I would like the ability to be able to embed an image into an announcement, so I can send something like a monthly newsletter to all users within Workfront instead of Outlook, to promote Workfront adoption. When I went to create an announcement it let me embed the image but then when I sent the announcement it was no longer there and only the text in the body was visible.
We do not want our Stakeholders to inherit access to every document within a Project because they don't need to see our reference docs or other files that the Marketing team may attach to the project. Because of that we have document inheritance turned off for their access levels. This is now causing an issue because when they are sent a Proof for review or approval, they have access to the Proof but not the document. After the Stakeholder has given their approval it is no longer listed at the top of their page and can only be found again by digging through past emails. My Stakeholders want to be able to go to the Project (which they have access to do now) and see documents listed in the tab.
We would like a Gantt Chart based on Programs not projects. Currently WF does not have this feature in reporting... WF Gantt charts will only show either Projects or Tasks. Anyone else need this type of reporting?
It'd be great to set by job role or layout template (not on each individual proof workflow set up) the resolve comments feature is enabled. Impact: eliminate clicks for proof creator; consistent experience for workers who are making edits from comments (and can indicate they've resolved that comment);
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: AEM really only supports Basic Authentication, and many commands in the cURL API also use Basic Authentication. The superuser 'admin' account also uses Basic Authentication. It seems overdue that AEM support more secure protocols, even if it's just two-factor. Use-case: cURL API and superuser functions primarily Current/Experienced Behavior: Basic Authentication rules the day Improved/Expected Behavior: Use at least two-factor, but preferably key/certificate base authentication. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): 6.5 SP2 Customer-name/Organization name: USAA Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
Currently integrated with SharePoint. Are there plans to move over and integrate with the MS graph APIs which allow us to have a LOT more flexibility when it comes to managing SharePoint integrations like this?
Currently, if you had a "Date and Time" custom field, and a user inputs information into that custom field, the data will shift based on the time zone of the person who is looking at it. We would like an option to make this field static so that the information remains the same no matter who is looking at it.This is needed for communicating precisely when an event is going to happen within our organization. For example, if I submit a request that says my webinar starts at 8 AM PST (we also capture time zone in a separate field), then "8 AM PST" should display no matter who is looking at the request. Currently, if someone in EST is looking at it, the date/time will shift to show it as starting at "11 AM", which causes confusion. There are certainly use cases for this field being dynamic; however, having a "static" option to check off when setting up the field would help immensely with our problem.
In my opinion the Flow charts visualization in Workspace has a big flaw: it displays the page reloads: whenever I try to see next page, biggest chunk is again the same page. It would be good to remove the page reloads and make it similar to the Google Analytics flow charts, to only see next page. This would make the flows more clear
Because Project Names are not available yet in the Work List, Sort By: Planned Completion, the work around is to Sort By: Project. However, to see the tasks under the project name, each project name needs to be expanded. Provide the ability to expand all the project names at one time to see the tasks under them.

We experienced a user innocently changing their email address and name on their own profile which removed them from all projects they owned or were assigned. (without any notification, or red flag issued by the Workfront system.) Respectfully see this as a vulnerable blind spot that has potential to really cripple the functionality of Workfront -- for our group and how we use it. Could a fail-safe be developed? And/or a best practice addressing user profile management? How about providing primary admin the ability to lock user profiles? Or specific user profile data fields like Name and Email address? Or maybe some type of "user profile change order request" that'd enable a more monitored/controlled way to manage user profiles? Thanks for your interest in client feedback.
Proxima Nova is very difficult to read on Workfront sites. lowercase i and l, look the same.I have Clear Type font set, and I tried to turn off Hardware Acceleration, but made no difference. The exact same font rendering problem appears in FireFox as well.It seems to be the Bold rendering of the font specifically.I have not seen this problem on other sites with Proxima Nova fonts.
When a user have 10 documents to send for approval to the same approver/approvers, the user will have go to each document and type in the name of the approver. We need to be able to multiselect documents and send it to the same approver.
It would be great if we could mark custom forms as favorites so that we can add a filter for those that we use most often.
Our users log actual hours at the Task and issue level. Unfortunately, there is no way to mass approve the hours submitted each day. Right now we have to go project by project to approval. The system also doesn't let us use a report to approve the hours. Therefore, I would like to request Workfront build the functionality to approve submitted time in a mass update. Thanks, Rick
We are unable to remove the global Hour Type options from the employees Available Hour Types component (Object: User). We have received feedback from local markets they prefer employees to allocate time against locally approved HOur Types and not include the option to add hours to the generic global Hour Types. We propose implementing some logic here to enable this:if there are no project-specific hour types in the Hour Type database, show global Hour Type as default (i.e. Project Time, Task Time etc).if there are project-specific hour types in the Hour Type database, allow the admin to deselect the global Hour Type(s) (i.e. Project Time, Task Time etc).

Our designers have noticed a glitch in the proof tool:Designers are currently having an issue with .pdf's, at times, showing incorrect opacity within the proofing tool. I’ve attached a screenshot of the same .pdf side by side with the proofing tool & without.
Allow the proof creator to get a copy of the proof notification when they send the proof. Our users want to know it was actually sent and want to use the copy of the email to access the proof.

If you use HTML code in your Email Script token, Marketo displays this code in the text-only version of you email. Example: Your Email Script token has <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td align="left"> <p>Some text</p> </td> </tr> </table> And be sure your customers will see the same code (not only "Some text") in the text-only version.
It would be nice to be able to download ALL T&T campaign data at one time (in bulk). Currently one has to download each campaign's data individually. When you have hundreds of campaigns - well, you know... Also the ability to deactivate and delete campaigns in bulk would be great too.
Can we change how the buttons are named on document approval decisions? Right now the only option is Reject, Approved, Approved with Changes. Our company would like the flexibility to adjust these to our needs. For example:Can the 'Reject' button be changed to 'Reviewed'
