I recently worked through a need to create and maintain a many-to-many relationship that would be partially managed in Workfront and partially managed in Salesforce.  I'm sharing an overview of our solution in case it helps someone down the road.   The business need is to link the implementation effort (managed in a Workfront Project) with the product sold (managed in a Salesforce Asset). We can implement multiple products (aka asset) in a single implementation effort (aka project) It can take multiple implementation efforts (aka projects) to implement a single product (aka asset) In Workfront The [implementation effort] is a project  Salesforce assets are replicated into Workfront and stored as projects in a special "reference" portfolio [asset project] The relationship between the project and asset is maintained in an issue attached to the project. If someone logs personal tasks under their own account – I see them in the workload balancer.  However, here are my questions: How can someone assign time to this ask?  Planned hours.  Not timesheets. I was testing things out myself, trying to troubleshoot and I created a personal task for someone who is a PLANNER and they were able to add hours… however, see the screenshot below.  I can see 4 hours in the summary, but the time does not show in the specific dates, so not giving a true sense of someone’s true time.

Hi,   I don't see the change thumbnail button for the assets in our environment. Dynamic media is configured and enabled in our environment and version is cloud service.    Here, there's no button in our environment. What could be the reason? 

we have a filter panel in left side of site. we will be selecting multiple option from side panel.Those selected multiple values we have to pass into query as params and get results of CF using GraphQL. Since those params are dynamic, its not working with static query params persited Queries in AEM.Any solution to resolve this issue?

Hi,   We have a requirement to set the first frame of video assets as thumbnail for that video asset when we upload the video asset. I referred this document to set it manually after the video is uploaded and processed. I have enabled the dynamic media but the change thumbnail button in not showing as in the video bcz it is disabled in this path "/etc/dam/dynamicmediaconfig". Hi Community,   I am having a requirement of including the parent path also in the search results. As an adobe provided implementation, I used path.self=true in my query. I would appreciate any suggestions here. I am looking at creating "Client Profiles" in Workfront for 100+ clients. This would be a form, customized for each client containing many details of the clients benefits package. These would be updated 1-2 times a year by our internal staff who are in Workfront as Workers. My thought was to leave these as Issues, and build a report for easy viewing of one or all of them. That works, however with Worker access, they can't update within the report. I'm afraid, after a year or more of project requests, it will be hard to find these issues, to update them in the requests page, since we can't create custom filters in the Requests area. One more caviat is that clients get moved from one worker to another, so it may not be the same person updating each year. I'm ok converting these each to projects, but I haven't found a solution that makes that any easier.  I'm also trying to avoid changing anyone's overall workfront access just for the pur

Our team has been using Workfront for 4 years and I am looking to revisit how we handle our Workfront Core Team.   For some context, when our team originally created a core team, we were utilizing our group as change agents for adoption of the tool and to discuss pain points that teams were running into. Over time, we have had great adoption of the tool and have eliminated most pain points that we felt within our first couple of years – woot woot!   As of recent, we have made some changes in how our team is communicating key information with our users through larger department meetings and hosting real time roadmaps on an intranet site so everyone has visibility into the same content coming from our team. We also require users to use Workfront to submit requests when they need help, have a new hire, issues, new idea, etc.   I am seeking out insights and POV's on what others are currently doing with their teams and how it has been going for your team.   Thank you in
