Group Admins can currently build custom Layout Templates. We would like an option to disable this functionality. This allows us to control Layout Templates at a central level.
Can additional restrictions be added to the access level for "financial data"? If you give someone edit access it let's them recalculate finance, which you rarely want to do on an ongoing project. There are cases where it is acceptable, but an admin should do that. Unfortunately, if you don't have edit access to "financial data" you can't update expense records or see billing records. Our Project Managers are responsible for some of the financial data, but should never be able to recalculate it.
Certain entries can be searched for in the Logs tab of the Experience Platform Debugger. The search not only uses the message visible in the register, but the entire message text, although this is not visible in the debugger and cannot be viewed. Since there is no point in using text for the search that cannot be made visible, the search should only use the visible message.Alternatively, it should be possible to configure whether hidden message text should also be searched.
The new Workfront experience only shows the first 5 Favorites. You have to click "Show More" to see the rest. Meanwhile, most of the screen is left blank. Please return to showing all Favorites by default with a scroll bar.
When I assign a task or post an update, I tag the relevant team members. When I start typing their name, it shows all my users in alphabetical order. The project team members are already assigned to the project in Workfront. We're most likely to tag people assigned to the project so project team members should be at the top of the list.
would love to see an actual time stamp under proofing for proofs as well as updates "tuesday at 2:22 pm" instead of "14 hours ago" thanks!
Would love to see the ability to keep report conditional formatting when a report is included in a dashboard, as well as the ability to apply conditional formatting to collections using text mode. Overall, expanded use of formatting within reports would be nice. We often send dashboards and reports to our executive team who like to see things presented nicely.
Description -Why is this feature important to you -How would you like the feature to work -Current Behaviour -Hello,The the Event description should always be in English? For example we get some times Japanese characters:'プロジェクトが更新されました : 名前=bim-cim_wp プロジェクト ID=613038bc06f4225dcb202cdb 所有者=XXX'instead of'Project updated: Name = bim-cim_wp Project ID = 613038bc06f4225dcb202cdb Owner = XXX'Thanks
Add a new visualization that combines Summary Number, Summary Change and Line.Summary numberTrend line that can be optionally displayed for the reporting period set in the panel or for a fixed period like last 30 daysMost frequently used comparisons like WoW, MoM, QoQ, YoYCustom comparison — a user adds a date range that will be compared with the previous one (e.g. if custom date range equals Last 10 days, the comparison will be run with 10 days prior)Reporting period (works like Custom comparison; if the reporting period is last 30 days, the comparison will be run with 30 days prior)This will significantly simplify dashboards as instead of 3-5 visualizations mapped to one or few tables, there will be a single vizualization mapped to a table to pull only the summary number from (the other values will be pulled automatically based on the settings rather than mapping to freeform tables). Here is how it may look:
We would like to see a Baseline Custom Form added as a new custom form type in Workfront. When we create new Baselines, we would like to be able to attach a custom form directly to the Baseline object, and record our reasons for capturing the Baseline in a standardized way. This will help us review triggers for our Baselines in aggregate, and identify trends/bottlenecks across all of our projects. Note that this is a different idea from this one, which asks for project/task custom field data to be captured automatically when a new baseline is taken. We are asking for a new custom form type that will be attached directly to the baseline object.
When looking at a Team that has been set to view as a Kanban board and you try to filter members of the team, it current only sorts by team members who have the most number of assigned tasks. Can the ability to toggle between "alphabetical by name" and "number of assigned" be added?
Would like the page search ability like we have in other sections / other landing pages. Typically left of Filter option or elsewhere near the list/result area,
It would be great to have the capability to send an email program immediately. Often (particularly in the real estate industry) emails are sent on a conjunctional basis meaning two competing agencies send the same email at the same time. Given client approval is often received at the last minute, a 15-minute delay to send an email campaign can often be hugely detrimental.
OOO settings for proof users that allow them not to be assigned during the specified OOO timeframe and if someone attempt to assign a proof review to that user for that timeframe they receive a note that person is OOO and to assign a different specified user.
We can use data collected within Adobe Analytics to show a data driven view of how customers move around our site, whether in the Flow workspace visualisation or after we extract the data.I'd like this ACTUAL view of behaviour to be overlayed onto a visual sitemap of our site, generated from our robots.txt file possibly, to show the difference between the actual and (possibly) intended view. This could highlight areas where the navigation of the site needs to be updated or redesigned. It would be especially useful if the link prominance/placement could be incorporated to show when customers are using your site in a way you don't expect. At the moment we have to painstakingly draw out our intended flow on the site, and then manually add the % onward flow, and rejig if it doesn't fit, which is a pain. Would be great to automate.

Last Entry Date on Specific Custom Fields What is it? o Custom fields are used to enter a type of update specific the reporting team or group. This feature would create a timestamp record when a change is made to a specific custom field, similar to Last Note Entry Date. This data will be used to create aging reports, identifying which projects haven’t had custom status field updates over a period of time (I.e. No Updates in 7 Days, No Updates in 14 days, etc.) Why do we need it? o Program Management is currently tracking approximately 400 projects with nearly 450 contributors. Based on business units area contributors are required to enter updates into specific custom fields (I.e. Dept Summary, Product Summary, Status Headline, Problems/Notes, etc.). We need a way to quickly determine when a specific status field has been updated in order to take appropriate action. Currently, we only see timestamped changes in the running Updates Feed, which makes an entry when any project attri
We would like to know if anything is removed from a project. Also, we would like to be able to have a plan for restoring deleted documents past the 30 day mark.
Description - Currently there is the option to 'Add all changed resources'. I think a useful feature would be to be able to import 'All changed resources from a specific library' into another one. Why is this feature important to you - Working at an enterprise company means a lot of rules get changed often. Not all of these rules need to be released at the same time. This feature would save me time and manual clicking. We build individual libraries while working on a project, and then 'merge' them all together into a release library. It is a pain point to manually do this process. How would you like the feature to work - Next to the 'Add all changed resources' button, add a button that says something along the lines of 'Add all resources from a library'. This would then show a modal with a dropdown and all of the libraries on that property. Upon selecting a library, a confirmation submit would be clicked, and all of the or
Some forms have a lot of required fields and you can't always easily see which you missed when filling out, and the request can't be saved without it. Would like that they get highlighted in some way so it's easy to find what was missed.
Data Feed have FTP, SFTP and S3 destinations to schedule reports on recurring basis but Data Warehouse only have FTP. It will be great if we incorporate SFTP and S3 destinations in Data Warehouse!
We have tends of thousands of Projects in our system for our workgroup. Sometimes I have to export so I can stick in Excel to run formulas to compare data. However, I have to export page by page and that gets really, really tedious if you have say 30k at 2k at a time. For some Reports exporting the Summary works, but while I don't need to see all of the Projects in my view, an export "All Results" or something similar would be really, really helpful (and time saving!)
For Enterprise accounts, we would like to have the ability to enable the Workfront Proof icon, via Layout Templates, to appear in the Main Menu for only selected users vs. all users. In addition, we would like to be able to enable this icon without having to provide the users with a Workfront System Administrator license. We would like the selected users to be able to create and manage proof Workflows and proof Groups without giving them access to all Workfront instance and Workfront Proof settings.
In WLB, my Tasks under Projects currently appear in alphabetical order vs task due date. I don't believe this was the case until recently. I understand the alphabetical order is now by default however I think the view of my tasks should be by due date of tasks. This makes is a lot easier to scan quickly.
