Expose issues at all parent task levels instead of only the exact task or project levels. This would create ease of usability as we add many issues to sub-tasks. Having these issues exposed at the parent task prevents you from needing to click into each task.
Hello! This isn't so much an idea as a visual improvement suggestion for Experience. Several of my creative users are complaining about lost real estate when viewing reports. They suggest that the header is too big (The word JOBS with the icon). It does look like the row that it's on could be shortened. The Add Attachments tab isn't working for me (Chrome) so can't post screenshot. Thanks for listening. Wasn't sure where to post this.JM
It would be fantastic to be able to drag emails/campaigns/smart lists etc from the navigation pane to smart list fields and flow steps. For example, if I want to send an email using a flow step, I could drag the send email step from the right pane, and then drag the email I want to send from the left navigation pane to the flow step instead of using the search function in the drop-down 100% of the time.
In NWE when a new story, task, issue etc etc is created you display a nice informative toast display. You should include the link to the newly created item

I'd like to be able to select many more. Why is this feature important to you - To be able to have reports with breakdowns that react to different segment filters selected by the report user. How would you like the feature to work - I can select 50, 100 or all rows to be breakdown, when using report builderCurrent Behaviour - Currently in report builder, it is only possible to breakdown 5 rows. During a project we have several document review stages, however due to the nature of when in the process they happen it doesn't make sense to do them all on one task; our compliance function for instance sees the document last and we have a separate task in the template to get the marketing representative to set up that review. However, they can't link the document that was already uploaded in the previous task to the new task. I have used, on balance, worse competitor MRM systems in which this is possible so it seems strange that it isn't possible in workfront.
When the Undo hotkey is pressed inside the description area of any Workspace visualisations or in the Text visualisation, the last action in Workspace gets undone instead of the last text entry.Consider a scenario: a user is typing in a description for a panel. It may be a few paragraphs of text. And then they make a typo, presses Cmd+Z to undo the last text entry, but instead the whole description block disappears as it was the last action in Workspace (description addition/ change action).Make the Undo function work as in the text processor when it's pressed in the description/ text area.
This is pretty simple. There's currently no way to export a milestone report like there is with other report views. I would love the ability to take a report using the Milestone view and export it into Excel.
We have several global request queues that have 200+ queue topics due to very specific routing for each request type and region. These are really difficult to manage especially with multiple Topic Group levels and some Topic Groups that have the same name. If we could view the queue topics and topic groups on the same page in a structure that mimicked the actual queue setup, it would be so much easier to make changes.
In Classic, when a team is assigned to something I could hover over that team and it would show me who is on the team. In NWE, hovering does nothing and I also can’t click on the team to see who is on it. I have to search for the team.
Please update the logic when assigning milestones to tasks. Since milestone names cannot be reused, we've created milestones like, "Launch_1", "Launch_2", "Launch_3", etc. for project that have multiple launches. We have some milestones that go up to "..._20". Since the task list is very long, when PMs get up to the higher # of milestones, they lose track of what # they left off on. When they go to attach a milestone, it continues to show milestones #1-20 as opposed to only showing the available milestones that haven't been already used. The problem the PMs are finding is if they accidentally chose a milestone that was already used, it removes it from the task that it was already assigned to in order to put it with the task they just updated. Wouldn't it make sense to only show the milestones that haven't been used when updating a task? This logic is already used for example when assigning resources, and other items.refer to case
Hi - we are missing our old Document Summary view! Here are a few of the issues we've experienced with the updated view:1 - The design team references the document summary often and don't like the extra step in opening the document summary. is there a way to allow us to choose for the summary to always be open? 2 - Approvals section no longer provides "Details" ie - who has approved it? Now we have to click into approvals and view "details" to see it. That's three clicks vs just highlighting the document in our former view.

Sorry, there's a lot of explanation for our use case before I get to the "idea"/what we would like updated: Our users are receiving two different email notifications when a directed comment is made within a proof. One email comes from PHQ and links directly the proof itself, and the other email comes from Workfront and links to the comments section at the document level. We could turn off the PHQ emails altogether, but we want our users to go into the proof, whereas from the WF email, users are inclined to respond within the Workfront document updates page. The only Workfront email setting that addresses this is the "Someone comments on one of my work items" and that's too broad to turn off, as users might miss other updates. It would be nice to have some additional email notification settings for the proof emails that are sent and/or a more solid integration between the two systems, because the emails from WF & PHQ seem to be missing any information abou
CURRENT BEHAVIOR:When someone responds to Workfront updates via email * Recipients receive double email notifications of the message. They receive 2 emails of the same message(One from Workfront; one from ProofHQ).* Formatting in the email notification of the email looks more legible than the message posted to the Workfront project.* The subsequent message posted to Workfront has NO formatting — no line breaks or bullet points — making it difficult to read the post in the Workfront project.EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:When someone responds to Workfront updates via email:* Recipients should only receive (1) email with that message. * Can the message posted to Workfront retain the same formatting as the original email message?
Description -At this time there is no way to cancel an Analysis Workspace project exit without discarding all changes or saving the project. If you hit the back button on your browser, click on any navigation options in the top level navigation, or accidentally press the back button on your mouse, you are shown the message in the screenshot below. Unless you click "Save", even if you don't actually want to save your project for future use, you will lose all of your work. Why is this feature important to you -There are times in which I am pulling data using Analysis Workspace but don't need to save a project for future use. On several occasions I have accidentally clicked the back button on my mouse and had all of my work discarded. This is very frustrating. Most software and websites allow a "cancel" option before exiting a page or project in which updates have been made. How would you like the feature to work -Ideally, the process of exiting a project should be like clo
What - We would love the ability to restrict templates to a single user-group. While there is the ability to share to a single group, there does not appear to be a way to restrict the masses from seeing a particular template. Why - For a large, enterprise organization, governance across hundreds of users is critical. The ability to lock down a particular template to just a single group would help our management of permissions immensely. Thank you for your consideration!
Updating MPI to show a minimum of a rolling 24 months of data would allow better data analysis for marketing teams. This need increased due to the pandemic as sales and marketing cycles in 2019 were very different than in 2020. Not having access to 2019 is proving to be a bit of a challenge as we try and compare traditional 2019 cycles with how we're tracking in 2021.
Extend the functionality of the Program Member Custom Field (PMCF) values to be used as Tokens within the content of an email/landing page. Example 1: You capture a value for an ad-hoc field (like number of accompanying guests, preferred time to call) and want to put these details in a triggered confirmation email reconfirming form field values. Example 2: A specific value per person needs to be added to an email (field/value is not part of normal CRM sync). Risky to add this to a 'burner'/temporary field at the person level, so imported into a PMCF field to limit risk of other programs referencing this field and value then added to email as a token.
Hello, I'm guessing everyone who had an upgrade on their ACS instance recently noticed that the filtering in the Profiles view has changed, as described here : https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/profiles-and-audiences/managing-profiles/integrated-customer-profile.html?lang=en#profiles-and-audiences Basically, after this update you can no longer apply multiple filters at the same time ! You can either choose ONE of the three filters (first name / last name / email) or ONE of your custom fields. Fitlering on first + last name for example is no longer possible. This is an unacceptable regression of the tool and needs to be rolled back ASAP. I requested this change to be reverted through Support, who created an enhancement request, but they'll only consider it if enough customers request it. If you agree, please raise a ticket to Support too, and mention following reference : CAMP-48261. I also included the request to add filters
Would like the ability to customize the milestone view (grouping the ideas of others on the list) Include/exclude progress status and % completeFilter out some milestonesSortingDisplay additional fields (portfolio, custom fields, etc.)View actual completion on completed milestonesAlternate color for completed milestones
When making project updates, the people you have placed in the Notify section does not save in drafts like the update text itself does. This can make things difficult when multi-tasking wipes who you were notifying of the update.
Users expect that when a predecessor is completed, they would receive an email+notification that a predecessor has been completed. This is working for predecessors on a project, but not for cross project predecessors. Also needed is a notification when a cross-project successor due date has changed.
Description - An employee created several "Experience Fragments" from his local AEM test environment and made them available in Target. The AEM test environment was deleted after some time without he deleted the "Experience Fragments" in AEM. We then had no way of deleting the code offers directly in Target. Why is this feature important to you - This can happen quite often if an AEM instance is no longer available for whatever reason. How would you like the feature to work - An administrator should be able to delete such code offers in Target.Current Behaviour - The code offers could currently only be deleted with an Adobe ticket after several days and extensive communication with Adobe Daycare
