Hello @1905403,the functionality to use a dropdown list for properties and environments to replace the embedded Launch code is very helpful. Unfortunately the list is limited to 100 entries - and we have more than that. We support hundreds of websites, and for many of them the request was to track data without implementation effort. Therefore we implement in an own Launch property page and button detections per website (more or less). We are on the way to migrate (as in the meantime management was convinced of the benefits of more detailed web tracking) but we have to deal with more than 100 properties for a long time. Therefore it would be great for us to increase the limit for the dropdown list to e.g.256.Because now the benefit of this functionality is very limited for us. And on the other hand important because it would reduce effort and time for us.
It would be useful to be able to extend LP redirect rules for any assets in the file system. We have had a few incidents where marketers have shared links to PDF assets directly by mistake, and these have ended up being indexed by search engines. We would love to redirect these to a more appropriate location on our main website.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Enable users to sort pages and experience fragments based on name Use-case: Current/Experienced Behavior: Pages/Experience Fragments are always sorted based on creation date. Improved/Expected Behavior: Users should be able to choose to sort pages/experience fragments in column view based on the name of the item. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): Customer-name/Organization name: Amazon.com Employee Services Screenshot (if applicable): This is the feature available for assets in AEM 6.5.7 Code package (if applicable):
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Content Reference fields in a Content Fragment should update when references are moved Use-case: When Content Reference fields are used in a Content Fragment model, and populated in the Content Fragment to point to an asset or content, when this asset or content is moved, these Content Reference fields should update like any reference fields. Current/Experienced Behavior: When a content reference field is populated to point to an asset, and if the asset is moved, the content reference field is not updated. The Authors need to manually update these content reference fields to point to the new location of the asset. Improved/Expected Behavior: The content reference field should update when an asset is moved. Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): AEM 6.5.7 Customer-name/Organization name: ANZ Screenshot (if applicable): Behaviour is available OOTB. Just add a Content Reference field
With the 21.1 release the all requests/submitted requests view was changed and now I can no longer see the "assigned to" column when viewing all requests in the request queue. We have multiple people trafficking the request queue so it's helpful if we can see who has picked up a request and assigned it out to our users and our teams. With the way the interface is now displaying requests, the only way to see who is assigned to a request, is to open the request. This is time consuming. We can't see the assignments at a glance. It would be very helpful to have the "assigned to" column added to this view so that we can see the assignments without having to open an individual request.
Between our creative, editorial, and account manager functions there are a lot of edits that are made on materials. We would like to stack the materials on top of each other as the edits are received and made by responsible parties. Once edits are made we name them with the corresponding version i.e. version 1, 2, 3. But when you stack documents on each other they will only show the version 1 instead of the unique name that was given to the material. This makes it difficult to identify the most recent version. Ultimately we would like the name that is given to the new edited document to show up instead of it always showing as version 1
Currently, in order to temporarily enable the Undo button, you must switch the Plan Mode from Autosave to Manual Save. That then only tracks changes for the current working session and you also introduce the risk of not saving desired changes. Microsoft and Google Products provide autosave in combination with a version history that tracks all changes and stores them as a version history, so that you can always undo changes, even days after you've made them. Workfront already has autosave and an Update history audit trail, so it would be helpful if that Update history could be put to use to enable an Undo button even when Auto-save is on.
The Gantt Chart currently has checkboxes that allow you to display %complete right within the Gantt bar itself (as well as Project Status, and some other settings). What is noticeably missing from that drop-down list is the ability to show the name of the Project or Task that is to the left of that Gantt chart bar and know which project or task the bar represents. With that adjustment, Planners would have the option of reviewing the Gantt Chart without needing the split-screen Name Column to the side of the Gantt Chart that you always have to re-justify from the center of the screen.
Hello, When creating a content fragment model, the data types "multi line text", “number field” and "enumeration" are missing the following properties:Mandatory flag for “multi line text” and “enumeration”Max. length for “multi line text” and “number field” We are using the latest 6.5 FP. Is it that feature on a roadmap ? Can we expect it in future releases ? Or should we request an evolution to add these fields ?Below is a snapshot showing the properties of the multi line text, we see that these 2 options are missing: Note: using the table kept deleting the content of my request so not using it...
Missing info about Which user has created any new custom Expense type. Its a great info once added in the system. Which can tell us who created which type of expense in Set up.
Description - You can select the totals in the column headers and graph them. But, those column headers will always graph the sum total of the unfiltered data. Filtered data will give you a total in the header of a column. But, when graphing the visualization, it will still graph the total of the unfiltered data. The headers won't graph only the filtered data. Why is this feature important to you - Often I would like to graph filtered data to see totals, but still have a table below which shows the data broken down by value. This feature would be helpful for seeing totals over time for filtered data at a glance. How would you like the feature to work - When I filter data in a table, all graphs sourced from that table should reflect the filtered totals.Current Behaviour - Today, when I filter data in a table, graphs that are sourced from the totals row of the table still reflect the unfiltered totals.
Either via comments object or a separate request. We are running reports for our client and have hundreds of proofs to report on. Currently the only way to do this is to manually count which comments have the resolve action applied.
I would like to request that the Objects "Users" and "Hours" be capable of being references together on reports / custom forms. My company has be trying to build utilization and time tracking reports and not having these Users relate to their Hours is making this very difficult. Please make them apart of the same interdependency or hierarchy. Thank you.
Ability to highlight project/task priority and show visibility on the workload balancer. This will help identify projects or tasks that should move up or down on the schedule without going back to the actual project/task to understand the priority.
If you have a lot of approvals to review and check, each time that you click approve on a task you get a pop-up that says Success! then you have to click an X to close that box. Remove the pop-up notification of Success! and the need to close it.
Email notification for a project manager or project owner when someone makes a comment on the proof - not just available for the person who uploaded the proof initially
It would add tremendous value and flexibility if we could have a custom filter in the Work List. For example, I'd like to be able to add another filter level, in addition to those that are already there out of the box, that would allow me to add "program=XYZ, etc.
When using automated proof workflows, would love the ability to be able to add a custom subject line to the template instead of having to enter this in manually when creating a new proof. Our traffic team is repetitively entering the same key words in manually for our external vendor proofs for approval. Sometimes, we miss inputting the key words since this is an extra step from our normal process for internal proofs. Our Internal teams also rely on these subject lines to be able to filter out external vendor proofs in their email inboxes.
In Workfront Classic, there were multiple ways for you to see which versions of a document were sent to DAM from WF and are not available in New Workfront Experience. In Workfront Classic on the Documents tab of a project, I would be able to see all the versions of a document in the Summary side panel on the right and the lion head would appear next to each version that was sent to DAM. Now, I have to open the Document Details page and go to the All Versions tab to see which specific versions were sent to DAM.On the Documents tab in the Project, the lion head will appear next to the filename if the most recent version of the document was sent to DAM but I need more detail into which versions were sent to DAM.
Currently there is no way to make an audit what happened to a document's metadata and when except that a new version has been uploaded. We have a custom integration where this could have been a very useful thing for troubleshooting. But also it's essential if we have a dispute.
Copy or move custom forms between any type of item so long as there is a custom form for that type. i.e. if you're moving a custom form from an issue to a task, there would need to be a task version as well. But, the ability to move them around like you can with documents would be massive.
The document tab within projects and tasks normally shows the number of documents (NWE).But when collapsing the left navigation to an icon, there is no longer a document count.Users have expressed how handy it would be if the count could still be displayed when collapsing the left navigation.
Description -When I'm logged in, in the Debugger extension, I expect to see the eVars, props and events with their friendly name, instead of their number. This is not happening, even though I'm an admin. Why is this feature important to you -Ease of debugging.
