Right now, when an error or warning occurs on a Fusin scenario, everyone in the Fusion Team is notified. It would be extremely useful if we would select the role or team member to receive these notifications while suppressing them to all other roles/users. All team members don't need to see them so setting up the 'notification role' would be very useful. This is especially the case where a partner is hosting/maintaining a client's environment. Thanks.
Hello We have a lot of daily feedings created in Feeding Manager (Data Feeds) in Adobe Analytics. Because of last security audit we have been asked to make frequently changing a credentials for few hundreds of feedings. We have spoken with Adobe Customer Care and what we get informed, this cannot be done via API or any other tool which help us avoid manually changing secret key and access key. Changing manually lot of lot of feedings is a nonsense and a lot of time consuming. This is important so may i ask you for help and make implementation of that feature in Adobe Analytics ?Kind Regards Arek
We have several users who assign document approval tasks to individual approvers, approvers who often aren't familiar with Workfront. When those approvers are notified via email that a document requires their approval the notification link will take them to the task they are assigned, but when the document lives at the project level those approvers get lost trying to navigate WF and sometimes won't even have access to the higher level project itself. We propose finding a solution that allows approvers assigned to a task to have quick/easy access to project level documents (either through the initial notification itself, or via the task they are assigned) without giving them full access to the rest of the project, and without requiring a complicated click path.Current impact report on this Issue over the past year:23 Groups affected~3,000 users affected~16,000 projects affected266 hours annually of impact (approves clicking around lost, or seeking help/additional access as a res
My team would love to be able to sort notifications either by project, proof or anything. Right now, it's just all chronological and they are looking for the ability to, for example, sort by a project or proof and mark all of those notifications seen at one time. The inability to do this can be particularly frustrating in the case of a proof. A user has gone into a proof, reviewed all the comments in the proof and then still has to go into their notifications and mark the notifications for the proof comments as "seen" in the notifications tab.
Currently, when you go to swap an image in a Marketo email and then select "design studio" you are seeing the images alphabetically and then have to search to find your asset. It would be great if the default view could be sorted by "last uploaded" date as well.
Possible this is redundant to other proof ideas, but can't always tell what is for the built-in proof vs. Workfront Proof (formerly Proof HQ); this is for the latter:We need more robust reporting back to Workfront. Things like:Current Stage NameCurrent Stage Start DateCurrent Stage Due DateAny previous stages and their name, start date, and complete/lock datesA true "complete" status (vs. the vaguer idea of a "lock") for the entire review/routing. And make this complete/lock information reportable. The idea is that when a project manager (proof owner) has dozens of routings multiplied by 6-12 reviewers each that they should be able to have a report/dashboard that can report back robust information without diving into each individual project/task/document.
TL:DR - Ability to clone active Smart Campaigns.Currently we are going through the next phase of our Marketo integration. Phase one was set up as one Workspace, but as the business needs grew we have identified five additional Workspaces. We are now in the midst of establishing a new Master Workspace and building out the other additional Workspaces. Since launch of our initial phase we have establish complex business logic that runs many of our triggered and scheduled campaigns. Rebuilding these campaigns as inactive shells in the new master, pausing the old and reactivating the new will be extremely painful and time consuming. IDEA: Being able to clone an active Smart Campaign to another Workspace, and once cloned to the new Workspace all of the triggers are deactivated, essentially leaving it a clone waiting to be modified or reactivated would be extremely helpful and a time saver. I'm sure there are large complicated businesses that have run into this issue as well as their n
In an EMAIL notification that a user has an issue or project approval, they're able to see Priority in the notification without clicking into the details. This is helpful especially for high or urgent approvals. However in the respective TEAMS CHAT notification, no priority shows. The Chat is even better for this notification bc if it's high/urgent, they'll be able to quickly see that in the ping (and ppl tend to pay more attention to pings than emails). Want priority to show in the Teams chat notifications, or even just for high/urgent priority approvals.
Make it possible to set the default Action Timeout in the property settings
In the New Workfront experience, there are double scroll which is cumbersome. There is one scroll for dashboard and then one for the window. It prevents seeing all of the projects in one view and have to scroll. Any way this can be fixed? In the classic, if you wanted to see all, you just needed to use the window scroll for the entire list. Attached screenshot for example.
The Fusion log history is lacking as an "enterprise" grade application. The information on who made a change to a flow and when it was made is available. However, there is no information on what change was made. Not having this information makes the log pretty useless.
We ran into the problem, that somehow the notification settings of our audit user have been changed. Only two people have access to that account and both denied doing the changes themselves. So it would have been great to see by whom those changes were made.
When editing layout templates there is an option to edit "Lists" (which controls filters, views & groupings) on various objects. However, you cannot pare down the list of filters, views & groupings that users see on individual projects or issues. Our users would like simpler functionality, and to not see all this clutter in these lists (the vast majority of our users work on single issues or projects). We would like the option to limit the number of choices they have in these dropdowns, but as the below screenshot shows, they are not available.
When you create a user from another user it automatically defaults the access level to the access of the user you are copying. However, when you create a user from another user that has be deactivated, the access level is set to the max access level you are permitted to assign. The field should be left blank or there should be a preference for the default access level that should be applied, similar to the default access level on SSO auto-provisioning.
Id like to be able to cross reference more than one field when you send an alert or create a task. Ex: If x and y = true -> then send alert. instead of if y = true or y = true -> send alert
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Add (optional) approval step (or something similar) before deploying to a Dev or Stage environment Use-case: The environments are used by a different company to test the software and therefore requires alignment of the deployment maintenance. As the build time could vary a lot, this maintenance window needs to be quite large. (With this option the 15 minutes of the deployment step + 10 minutes smoke test as maintenance window would already be sufficient as the pipeline and its long running build and unit testing steps could be started much earlier.) Current/Experienced Behavior: After "Code Scanning" step the pipeline will immediately start deploying the new software package. Improved/Expected Behavior: Option to pause the pipeline before executing the deployment step. This option should be available for non-production as well as production pipelines. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicab

Dear Marketo Engineer,I would like to submit an idea regarding syncing a multi-select field between Dynamics to Marketo. (screenshot attached) We have this multi-select field (called: Attributes) in our Dynamics. It is a drop-down list, and you can select multiple field values at the same time. This multi-select field cannot currently sync to our Marketo instance because this feature is not now available in Marketo. It will be great to have this sync feature between Dynamics and Marketo as this multi-select field gives us valuable information. Thank you so much!Wayne
Description - Be able to “Favorite” a Workspace that has been opened only via a shared link and not shared directly with the user. The Workspace should then show in the Workspace Favorites list and not have to be accessed only via link. Why is this feature important to you - In my org admins are the only users who can share Workspace projects to user groups or product profiles. Most users end up sharing a link to their Workspace with others, instead of the 'Share project' functionality. Users would like to be able to Favorite or "bookmark" these Workspaces they access via a short link without saving as a new Workspace. This would remove the issue where links expire, or users trying to find a link. How would you like the feature to work - A user opens a Workspace via a shared short link. The user clicks on the Favorites star next to the title of the Workspace. The user then clicks on the main Workspaces tab and can see the Workspace now appear under "My Favorite Projects"
There must be a way to edit MS Office documents without forcing users to Download, Open, Edit, Save, and re-upload as a new version in WF. So many other project management tools provide this functionality. It doesn't make sense to force a company to implement a cloud provider like Box or Onedrive in order to allow live document editing. It adds a tremendous amount of cost and overhead to manage a document structure in another document management tool vs using the centralize WF environment that we want our users to stay in.Tools like Wrike offer this functionality and cost less. It's a very large point of frustration for our users after migrating from a Sharepoint based Home Grown Project Mgmt tool. It's also a tremendous time sink, non value added and risk of losing data that people forget to re-upload.
In Proof HQ you could easily view other proofs in the folder, now in Workfront I am unable to do that, we upgraded (but seems like a downgrade :() Can we please get this feature back into Workfront. To compare proofs I was able to easily select compare in ProofHQ and toggle to a different proof in a folder. Now there are many more clicks involved using Workfront. Also to compare different proofs, I have to close out of the current comparison and select two new ones then launch it again. Was seamless before, now it feels like many steps backwards. Please get this into Workfront as our clients are wondering why this feature would be taken off.Thank you,Junaid
It would be great if Fusion 2 module error handling included exponential backoff, so that 429, 500, and 502 errors don't just throw an error and stop the scenario.
The current document decision options in Workfront are: ApproveApproved with ChangesReject For liability reasons, legal reviewers in the system do not want to tag documents as "Approved." We would like to have the ability to change the names of the available decisions, as they can be edited in Proof.
When filling out a custom form via a request queue and converting the issue/request to a project (where there is no project template) we would like the custom form to attach automatically without a team member having to manually attach the custom form to the project for the information to flow over.
Current UI of embedded custom forms in Workfront is disapointing. It could really use a refresh.Main problems:A lot of useless white spaceeverything left alignedlimited organization of fields (custom fields cannot be mixed with default fields)lack of brandinglack of visual elemntsoutdated UINice interface is like entry door to a store, you want this to look nice and attract customers. With workfront request form design this is hard to achieve.Few random example from internet to show how modern webform should look like
