Enable a configuration option at the system level to support setting how many weeks are in a month. Currently Workfront assumes this is always 4 weeks = 1 month. This behavior means that 12 months in Workfront = 11 calendar months. It also means that every quarter is a week short on views. We propose an instance level configuration option that would enable us to set workfront to use a 4.3 weeks = 1 month to mirror other non-Workfront reports and configurations.
I think the pinned menu concept is very nice, but the current interface allows for modifying/removing the pinned items too easy. A user can accidentally remove a pinned page or drag it to a different position because those options are always available. It would be better if the pinned items are in "read-only" mode after pinning (can't remove or drag). An "Edit" option would allow the pinned items to be dragged or removed. This way, the user has to explicitly go into edit mode to change the pinned menu items and thus avoid accidental manipulation.
Right now when we do a multi-file download from WF, the resulting .zip file, and unzipped folder name, has a very cryptic and completely useless (to the user) name like ATSK8657044837605293599.zip.It gets especially arduous when there are several of these zips and folders jamming up my Downloads folder. What would be waaay more useful is if the download zip file name were human-readable – something simple like WF-download-2022-01-28-0304pm.zip.We would love it if the project name could be at the front of download name
Please allow admins to configure which drawing & markup tools are available to their organization in ProofHQ. We have so many reviewers that misuse the tools and it causes confusion, extra time to complete revisions. I'd love the option to 'turn off' tools we don't want our reviewers using.
Add the ability to keep tasks collapsed when leaving the task view for a project. With large project plans, the need to collapse elements each time you enter the project is time consuming.
Today, when editing a custom form users have the ability under Additional Settings to limit view and edit capabilities to users who can/areView the issueContribute to the issueManage the issueAdmin onlyIt would be extremely useful to have an additional option to limit viewing or editing based on the user's team (or group).
We have finance partners across 35 markets and there is a regular annual demand to pull large volumes of time data from Workfront. The platform currently limits exports to 50,000 / 65,000 / 100,000 rows of data at a time, depending on the file format. We need the file limit to be unlimited; cutting the data is a pain point. We do extract time data via an API into a large data warehouse for almost real-time reporting, however, this will not offer the flexibility our finance partners require.
It would be great if the technology that the forms and landing pages use were updated for both desktop and mobile devices. We have to have a developer code everything new that we create because of this obstacle.
1- To change week to week (forward or back) you need to select 'back to Timesheets' then select the week and start again. it would be easier to have the ability to change weeks from the User Timesheet screen rather than going back & forth.2- Expand/ Collapse All button for Projects/ Tasks on the timesheets screen
Right now in the Updates feed on an object, user comments will show as posted "last Tuesday at 8:00am". We'd like this to be changed to a consistent timestamp (MM/DD/YY at 00:00 am/pm). The current "last Tuesday" setup, as we've come to call it, is confusing since it's really referring to the most recent Tuesday, not necessarily Tuesday of last week (as the name implies). For an example, let's say today is Friday January 10th. A comment posted on Monday January 6th will show as "last Monday". This implies the update was posted the previous week instead of just "01/06/2020". In situations where we have to take screenshots of Update feeds or copy/paste a thread into another system, we lose all relevant time data on affected updates.
Add a filter on the Home screen that allows users to sort by task or issue status. This was possible in Classic but not in the New Experience. Our design team relies heavily on this feature and having to create and use a separate report is clumsy and slow.
The team reviewing routing documents keeps checking them out and not checking them back in. Confusion ensues. Would like the ability to remove this option on certain interfaces to eliminate the problem.
When we embed request form on a dashboard - which in itself is a great feature - some of the dropdown menus don't work well, e.g. mutliple scrollbars show up, users are not able to easily select items from the dropdown. It seems like this could have been programmed a bit better to avoid those issues.
Have the Project Name within Open Summary when you click a task on Workload Balancer. Been told its not a feature at this point, you can select it on Layout Templates however it doesn't appear.
From update 22.1; Colour themes by projects have been incorporated into Workload Balancer, however the text colour is similar colour as the project making it quite difficult to read. Like the scheduling screen, can you please make the text White or something easily visible.Secondary to this, can the range of colours be brighter like the previous Scheduling screen. 'Create more positive' feel.
Description - When I sign in, the prop/evar names update in the debugger, Why is this feature important to you - Saves time and makes troubleshooting/using Adobe Analytics much smoother. How would you like the feature to work - When I download the debugger data after signing in/refreshing the Report Suite, the output file includes both the full evar/prop names, as well as post-processed hit values. Current Behaviour - The downloaded file contains only generic evar/prop numbers. With the old debugger I could copy and paste into Excel—this patchwork solution does not work with the new debugger because the data loses tabular structure (all the data gets pasted into a single column). Post-processed hits don't show up either.
Similar idea has been posted (2020) in the past but nothing recently. Accessibility is an extremely high priority for my company as I'm sure it is with most companies which is why I'm bring it back to the forefront. Workfront has confirmed that they currently only support 100% zooming which is not WCAG 2.1 compliant. This is an important accessibility issue. A specific example for us is in one of our custom forms in a type ahead field. We select a response from the list but instead of showing the selection it only shows '...' This happens when it is zoomed both larger and smaller than 100%.Please vote to show Workfront #accessibility is an important issue that needs to be addressed.
Ability to create a requirement that a combination of fields (Ex: primary contact plus custom field) must be unique. Currently duplicates are allowed and it is interfering with a lot of our solutions. Please Vote!
When toggling between Projects, it is frustrating to have to keep changing my View and Grouping and Filtering. Also, having to manually readjust my column widths each time. All of this if very time consuming and frustrating, especially if you are constantly going from Project to Project. My idea for a solution would be to have within Project details for each Project, have a setting to choose the default View, Grouping, and Filter for that Project every time you open said Project. This seems like a pretty simple enhancement, and will provide a great deal of efficiencies, and alleviate a lot of frustrations from all users! Please Vote!
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: As an AEM user who is editing within Manage Tags, after I remove a tag and click Save, it is not straight forward to me on how to close the window. Enhancement request is to add an intuitive "Close" button vs the current "Cancel" being the only option. Use-case: As an AEM user who is editing within Manage Tags, after I remove a tag and click Save, it is not straight forward to me on how to close the window. Current/Experienced Behavior: The current experience only includes "cancel" option in top right of UI. Improved/Expected Behavior: Enhancement request is to add an intuitive "Close" option. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: When viewing a list of assets in Column or Card view, after I publish or update asset properties, I am brought back to the same asset in the column view where I left off; so that I don't lose my place and have to scroll to find it. Project Owners need a way to mark a person on a project as inactive, so that people who were on a project previously, but no longer an active participant, do not get notifications when the status changes. The Project Owner still wants to share the project with an inactive person, but doesn't want to have notifications go to those who are no longer active on the project. A project can be shared with hundreds of people, but only those currently active on the project should get notifications of status changes. Removing people from a project causes a loss of historical participation information on the project, so the Project Owner can no longer look to see who was on the project with a specific role (i.e. who used to be a Training Manager on the project).
When a request has been converted to a project, the Planned Completion Date automatically updates based on the selected date at the project level.
Currently, reports have filters defined that are usually fixed values such as project ID or project name. Then a dashboard is created to aggregate these reports for the same project ID/name.Instead of having to pre-define the project or whatever filter criteria per report, it would be helpful to have key/value parameter(s) defined at the dashboard that can be referenced in reports using some syntax like @@parametername. This way, I can create 1 dashboard for 1 project ID, and all of my specific reports can configure the filter to look for project ID using that dashboard key. Then I do not have to create new copies of every report for a new future projects.
Would love to have a report where I can pull MoM or YoY growth - very easy to create, but not something you can do in Marketo right now!
