Description -We want certain users to be able to download a file when using the File Transfer menu. Why is this feature important to you -This feature allows users to be able to download the Audience in a way that can be cross-checked and validated. There is currently no easy way for our users to make sure the Audience they create actually has ALL the intended people in it. How would you like the feature to work -There would be a download button on the File Transfer Menu. Current Behaviour -While the “file download” activity is available and selected, there no option to download to the local browser/computer. It has to go to a SFTP or you have to provide a URL. With the File Download action selected, you still have to configure a protocol and that is where there is not option to download to the browser. This request is a follow up from Support Case - E-000534709.
1. Outlook integration + tasks are all transparent/ white and are extremely difficult to read, to quickly recognise what is what. Similar to Workload Balancer colour themes, Outlook meetings set as a particular colour etc.2. The below screen with Outlook integration shows 5.5.50 hours / 40 hours for the week, without adding the tasks (based on those tasks not being added into the Calendar). In this example, when I look at Workload Balancer those 5.5hrs from Outlook aren’t reflected back into the system? So a project manager/ delivery manager doesn’t know their actual available times per day and can still overbook?
Add Document directly from Resourcing-Open Summary page without needing to go to the Task page.
Currently the only field available is "Project Owner ID" to which there is not an ability to use text mode to allow for Project Owner Name.
Similar applications like Zapier allow you to modify modules and integration flows using code. For those who know code, this would be an infinite timesaver in Fusion.
Description - For Adobe Analytics 'Network Request' on pivot tables 'evars and props' does not keep custom names when exported to Excel. Why is this feature important to you - Because having the names for Custom Dimensions and Metrics are really when exported to ExcelHow would you like the feature to work - Preserve fidelity as values shown on the UI within the exported one.Current Behaviour - Example on UI the value displayed is 'eVar1 - Page Name' when exported, the value is 'evar 1' only.
Description - Hability to delete specific selected columns from the 'Network Request' pivot table events collection. Why is this feature important to you - Because can speed up the QA process by helping to preserve only the desired hits for a user journey flow without needed to export to Excel for manipulation. How would you like the feature to work - Each column can have a 'delete' icon on top.Current Behaviour - All hits are appended and we can not delete one section to resume a QA.
We have noticed when we copy a project and "clear all docs" if also Deletes the folder structure we had attached to the template. It would take a great deal of effort to re-enter the folder structure every time and on the flip side effort to fill out all of our forms again with the same information. It would be much more efficient and very helpful if when "Copying a Project" and "Clearing the Docs." the folder structure was maintained on the template and not entirely deleted.
Similar to the Dark Mode idea for Workfront, we also very much need a dark mode for Fusion! I spend large parts of my day looking at Fusion and whilst it's current light grey instead of white, it's still a very light screen that is tiring on the eyes. Most of my other apps work in dark mode so I really wish Fusion could also have a dark mode. I know that the Fusion DevTool lets you choose a different background colour but it doesn't change the font colour so modules become unreadable with anything other than a light background. Please make dark mode a standard option to enable in Fusion. Thank you.
Currently the ability to click and add an event manually to your Calendar (screenshot below) is limited to the "report" view only. If a calendar is added to a Dashboard, you are not able to add anything manually. It would be extremely helpful to allow for this to avoid the unnecessary clicks.
For the Assignments standard system field, if you assign multiple users to one task (Which happens fairly often), when using Reporting for "Assigned to" the report will only pull in the task for the Primary Assignee (Person assigned first). Where we would want the task to pull in for all users assigned. The same logic applies for Reminder Notifications as well. When the notification email goes out it notes who the task at hand is assigned to, which is always the Primary Assignee, which is misleading and causes confusion for the others assigned to the task, and they do not action the item thinking that the task is not assigned specifically to them. The solution we need for these from Workfront would be to have logic that accounts for all users assigned, opposed to just the first user who happens to be assigned. Please vote for this initiative as it is a major system limitation for all users of Workfront users.
Currently the license Request is locked into No Access for Portfolio and Programs. This limits their ability to use the typeahead field in a request form for those objects.
For the Marketo-Webex integration to work, you need to set up the Launchpoint service and enter the credentials of the Webex Cisco account that will be used to create the Webex events. This means that if you use another Webex account to create a Webex event, this event will not appear in Marketo. In my organisation, anyone can schedule a Webex event. So none of these events will appear in Marketo. Only the ones created with the account used to set up the Launchpoint service. This is not convenient at all. It would mean that the Webex events will have to be created by the same users using Marketo. Or that we create multiple Launchpoint services for every Webex host account. It does not make sense. This works well for a very small organisation, but not for one with hundreds of users. Instead, this Launchpoint service should be a system setup, and not limited per user account. Once set up, Marketo should then be able to retrieve any Webex event scheduled within the organisation. To
With the recent update...the form section breaks are no longer clearly defined. Before they were ORANGE to that you could decipher a new section header. I'm not a fan at all of the new update. PLEASE make the section breaks a different color! PLEASE!
I would like the ability to rename items that are "pinned" in the new Workfront experience to something that is shorter or easier for the user to remember.
The Approvals I've Submitted shows in the Calendar view of a worker's view when looking at their task list. It wasn't a part of Workfront Classic and now that we're forced to join the New Workfront Experience, it is causing significant delays in a user determining their tasks for the days. This is not what we pay money for and not something that helps at all. I demand this be removed as I'm now forced into the NWE and my team is reaching out constantly for a screenshot of their actual work for the day. It is nonsensical to me this was pushed out.
Description - When looking at the history of a rule it would be useful to see the date that the version was createdWhy is this feature important to you - When looking back over multiple versions, it is impossible to tell when each version was created. You can see that some versions were published, but a date, author and library would be good to track whcih versions have been used in different scenarios. How would you like the feature to work - In the version drop down, the date created should be displayed next to the version number. In the version comparison screen it should display the date saved, author and ideally which library it was saved at the top. Any notes saved to this version could also be added here. Current Behaviour - a list of versions with no indication of who made them or when they were made means that checking for old versions can mean going in to lots of versions and manually checking updated custom code, which is time consuming and error prone
Description - Exclusion rule in Segment builderWhy is this feature important to you - To achieve a use case such as below in a single segment:I need an audience to be qualified for offer only if " product has been removed anytime & within 7 days the same product has not been purchased"How would you like the feature to work - Allow exclusion rule in segment builder such that this works for a single segment.Current Behaviour - Presently you need to create 2-3 segments to achieve this.
There are couple of limitations with Profile Merge rules, so we need following updates in AAM: 1. Increase the limit on number of profile merge rules per account. Last month we raised this as feature request: JIRA ticket number is AAM-30258Current Limiation: Since clients can have multiple different types of declared IDs, for example: Prospect ID and Customer ID. What if they want to later on set up Adobe Campaign Declared ID integration. Current limit of 3 Profile Merge rules cannot cater any extra declared ID data sources in future.2. Increase the number of cross device data sources for profile link device graph . JIRA ticket number is AAM-34131Current Limiation: We cannot choose multiple data sources while selecting the device option as Profile link device graph as it only allows to select one cross device data source, unlike Current Device where we can select upto 3 Data sources. Thanks,Varun Kalra
I absolutely loved the idea of a Deactivated User Dashboard that was recommended in the Community (https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D54X00006lcZS7SAM/quick-tip-recommended-reports-to-review-when-deactivating-users). However you are not able to type in a deactivated users name within a prompt for reports. Unfortunately, since we have 1 person that handles the "off-boarding" of our users immediately as she receives the termination notice - this dashboard is somewhat useless because it does not give the Manager of that user enough time to utilize the dashboard and re-assign tasks/projects accordingly. Suggestion: Allow searching function for deactivated users within prompts.
When a user logs time off in their profile, it would be great if a notification could be sent to the project manager that shows a list of the projects assigned to them during that time frame that would be affected. Right now it projects are automatically adjusted without any type of approval or notification.
Hi Everyone, Was just thinking that it would be a great idea if Marketo can let us create a custom "Tile" in the My Marketo page so that if we have a custom integration, the user can access it within Marketo itself instead of bookmarking it as another link in the browser. This gives the user easiness in terms of having all the tools they need in 1 place.
Overall Kanban view of all projects or the ability to filter through certani projects/tasks. Similiar to Azure VSTS. Our teams have anywhere from 15-30 projects at a time each week. Being able to have a quick at a aglance view holistically instrand of having to lookin into each proejct manually would be a great help.
Description - Submitting this feature change for existing segments and metrics in Adobe Analytics to appear accordingly to the respective reporting suite associated to the selected panel. Why is this feature important to you - Current behavior is cumbersome and inefficient to our organization for we have many users who may select an incorrect segment/metric to curate their workspace when building an analysis. How would you like the feature to work - Existing segments and metrics in Adobe Analytics will only appear based on the respective reporting suite associated to the selected panel.Current Behaviour - My company has multiple reporting suites in Adobe Analytics. In Adobe Analytics, users can create multiple panels and associate them to different reporting suites. When searching for existing segments and metrics in the left menu of Adobe Analytics Workspace, all segments and metrics appear regardless of the reporting suite associated to the selected panel.
In the list of options under "Who can add requests to this queue?" it would be very helpful to have an option of "People who use the direct access URL." This would allow us to share the URL with individuals in order to restrict who can access the request without having to manually go in and add them to a group/company/project.
