My current client has projects that need to be able to plan work based on job roles that are in a specific region, specific business line and specific job role. (A project that needs to be executed in Hungary, for a XX product line with a XX Resource)... The projects needs to be able to identify the roles on a task for planning. If we had job role pools, we could create a pool of job roles specific to a region and business line and those roles would be available for the PM to assign to tasks in the business case development and task assignments during planning. Otherwise, we have to create a complex acroynm scheme to identify the specific job role so that when we are doing a more strategic planning of resources, the allocations are appropriately reflected, without a lot of overhead to maintain the list of job roles.
Right now even with "print only my view" it prints all tasks even if you are only displaying parent tasks. Would love to just print Gnatt chart view of Parent Tasks
A Project approval should have the ability to notify non-approvers as well to keep them informed of status change. Would also be helpful to notify the person who triggered the approval when the approval is complete (approved or not)
I would like to be able to add a filter to a report with repeating delivery so that it only sends out if the report contains information. For example I have a report showing issues which have been waiting for approval for more than 1 week. Sometimes there are no issues overdue, so I do not want Workfront to send out an empty report.
The ability to extend the durable unsubscribe functionality to additional fields. Durable unsubscribe is explained here (https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Durable+Unsubscribe) and unsubscribes all records which share an email address, if that email address is unsubscribed. The option to apply this to additional fields would be extremely useful in an instance where you have several brands (with a shared customer base) and are using custom unsubscribe fields. With privacy laws focusing more closely on consent, being unable to set up this functionality with custom fields is a serious constraint.
Currently the SPI Index does not function properly for tasks that start later than intended. For example, if I have a Baselined task of 1 week duration (40 Planned Hours) that was supposed to start 2 weeks ago but hasn't started (0% Complete and 0 Actual Hours). The SPI=0 (correct). But if I change the Start Date to today or greater (which is what a PM should do for tasks that didn't start on time) the SPI changes to 1, indicating the task is on time (it's really 2 weeks late already). It should be 0 until a % Complete is entered and then be calculated on the original start date. It appears the SPI doesn't use the Baseline when calculating Planned Hours Scheduled to Date. It is using the current (new) Planned Hours Scheduled, which is technically incorrect. From your Help Screen: SPI = (Total Planned Hours x % Complete) / Planned Hours Scheduled to Date* *If Planned Hours Scheduled to Date = 0, SPI = 1.
It would be nice to have a "Select All" for multi select dropdown lists. It can be extremely time consuming if you want to select a lot of values.
It would be great if you could see more than 7 projects at once in the Enhanced Analytics flight plan, or if it would display all the projects in the image export as it does in the Excel export.
It would be helpful if deleted Programs could be restored from the Recycle Bin, mirroring the ability to restore Project and Document objects. We store information on a Program's Custom Form and that data is currently lost when a Program is (mistakenly) deleted.
Lenovo needs the ability to refresh a “sandbox” MSD environment from a “production” MSD environment and have the native sync continue to work in Sandbox Marketo (without having to migrate to a net new Marketo instance). Lenovo refreshes the “sandbox” MSD environment from “production” MSD twice annually via the process documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/copy-environment. It is our understanding that “refreshing” an MSD instance like this results in having to provision a net new Marketo instance and having to do a migration from the “old” Marketo Sandbox instance to the new one - and this process is too time consuming to complete twice a year. We understand that this functionality is available for Marketo’s native sync with Salesforce but not with Dynamics.
We have the ability for users to delete issues and tasks with logged hours turned off. However, this does not stop a user from deleting the entire project, issues and tasks included. We would like the ability to disable project deletion if any of its objects or the project itself has logged time.
Description - The ability to compare this week to date with the equivalent last yearWhy is this feature important to you - YoY comparrisons important to understand business performanceHow would you like the feature to work - custom date range builderCurrent Behaviour - currently you can only achieve this by minus a number of days, this then fails when its a leap year as there are a different number of days in the year. The current tool doesnt allow you to minus a set number of weeks in this situation. When you say start of current week minus 52 weeks and end of current day minus 52 weeks it gives you a date range that is impossible. The end date being the day before the start date
I’m only seeing the ability to control the right side panel via the settings in Setup > Interface > Layout Templates > Customize Home. We would like to have admin ability to customize the Work List on the left side as well. Specifically, we would like to be able to customize the sorting of the work list. We would prefer that the work list be sorted according to “Task Start Date” instead of “Task Completion Date”. The vast majority of our tasks span multiple days, so it would make more sense for us to be able to sort in the Work List by when the task needs to be started.
Because my team only uses planned completion dates, it would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to view planned completion dates on both the My Work calendar strip AND the task home page.
Currently, the ability to modify a task's assignment allocation is only located when you edit (three dots > Assignments > edit allocation > Save) which adds extra clicks and time. We have group a users that would greatly benefit from a small change to be able able to edit from the task's overview as well, for quick management.
I want the ability to hide the 'new task' button. We do not want tasks added that are not part of a project.
We have received a request to add the Filter component to the All Timesheets tab. This will allow Line Managers and Power Admins to filter a list by custom metadata or standard Workfront parameters (for example, license type).Whilst the users can achieve this in the people or user sections, we feel this could be a valuable enhancement for the timesheet module where you may have several thousand employees on the system and need to narrow down the user within the Timesheet module directly.Best regards,Christian
Currently, project owners can delete custom forms that have been added as part of the template. This results in loss of data that cannot be recovered. While there is a warning message when a user tries to delete, there needs to be an option for the system admin to disable custom form deletion.
Any user can send a document for approval outside or within ProofHQ. It would be nice if there was an option restrict the ability for certain users to send documents for approval and from creating proofs.
When a brief/issue/request is rejected, comments are not mandatory. Need enhancement that requires comments upon reject. This capability can be controlled by the system admin.
Currently there is no way to copy or attach a template with a folder structure/tree at the Program Level, only at the Project Level. This means it needs to be re-created each time you open a new Program. This is not an efficient use of time and leaves room for error.
Can we have an inactivity filter "Not Was Added to SFDC Campaign" in place for identifying leads that missed entering in a particular SFDC campaign?
Every time we need to develop a lead flow logic, smart campaigns are required in the first place. Sometimes we have to create multiple test campaigns for achieving the desired results. It would be best if we can have a Lead Flow Preview in place without having to run single or multiple campaigns while testing the logic. We can use dummy or real leads and see whether they'd pass or not through the smartlist criteria, choices, flows, etc without having to make a campaign live.
HI Team,Once proof Create then there is icons like S O C D (once user start reviewing then this icons color change as below [got from WF support team])But here so many users are confusing even if the proof rejected or change requires also color goes to Green, then users thought it's approved.this case user requires to check Approvals by going workflow, but all users are expecting to see this (approved/rejected/change requires) in main page itself in so option like it's approved or not OR 'D' icon color should be RED or Orange..Green: Complete. White: Not complete. Orange: Not complete and deadline is less than 24 hours. Red: Not complete and past the deadline.
Provide the ability to track and manage Risks, Action Items or assumptions, Issues and Decisions (RAID). This capability should also include probability and impact scores for risk tracking and mitigation
