Hello Everyone! We need to send an email after the page gets published. The requirement is: We need to send an email after the page gets published. The email needs to be sent to a fixed list of people. (They may not be the users in AEM) In the email body, we want to add who published the page and which page got published. More like a DAM Update Assets Transient Workflow notification email. We are looking for an OOTB solution, probably using Workflow and Launcher. Is there any OOTB solution available in AEM for the above requirements? We already have an SMTP configuration in place, set up by Adobe. Thank you!
We pay for X million Page impressions per month, but we understand there is a limitation on the number of images and assets served by the DAM. How do we see what this limit is, and how much of it we have used?
Hi Team, Project A - Text Component (has policy that enables all the plugins) - Component 2 (has Text Component as embed resource in it and all plugins are working fine as per policy mapped to text component) Project B - Extending Component 2 from Project A (not getting the plugins enabled for embed text component) When I am trying to add Component 2 in Project B, I am not seeing all the plugins in the embed text component. Is there any way to fix this? One solution could be override html for Component 2 in Project B and change the resourceType of text component pointing to Project B's text component.

Custom datatype for Content Fragments Model (cfm) in AEM to generate auto-generated ID by Ankur Garg Abstract With rise of omnichannel, the necessity of managing content for multiple touchpoints has complicated the content creation process for business. Structured Content Fragments were introduced in AEM 6.4 and allow an author to define a data schema, known as a Content Fragment Model. Content Fragments, independent of layout, can be used directly in AEM Sites with Core Components or can be delivered in a headless manner to downstream channels for omnichannel. Content fragments allow you to: Consider how to reach target audiences efficiently across channels. Create and manage channel-neutral editorial content. Build content pools for a range of channels. Design content variations for specific channels. Add images to your text by inserting assets (mixed-media fragments). They are channel-agnostic, which means you can prepare content for various touchpoints. Various data types are ava

1. Deactivate old trigger campaigns. Marketo has a default function that deactivates trigger campaigns that have been idle for six months. This helps, but even a single hit to the trigger will mean six more months of waiting, and the triggers can creep up over time. In addition, you may have archived a program with trigger campaigns in it, but if you didn't deactivate them, the triggers are still live. Trigger campaign build-up can be a problem because every active trigger consumes resources, and if you get too many of them, your Marketo instance could become bogged down and slower to respond. I recommend developing the habit of deactivating trigger campaigns just like you would make a habit of turning off a light when you leave the room and for essentially the same reason. No need to be wasting electricity or processor power on a room or campaign no one is using. You can check your trigger campaigns by going to Marketing Activities > Campaign Inspector. There is a fil
