Please have requests for access to reports, submitted by users routed to the System Administrator. Currently, if a user submits a request to access reports (available in their layout), the request is sent to a random user. Please have that correct by routing the request to system admins or the person in charge of Workfront maintenance.
We want the ability to combine multiple Workfront Documents into a single Proof. Currently, combined proofs can only be created from a local file upload. We have more than one contributor to some of our collateral, so each adds their documents to the Project's Document library. When a proof is generated we need to "add the collateral together into one proof for our reviewers. Please add the function to also upload from a project's document library.
Existing GET API endpoint for querying the static returns an array of people in the static list - along with that it would be helpful if there's an alternate endpoint to get the count of members or if the existing query endpoint can accommodate returning the member count. Counting the array elements isn't very neat approach for people / services just interested in getting hold of count of members.
Allow a project owner to decide which queue topic emailed requests go to. The current setup chooses the last queue topic listed alphabetically.
It would be helpful if the export icon was changed. Users are always getting Indent and Export confused. Thanks!
It would be great if Adobe Target allows to filter activities by user.
Description - It sure would be nice to be able to use RegEx to isolate values in real-time data elements passed to Target for rules-based audiences. Why is this feature important to you - Often data element values are set for Analytics purposes and contain concatenated data that is hard to parse. How would you like the feature to work - Similar to AAM, let us write regex ruleCurrent Behaviour - no RegEx available
We are looking for a way to pull a list of AEM pages that Marketo forms are on. Right now we use the AEM form component for Marketo forms https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/marketo-form/index.html and are looking for a way to pull all the AEM pages the forms are on.
Description - Item-based > Items with Similar Attributes algorithm runs at least every 15 minutesWhy is this feature important to you - We recommend related news content that is time-sensitive. We need to display this content to users at or shortly after the time of publication, we can't afford to wait 24 hours for the algorithm to process again as it means news articles may not recommend anything or be eligible for recommendations for up to a day.How would you like the feature to work - Algorithm of Item-based > Items with similar attributes preferably runs every 15 minutes or when Target ingests an entity via the Recommendations API. Should run at least hourly.Current Behaviour - Algorithm of Item-based > Items with similar attributes runs "Daily". This is not often enough for content recommendations on a time-sensitive news/editorial site, where content can have a short shelf life.
Often, users will log time against tasks before (or without ever) clicking 'work on it' on their home page and/or changing the status from new.Allow a setup configuration option that if enabled, will check whenever time is logged against a task and change the actual start date to the (earliest) time logged, if the time logged is before the current actual start OR actual start date is blank.
When a user selects 'done' from their home page, they get an option to reverse that (Actually, not done yet).Similarly, if a user clicks 'work on it' and then wishes to reverse it, there should be an easy way to undo the click that:Changes the assignment statusRemoves the commit date
Is there a way to connect templates with predecessors? We do a lot of our projects in EN and FR so when creating the FR project we spend time repeatedly connecting the EN & FR projects. It would help us be more efficient if they were connected already.
To freeze the upper row where the total of hours appear in the workload balancer. If one needs to scroll down, the total of hours disappears. We need to scroll down and up and down and up again to see if planned hours in a project isn’t overloading a day.
I want "Onwer ID" prompts to include deactivated users. This prompt allows me to use WF's predictive text when typing in a name. There is a work around to change the prompt to "Owner Name" and use "contains", but I am guessing at name spellings. I want predictive text to work for both active and deactivated users. Thank you.
Straightforward idea: there are times when clients may need to pass the type of program that is used in a flow step. For example, if you have an Event program with specific channels for Roadshow and Tradeshow, you may want to stamp the channel in a field in a flow step for sales purposes. However, there's no systematic way to note a program's channel in a flow step today--instead, you must create a Program token with the same value, then reference that token. Could a text token that outputs the channel name be created to streamline flow processing?
Description - Currently in AEP we have only schemas migration API from one sandbox to another. So, for moving my other configurations like source connectors, Dataset, Identity services etc. We need to reconfigure them again other sandboxes which eats lots of time and hamper schedule by a significant margin. Why is this feature important to you - In order to quickly develop and test in Sandbox and move to Production for quick deployment. How would you like the feature to work - if we configure every entity within one AEP sandbox and test it , post its working as per business logic. We can go ahead and create a JSON package export for that entity(like source connectors or identity services configuration etc) and we can quickly import that JSON package in other sandboxes and test in current sandbox and go for deployment. Current Behavior - Currently there is no facility except schemas in AEP. We can surely work on such feature which can quickly deploy segments and other services config
Having the ability to sort information, rows, etc using the Column Header, similar to an Excel file, would be really helpful when dealing with large lists or projects/channels with a large amount of tasks/activities. Currently you can use the search function in a "process of elimination" kind of way, but being able to filter within a column using one or more choices would be much more user-friendly.For example. if I wanted to search all projects/channels with one or more specific due dates, it would be ideal to simply click the column header and be able to select which entry/s I want to see.
We would like to have the opportunity to apply for all users the additional proof permission "Resolve Comments & Apply Actions" per default, This default setting should be applied on a user level. This should help to reduce manual effort when setting up an huge amount user accounts where this requirement is needed.
It would be great to have the ability to set the "hour type" on tasks within templates. That way, when a project is launched from the template, the hour types are already accurately set; this limits the risk that the task owner selects the wrong hour type when logging their time.
Hi - we utilize the Queue Topic and Routing Rules feature on almost every single project to make things easier for shared services team. In a recent release, a "Drafts" feature was added to the global Request area. We would love it if that functionality could also be added to the Issues area of a specific document.
Hi. I have an idea where you can us some type of searching mechanism whether a filter criteria or a report that searches for a specific external URL used in all assets. For example, I can't recall what email that uses a specific external URL, and it would be helpful to have a searching tool to quickly scan all assets for this URL instead of going through all the emails. Thanks.
Increase Email Velocity Script Token Limit from 100KB to 200KB.
Licensed proof users have sharing ability in Proof by tagging as a default. Unlicensed users, our clients, don't have the ability to share proofs by tagging without someone manually checking the box on proof creation. It would be nice to have the ability to set this as a default for all users, or even specific users, without relying on the proof creator to remember additional step each time.
A simple change that would help to enhance our campaign reporting when using data warehouse.
It would be helpful if the warnings stood out more. For example, the alert that a duplicate "resolving object" is about to created doesn't get noticed because the font and colors blend in. If the warning stood out more it would stop duplicate projects from being created.
