Having a program/project wildcards will allow a custom section within a project or program to run a report without the user having to answer a prompt.
If I want to round numbers, I can currently use the calculated metric's function - "Round" This will output something like this: I would like to use the decimal places option to round up as well, where the following config gives the same result. This would help create the metrics faster and also put a use to the negative numbers that are can be selected in the UI, but currently not allowed to save.
Description - Add the ability to switch, what is green and red (good or bad) Why is this feature important to you - I have instances where a metric is increasing, but this is a bad thing, but in the mobile scorecard there is no ability to made this increase a RED color, so it shows Green, which makes the user believe this is good. Because of the lack of annotation capabilities, this makes the scorecard unusable without continuous explanation. How would you like the feature to work - Have a toggle button to switch from Red to Green or Green to Red Current Behavior - Currently it is automatically set based on some criteria, unknown to me, it shows wither Green or Red.
When a new request intake form is open, whenever you stop and hover your mouse the name of the custom form on the intake appears. This not only seems redundant/unnecessary, in some instances it interferes with the "?" pop up for providing further directions/information on a custom field. I suggest that it is removed or that system admins have the ability to turn that function off.
Workspace allows reports only to be sent das PDF or CSV but not as HTML, which is possible under Reports. Please add this feature.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: having the ability to open the blueprint control center (classic UI) in aem cloud service, Currently, any classic UI tool is disabled on cloud service, and the blueprint control center provides an interesting and useful option to manage MSM. Currently, the system does not stop a user from adding approval workflows to tasks or issues within a project that is already in Completed status. Email notifications do not go out and approvers are unable to log their approval or rejection. It would be nice to have a hard stop with a descriptive error message:The project status cannot be changed to 'Complete' until open approvals are completed (and list the objects with links needing approvals)The approval process cannot be attached because the project status is in 'Complete'
Having submitted my fair share of support tickets in Marketo, I'd love to see some (hopefully) simple improvements that would make the experience a lot smoother: With the main ticket description at the top of the page, follow-up comments should be oldest first (this also makes more sense given that the comment box is at the bottom of the page) Add a window expander for the comment box (it's available here in the community!) - it takes a really long time to write out a detailed ticket or comment because you can only see 5 lines at a time, resulting in constant scrolling Allow links to be embedded in text - makes it easier to reference examples for troubleshooting without taking up a ton of space in the comment box Automatically have links open up in a new window - I've lost count of the times I've clicked on a reference link earlier in the ticket only to lose what I was writing at the time and have to start over Connect file attachments to the comments/ticketing section - I like
If a given amount of time is allotted in Workload Balancer is not used-up by the end of the week, it should be automatically re-allocated to the following week as a surplus. If for some reason, such as a user adding hours late, this "surplus" would diminish accordingly. We just feel like not having this means the automatic-ness of Workload Balancer's allocation abilities is a fascade because we still have to manually move those hours forward.
We are having to update each FTE role percentage of project work within the tool. We over 400 plus to do and currently there is no report or kickstart that will allow to to alter the percentages or even see them.
Description: Add a configuration file export option at Launch property levelCurrent Behavior: Currently as we mage rules with in Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection – Launch. We do not have option to export the configurations of rules, data elements in CSV or any other format. Why is this feature important to you?The export option will provide value in efficiently analyzing large sets of configurations. How would you like the feature to work? The feature request is to add a configuration file export option at Launch property level, so the marketer can get quickly inventory lists along with the configurations in CSV format.
When we surveyed users who have been moved to the New Work Experience, most of them have different wants for their landing page whereas as administrators, we can only set one on a layout that the group uses. Since new work experience is about personalization and customization, it would be great if users can select their landing pages.
I just thought of few Adobe Analytics feature requests that might be helpful to us as well as other clients of Adobe. Kindly sharing below the asks:1) Similar to the feature of "Apply to all panels" for date range in Analysis workspace, can we have a same feature to apply report suite selection to all panels.2) Some of our clients were looking for a rank feature based on a specific metric and segment of users. E.g. Out of 50 dealers on a state, what is the rank of a specific dealer based on the highest number of visits. We couldn't do this easily in adobe analytics, as we have only the row # is the only thing that shows rank the users when sorted. Ask is, can we have a rank metric capability added or a row number as calculated metric function? so we can display the rank as a metric?May be there is some other way we could achieve this in Adobe analytics. Feel free to let me know if there is already an option or its not something we shouldn't do in Adobe analytics.Have a Fantastic d
We use the SiteCatalyst video reporting system to track video playback across our network of sites, but it doesn't record everything we want about video. We also record some performance metrics like buffering time and buffer underruns, so we have to record the video identifier as a prop and eVar. To get the unique video identifier classified, this means we have to upload the same update files three times to get the video classifications, prop and eVar all classified. The processing at the Omniture end is done three times too. What I'd like is to be able to link a single classification source to multiple variables, across multiple report suites. The multiple report suites part is already there, but not the multiple variables.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: There should be a permission for user administrator or webmasters to unlock pages that have been locked by an Author. Use-case: A client is on AMS. In this environment, an author locks a page, but goes on holiday or leaves for the weekend or is sick. The page remains locked and the client has to contact Adobe to unlock that page. It would be easier if a client-side user administrator or webmaster can unlock those pages as well. Current/Experienced Behavior: Client needs to contact Adobe to unlock a page. Improved/Expected Behavior: Client can unlock a page himself, through an assigned user-administrator or webmaster... Ability to have project ranking within a program and across portfolio.
The correct job role is not retained against a task when a user is removed from it. Let’s say my primary job role is Project Owner and my secondary job role is Workfront Admin. There is a task with Workfront Admin job role, and if I get assigned to this task, I will be assigned as Workfront Admin as expected. However, if I am removed from this task, the system would default back to Project Owner job role (primary role) instead of the Workfront Admin role. Can this be addressed in the near future?
Would like the ability to allow multiple users to collaborate on a draft request prior to submission.
Would like the WF mobile app wrapped in InTune. Our company is switching from BlackBerry to InTune so we would like to be able to use WF mobile. Our company limits the use of mobile app to only ones wrapped in the current tool they use which as I said will be InTune.
Description - It's currently difficult to know in which area of a panel in Workspace to right-click for actionsWhy is this feature important to you - I use the feature often and find it difficult to know where to click. How would you like the feature to work - Make it visible somehow, upon hovering over with the mouse, than a right-click action can be taken within that area.Current Behaviour - it's quite difficult to know where to click. Try downloading the csv of a flow report by means of right clicking on the panel. It's hard to know where to click!
Many of our projects have multiple tasks assigned to a Team. When a person from that team is going to work on the project, they have to click on the Work On It button, wait for the page to reload, select the next one, etc.Would like the ability to have a checkbox field that they can select all the tasks they will work on and then click the Work On It button so they will all move at once into their personal task list.
Description - Today, we can utilize the Histogram Visualization in Workspace with any event. Under the hood it creates a lot of Segments, which is also super helpful when we need those Segments for other use cases. However, a lot of engagement use cases would largely benefit from using the Count Distinct function in Segments. Some simple example could be:How many different pages do users view in a Visit? How many Marketing Channels do Visitors use in a month?(for CJA) How many different devices do people use?Functionally, we could just add dimensions as another option for the selector dropdown, which would internally build the Segments based on the Count Distinct function instead of the normal Segment definition. Why is this feature important to you - To better understand user or session engagement. How would you like the feature to work - Allow dimensions to be dropped or selected in the selector: Current Behaviour - Only events are supported and building engagement Segments takes a
Description - Saw a Summit session about tracking progress to goal using cumulative functions (which I'd never used before honestly). While doing it I realized Adobe, for all it's functions, does not have date calculation functions. So you could do, say a calculate of the different between today and Jan 1 and then be able to display how many days in the year have elapsed or calculate the % of year elapsed. I've see some of this done using the rowcount function but then you need to have all your table rows displayed all the time, which is a pain. Why is this feature important to you - I'd like to really leverage goal progress more in dashboards and this would really help show where we are today vs where we should be. I could calculate the YTD % of days and dynamically multiply it by my goal to easily displey where we should be TODAY vs where we actually areHow would you like the feature to work - In the calculated metric column, add a new function DateDiff t
