Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: As a user, I prefer to see a “relate” function at the top ribbon for ease of use. Use-case: When working with assets, have the ability to access the "relate" function from the top ribbon Current/Experienced Behavior: The "relate" function can only be accessed from the ellipse on the properties screen when working with an asset Improved/Expected Behavior: The "relate" function will be moved to a more prominent place on the top ribbon Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): Adobe Experience Manager 2021.7.5607.20210705T063041Z-210600 Customer-name/Organization name: Accenture Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
When we route websites, the image is a screengrab. When we want to use the Text tool to highlight text to make comments more streamline, we don't have the ability since text is not detectable.
It would be great if you can provide the functionality to extract the list of the leads (that are marked as a bot). This will help us to analyze those leads and then exclude them from our next email sends which will help in improving email deliverability, opens and clicks.
Description - Enable Remote Offers to be used in Auto Personalisation activitiesWhy is this feature important to you - More than 90% of our offers are Remote Offers, managed in the CMS. For various reasons we aren't using experience fragments - and yes, we are hoping to move to experience fragments and complete the integration, but unless you a) Use AEM, b) use Experience Fragments, and c) have the integration to publish into AEC - you can't make use of AP for web unless you hard-code HTML into the Target UI, which seems very limiting from a feature adoption perspective. In our case, manually authoring HTML in the Target UI introduces the risk of human error, inconsistent content, and is a very manually tedious task that makes it hard for us to transition our existing activities into AP. It also causes us issues because our 'offers' are managed by content managers in the CMS, and with the AP limitation we have to introduce more handoffs and additional steps, checks and balances in the
Need to have the ability to do multi-filter grouping in the resource planner same as report types. This will enable us to analyze set of projects/resources at once that falls to either of the multi-filter groups.
Imagine I have a task called inspect widget. This task will take place over the course of a few days and will all be performed by the same person. This task involves checking the size, color, and electrical performance of the widget. Today I could create a task grouping and make three separate tasks, but that is both ugly and confusing. It would also grow the size of the project which affects display performance. What I envision is a checklist like capability where you could optionally tie each item in the checklist to a % completion of the total task. For example, size might be 25% of the task, color 10% and electric 65%. Checking each item off would drive completion of the task. This functionality would allow for greatly simplified project plans that still have good details as to what steps are needed to complete a task. Bonus points if we could create a way to drive predecessors off of checklist items as well as the task.
Currently when working in the agile project view you can add fields to each Story (subtask) and assign points to each card. You can add up to three fields to the card but none of the fields show the points assigned for that particular card, just the total points of the iteration (all the cards added up). Suggesting to have the ability to add a field to the card to show what that cards assigned points are. In a waterfall style project view text mode would be enables, so that may also be part of this solution.
I am using a Fusion automation to notify users that save their converted tasks into the queue project, asking them to move these tasks. The project should have a toggle "Allow Tasks" in the queue setup panel. Alternately, a class should be added to the permissions model to allow/disallow users from saving tasks into a project. Thanks.
We would appreciate the ability to set up dynamic routing rules for queue topics. This would be especially useful for queue topics that are used to log issues to live projects. For example, if someone logs a code issue to a project, I would like the new issue to use a dynamic routing rule that always routes to the project owner, or certain users that match a certain job role within the project team. This would allow us to automate the issue logging workflow considerably.
We need to have a functionality to allow "watchers" on requests/issues without being a part of the approval path or being an approver. In our environment, we have a group of executives who would like to be informed of activities. However, in our current workfront environment, in order for them to be notified in an automated fashion, they have to be set as an approver. This is creating bottlenecks in our process flow. Rather than having a request be approved by 2 people, it has to be approved by 5 instead, because the other 3 would like to be informed. This would be an extension of the subscribe functionality. Here's why the subscribe functionality fail in our organization: 1. subscribers have to manually stumble upon an issue/request in order to subscribe to it 2. admins can't pre-subscribe a user to a particular group/category of request
In the scenario someone has incorrectly logged time on the wrong project; it would be great if an Admin could transfer the hours to the correct project.
I want to see more relevant results at first. Things that are related to my team, my group or role should show up at the top, as well as things that I have accessed recently.
Inline editing from a broad report is super helpful for my team when maintaining Custom Form info. This feature is currently unavailable for document reports.
When users are "auto-provisioned" through SSO, they are created with the base access level (Requestor) by default. This base level is the requester access. There is currently no way to change the default, this is a limitation of the product. I'd like a way, as an admin, to change the default access level to Reviewer instead of Requester.
This is just a test I have a customer that needs to edit their idea and I am trying to find out how to do so.
Description - To have the ability to mask a cc'd email address on the email notification that the external signer receives Why is this feature important to you - I have multiple customers with this specific use case and would like to offer it as workaround solution for masking email addresses so it's not viewable by external signers. In this scenario, the email address we're trying to mask is the vice president of the company and it's important that their email address not be shared.
Workfront should allow aggregations on calculated fields in a report (or any other column in a list view). For example, right now, if three people are assigned to a task, you can aggregate the cost of their labor based on their role cost per hour or user cost per hour. But in many consulting firms, users work across multiple roles and make a percentage of the billing rate for that role on that work. Right now, there is no way within Workfront to aggregate labor cost for tasks assigned to multiple people that may be making different percentages of the billable rate.
Description - the cookie set function's third argument is an object. Please allow it to be an integer for those who used to old syntax. Why is this feature important to you - seeing too many developers supplying an integer there and failing. How would you like the feature to work - check the type of the third argument and if it's an int, just use it for days as you do with the objectCurrent Behaviour - supplying int does nothing.
Could Marketo modify in the Field Management of the Admin the way the Custom Layout Designer works to enable to have one layout per partition? Many thanks
The Mark as Read dot is pretty small. Can we have a bigger target to click on?
Please allow the option for when a user is tagged within a form the user then receives an automated email. This is critical if we need the specific user to be aware they have been added to the form to work as a notification.
As a System Administrator/Integration Specialist I need to be able to diagnose Event Subscription failures through the Workfront API. When a event subscription has a failure, there is nothing available within the Event Subscription API to determine what caused the failure. It would be great if whenever a failure is returned, the error code and message is provided.
If a piece of data is sent into Adobe Analytics encrypted, provide a way to decrypt this data (by allowing input of necessary decryption key/secret/token to decrypt) on the Adobe Analytics platform.
When working in a very large project (hundreds of tasks), it can become a chore to constantly scroll down through phases where there are many parent tasks where all the child tasks are complete. Using a filter to only show Open/Incomplete tasks isn't ideal as you lose visibility of the project structure and phase gates. It would be ideal to have a setting which would allow you to turn on "Auto collapse Parent Tasks when all Child Tasks are complete". This will clean up the task list a lot, and also still give nice visibility in a Gantt view.
Most users log time directly to the project or task as they complete work items, but our leadership logs time on a much broader scale to projects that are really just "time tracking buckets". Sometimes they may work the same hours on the same projects for weeks at a time. It would be great to be able to simply copy week 1's timesheet hours into week 2's timesheet w/o the need to manually enter in each hour.
