The AEM product team has been building something new: Adobe LLM Optimizer In the next few weeks I’m going to share actions for you folks to do, to improve your AEM sites to be more visible in LLMs. My first ask: Check that your pages main text is in the initial HTML (ok to ignore header, nav, footer). LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity don’t run JS when they fetch page during the reasoning phase. If the content isn’t there, you won’t get cited at the moment they try link back to your site. 🧰 Test your pages with this Chrome/Comet browser extension → https://llmo.page Questions? - let’s talk here
Many of you have been building on AEM for years - crafting sites that don’t just look great but drive measurable business outcomes. You’ve set the bar high. Now, the landscape is shifting. People are finding answers and getting work done through new, powerful tools - ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, and others. The AEM team is committed to making sure this community stays ahead of that curve. That’s why we’ve built LLM Optimizer - a new capability that gives you deep visibility into how generative AI systems (like chatbots and agents) consume and interpret your site’s content. It connects those insights to business outcomes and provides step-by-step guidance to help you capture emerging opportunities. This week, we’re starting to roll out LLM Optimizer for AEM customers on AMS and Cloud Service. You’ll start seeing real data - tracking agentic traffic and surfacing your first set of optimization opportunities. We started this journey just over 100 business days ago, and it’s only the beginning

Hello brilliant Workfronters! I have a few folks that want to use one project to manage multiple deliverables (flyers, email, etc.). I know that's not best practice but they insist as they don't want to set up multiple projects. There are also some projects that run all year (say, social posts for the year) and users don't want to open a separate project for every single social post. What is a good way to "capture" all that work via a custom form so I can "count" it in a chart reporting on number of deliverables completed in a period of time? Multiple "project deliverable" form fields? As in Deliverable 1, Deliverable 2, etc.

In the first part of this series, we explored the essentials of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) error codes—why they matter, how to approach them, and how quickly understanding these signals can transform your troubleshooting experience. In this second installment, we go a step further and include more frequently encountered error codes. We’re presenting a curated, in-depth table of even more AJO error codes you’re likely to encounter as you build, test, and launch omnichannel campaigns. Think of this guide as your “cheat sheet” for campaign health: If the mysterious codes below pop up in logs or UI banners, you’ll know exactly where to look, what likely caused it, and how to get unstuck fast. Whether you’re facing backend 500 errors, validation problems, or puzzling runtime glitches, this list breaks down each code’s context, root cause, and practical steps to resolve or avoid it. Keep this resource handy—it’s designed to help your ops, technical teams, and marketers spend le
Hi everyone! Looking for some advice and best practices on onboarding teams to the proofing process. A lot of us are experienced WF users, but using the proofing process is new to our team. We have our designers owning the proofs and setting up the workflows (due to volume of work) on most projects. All of us are finding the process to be pretty complicated and glitchy. We are trying to use automated workflows that include all the relevant users/roles/etc. pre-set to make it very simple for us. What are some things you all did to make the process easier and more straightforward for the teams? What tips, tricks and workarounds do you use to make the system work for your team? Some specific issues we are struggling with are:- Controlling access to the proofs when it is not a user's turn. (Private stages only seem to hide the comments, not the proof itself)- Dealing with the "Workfront" stage that is created whenever a user looks at a proof.- Creatives needing to make a dec
Hosted in partnership with Rachel Small @rachel_small and Bill McCandless of Kyndryl, this session provided an overview of how Kyndryl’s in-house creative team took a self-taught approach to building a Workfront model that could support a $7B global business. They designed and scaled a content operations framework using native Workfront features like project templates, custom forms, reports and dashboards to balance speed, visibility, and governance. Author: Baubak Gandomi This is the first post in a two-part series about the importance of measuring efficient functional tests in platform engineering and in complex products. Baubak Gandomi is a Test Architect with Adobe Customer Journey Management. Code coverage is often a KPI used to show progress in projects. Especially when the quality of a legacy product needs to be brought up to speed. It is often expected to help detect holes in our certainty regarding the infallibility of our products and their associated tests. We think that although it seems quite clear in its results, it is quite misleading if used on its own to represent the efficiency of your tests. This is actually a very good measure and it allows us to find lines in the code that are not tested. But I feel that it does not give a clear picture of the state of the tests, and leads to false assumptions when you generalize this for tests that are not unit tests. The main focus of this article is functional testing.
