Display traffic volume in Occurrences rather than in Page Views on the Traffic Management Overview page to help administrators to estimate the server calls volume.
For every project, there should be a checkbox setting that allows for ignoring a user's schedule in the timeline. For example, if a project has a 5-day schedule and one user on the project has a 7-day schedule, there should be a setting on the project to only use the project schedule and ignore the user schedule.
The Team view is great, but the color coding throws everyone off. Or lack of, since it's random and different for every user. If the system could cycle through colors, even if limited, it would help identify the different tasks for the same project (one color for one project) across the teams or groups workload. The visualization/formatting is a must for all areas in WF since the workers are primarily creative-minded.
We would like to add emoji to proof comments
Hi,We would like to request the following enhancement:-Current situation: In order to change the status of a Project to "Complete", you need to mark as completed each one of the individual tasks. -Enhancement: Allow to change the status of a Project to "Complete" (even if the individual tasks are not completed) and automatically mark the status of the tasks as "Complete". Thanks,Ana Aristizabal
The workload balancer allows a user to group tasks by project which is great. But it needs to go a step further to group those projects by program/campaign.
In Classic, we can add additional custom forms needed in Requests and Projects without being forced to fill them out. I noticed Experience is forcing me to complete them when I add on forms (must fill out required fields to add it). We'd love to see this function like Classic as the person adding them isn't necessarily the person that will complete them.
When converting an issue to a project, it would be helpful to retain the priority level of the issue after conversion rather than having to manually set it each time
Allow users to choose which time zone they want to see on task due dates when they're viewing tasks in Workfront via web browser.I have a team split between Eastern Standard Time and India Standard Time. The folks in India Standard Time want to be able to view EST time stamps. Because the browser is using the time stamp of the machine, there isn't anything that I can change in Workfront to help them see EST time stamps.
Is there a way to update the notifications so that we don't get 2 emails every time someone comments to someone on a proof? We are getting a lot of complaints that 2 emails go out (one from Workfront and one from Workfront Proof) every time someone is tagged in a comment.
Description - Cross-Device Analytics allows analysts to understand user behaviour across devices, by stitching device data together.I would like to see this extended to become more of a general "Cross-User-Agent Analytics", where (field-based) stitching works across devices and browsers (and even standalone browsers and in-app browsers in mobile devices).I would also like to see this extended to all AA SKUs, not just AA Ultimate. Why is this feature important to you - Given modern browsers' tracking restrictions, it might be more feasible and accurate for clients to provide their own "user ID" that analytics systems can consume. Also, with the proliferation of apps and browsers (standalone and in-app), there are many areas where a common user ID is beneficial to identify actual unique visitors, or "people".How would you like the feature to work - The client provides its own "user ID" (with Adobe providing a fallback user ID, e.g. with the current Experience Cloud ID Service). Some of our users mainly use Workfront to manage approvals, but there is no where to log the time directly on the approval. It would be great if when a user completes an approval, the approval appears as a row in their timesheet - like it would if the user had 'worked on' or 'completed' a task. In addition - it would be great if there could be a log time button when someone is completing an approval.
We need to be able to utilize Programs for our Campaign assignments, but due to the volume of our work-- more than 10,000 project per year-- the Programs need to be deactivated, just like Portfolios, Projects, or Issues can be. This is essential. Other work-arounds are clumsy and unreliable.
As of January 2021 continuous audience sync is available, but it's only available for static lists. Would love to see this introduced to smart lists as well.
Currently, the "Export as PNG" feature in the Metrics area of a Project is not delivering expected results, because it only captures what's on the screen instead of the whole picture. With current functionality, the image is missing information that may be relevant to stakeholders to whom the image is shared. The current functionality renders the feature basically useless. It has the potential of being useful if only it captured the entirety of the project's metrics.
As of today, using /rest/v1/program/members/describe.json will return default Program Member fields in addition to whatever custom fields have been defined. Although items like Acquired By and Success are present, the field for Success Date is not. Could this be added to the list of extractable fields, both when describing and exporting?
In "My Work", items come in flagged with the priority. I will see red lines for urgent objects. This is super helpful to quickly identify rush tasks and requests. Having this in Home would be wonderful!
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: To have the Environment ie. Prod/Staging/Dev explicitly listed in the URL for AEMaaCS Use-case: Easier for end users to understand what environment their respective URL for the Author and Publish tier they are looking at. Current/Experienced Behavior: The current access URL is for the author is:https://author-pNumber-eNumber.adobeaemcloud.com Improved/Expected Behavior: The access URL for the author tier should be:https://PROD/STAGING/DEVauthor-pNumber-eNumber.adobeaemcloud.com It's far easier to understand which environment the URL relates too when viewed in a browser as people won't remember the p or e numbers. the same applies to the publish tier. Hello, I have a situation where I set a task to 100% complete. This normally removes it from assigned users' timesheets. However, if a user pinned the task on their timesheet, it remains on their timesheet and they can still log hours on the task even when it is set to complete. As the owner of a project, I am responsible for tracking and keeping hours on budget. When I "close” a task as complete I would expect it to no longer allow users to log hours to it. This is not he case when users pin a task on their timesheet and log hours to the task after set to complete and is causing issues with monitoring and controlling budgeted hours.
Currently, you have 4 options to reference a program in the 'Member of Program' filter. Program:isis notis anyis emptyI would like to see 'contains' & 'not contains' added to these 4 options. We strictly enforce naming conventions, and the ability to filter by 'contains' would allow us to automatically keep smart lists, segments, etc... up to date by using "Program contains Sales Nurture", instead of having to say 'is' and select each program.
In our scenario, we have multiple job roles assigned to one task on a project. When a user wants to log time to the specific task on the project we have run into difficulty because the project will not show up for them in the "timesheet add task search" when when searching by their job role. The project is shared with them by their job role with contribute access allowing them to add time to the project. The task is shared with them by their job role with contribute access which SHOULD allow them to add Task time to the task regardless of if their job role is the primary assignee or one of the "others" assigned to the task.Current Workfront limitations are keeping the the "other" assignees from adding tasks to their timesheet by their job role association.*Note: We are aware that we could add this person's time to the Project level however we specifically want to use Task Time in order to to work with an integration with another internal corporate billin
We have a need for a Company-wide release calendar that pulls all active and open projects across all portfolios and business units into one calendar view. Currently when you look at the calendar month view you can turn each sub-calendar on/off but when you look at the gantt view it would be nice to have the projects grouped by the portfolio so that all projects for that portfolio are grouped together. It would also be awesome if we could sort the portfolios from A-Z to make it easier to view the data.
The Slack integration currently allows you to submit requests/issues into a project or "queue" but the integration is really basic. It currently has no support for custom forms- so if you use slack to submit a request into workfront, that request is essentially blank.Would be great if this worked similarly to the Outlook integration, where it is able to support the custom form fields that exist on projects/queues. The current integration is just about useless for request submission without the custom field capability as it requires a user to go ask whomever submitted for more information.
It seems that most of the Bizible Product Documentation has been moved to the "Adobe Experience League" instead of the previous docs.marketo.com location. There should be a link to the product documentation directly inside Bizible.
-Current situation: Approvals/Comments on a Proof are not shown in the notifications blue square in Workfront, only via email form.-Enhancement: When Approvals or Comments are done to a Proof, show them shown in the notifications blue square in Workfront.
