to minimize manual effort.

We're getting BPA warnings about too many child nodes (1000+) under xmpMM:History in our AEM DAM assets (e.g., /content/dam/2015/2015-05/ABC.pdf/jcr:content/metadata/xmpMM:History). The recommended value is under 100. Seeking advice on: Reducing child nodes under xmpMM:History. Impact of ignoring this warning. Preventing future occurrences. Automation options for resolution.   Any help is appreciated!

Hi,I am still trying to visualise and heading around myself how we can identify new bots using alert? We have dedicated variable called eVar1 to capture the IP address details.Business would like to know if there any abnormalities occurred for application start event. In everyday life, business or data analyst difficult to spend time for analysis the data whether those ip’s are real or bots. Instead business would like to get an alert on by email if any new bots triggered, so that analyst or business and go back to check the data what’s going on with particular IPs and then apply gatekeeper to stop fake numbers. We have an assumptions for daily/weekly numbers by average.addition to that would like to report Current week vs previous week // current day vs previous day where to see whether application start numbers inflated compare to previous day or week. Any inputs how we can address this

Hello,I'd like to create a segment where three events occur within a given time, but non-sequentially. It seems that if I want to add time-bound parameters, I have to add a then condition, but I really don't care which order they go in. So it could be:[ Event A, then Event B, then Event C ]  occur within 1 minute OR[ Event B, then Event C, then Event A ] occur within 1 minute OR[ Event C, then Event A, then Event B ] occur within 1 minute...and so forth Typing these questions out, I'm realizing I may have answered my own question. Should I just make a separate condition for each combination?

I notice that the default referrer for these visitors is Google, so they are categorized under natural search, which is not optimal. Since these links are sponsored by AI, is there a way to distinguish them from true organic traffic?Thank you.

Hi all, I imported my AEM project in to VS Code IDE. It has the below structure:MyProject-1    core    it.tests    it.launcher    ui.apps    ui.dev    etc I installed the below extensions in VS Code:1. Extension Pack for Java2. VS Code AEM Sync3. Language Support for HTL I want to export MyProject-1 to my AEM Author. When I right click MyProject-1, I do not get an option to export to AEM.But this option is there for all the subfolders like core and it.tests. Kindly suggest how to export MyProject-1 to my AEM Author. Appreciate al your responses. Thanks,RK.

Dear Community, The company I work for currently has several email senders configuered in Adobe AJO, this is due to the fact that we are a multibrand company, in addition to different communication purposes - invoicing messages are sent from financial subdomains, whereas CRM messages are sent from relationship subdomains; in addition, we also use AJO for HR internal communication with employees, using one subdomain, but three different email senders. This said, is there a way we can add the email sender and/or subdomains in CJA reporting? I am aware we can use derived field to perhaps achieve the same results, but having the sender/ subdomain in the data view would make life a way easier. I have checked both ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset and ajo_entity_dataset, but did not find any information about the email sender in them. Does anybody know how to add it in CJA? All the best!Filipe C.  Hi everyone,After upgrading to AEM 6.5.21, we noticed under high load conditions our author and publish instances intermittently throw exceptions like:java.io.IOException: classFile.delete() failed java.io.IOException: tmpFile.renameTo(classFile) failed java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 0 out of bounds for length 0 java.io.FileNotFoundExceptionThese errors reference the org.apache.sling.scripting.jsp:2.6.0 bundle.Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Team, We are developing a warm-up campaign to ensure that whenever new records are added via a list, they do not go directly into our standard marketing flow. Instead, these records will first enter a warm-up campaign. Once they engage sufficiently, we will then transition them into our regular marketing efforts. Currently, we have a global suppression smart list in place to apply basic exclusion rules. However, adding this new rule may not function as intended since we utilize the global suppression for all emails, making it impractical to remove records from the smart list. I propose running a smart campaign daily to add new records to a list using the add list method. These records would then flow through the engagement program and remain there until they are ready to transition to normal marketing. Once they are ready, we can use the remove list method to take them out of the list. Additionally, is there a way to manage this process through a smart list? I am

I have tried to configure AEP Web SDK/CDP in the first-party context: 1. Adobe Launch to be self-hosted.2. Reverse proxy to forward the Web SDK network calls from the first-party domain to the original Adobe Edge domain default folder /ee (edge.adobedc.net/ee).3. Datastream configuration to pick the FPID cookie value. (can be accessed via Adobe Launch, verified as a cookie data element value). At the moment, I have configured the edge domain not to be the original edge.adobedc.net, but one of the websites. It starts to mess up the ECID value, giving it a new one with each payload. The FPID cookie value stays the same on the page (re)load, but it seems it is not utilised to generate the same ECID.  Also, originally used JavaScript to get the ECID value for the custom solution for the identityMap, but even when removing that part, having no ECID JS the problem stays.  And in the end, I can see the data in the dataset/CJA, but every page has a new ECID.

Hi, I created a sample letter in correspondence management (aem 6.5.22), always post process field is coming empty, I tried to create a new workflow model under tools, added a custom workflow code as well but the not getting displayed the post process. I updated the "Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK Configuration" for username and password.Please let me know if any of you have any idea to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance. 

We’ve implemented Adobe Target using a server-side integration in our application. The backend (built on .NET) makes the Target API call and receives a JSON response, based on which we render the selected experience/view.On the front end, we use Adobe Analytics to track page views and user interactions. The front end is running AT.js 1.x. Now we want to connect the dots between the Target experience selected in the backend and the Analytics data captured on the frontend. Our goal is to be able to segment and analyze Analytics data by Target experience (e.g., filtering reports by experience A vs. B).
