Hi all, I'm experiencing problems when using References from the rail selector.  When I navigate to a PDF and go to the rail selector drop down and choose "References", I'm expecting to see a list of pages that reference this PDF (image 1).  As you can see, I get zero results.  Image 2 is showing a page that is referencing the PDF via an Article Teaser component.  Does anybody have any pointers or suggestions as to why I experiencing this type of behavior in 6.4?  For what it's worth, we were previously running 6.2 without incident but since upgrading to 6.4 the problem has since presented itself.Image 1: Shows the location of the PDFImage 2: Known page that references the PDF

I've created a situation where authors are running into permission issues when trying to move pages under certain conditions. To manage access, I set up group ACLs that limit author permissions to specific content paths, allowing them to only edit, publish, and perform similar actions within their designated regions. This was achieved by denying jcr:write and crx:replicate at the /content level, while allowing these permissions for their specific regional content paths. This setup works well until an author needs to move or rename a page within their accessible top-level path. If that page only has references within the author's regions they have access to, the move operation works fine. If that page does have references outside the region they can access, it triggers a "request to move" operation. This happens because the move process attempts to update the references through unpublishing and publishing, which they cannot perform outside of their region. I understand why thi

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone encountered similar issues regarding to EventsHandler, particularly Page Event Topic. We've added this on top of the EventHandler that we created:@Component(service = EventHandler.class, immediate = true, configurationPolicy = ConfigurationPolicy.OPTIONAL, property = { "event.topics=" + PageEvent.EVENT_TOPIC })and added @Overridepublic void handleEvent(Event event) {}The issue here is that, the override handleEvent didn't seem to run even if we trigger a page modification or page creation event. I have a few users that are group admins that need the ability to log in as another user, in order to close out projects that have been left open well past when they should be closed. However, I have had zero luck in setting this up and I am at a loss. I've spent a lot of time looking for how to enable this feature, but everything has led me to the same answers and none of them work. My Group Admins are showing that they have the ability to edit users in their group (but they aren't able to log in as another user in the group(s) they admin or even see the option to log in as them). So, I updated it to allow them to edit all users, and yet they can only go as far as seeing the option to log in as another but when they type in the name of an existing user in their group, the search bar in 'Log in As' doesn't populate and the log in button is grayed out. We are trying to collect additional send logs for each email send. Is there a way to send a unique id per email sent to a profile, and collect the same from the feedback schema for email campaigns?

I have got the Ip host entry from the AEM, when i try use in my organization laptop after entring the hosts file and saved it, Then opening chrome and accessing URL it doesn't load the page, and my organization cisco umbrella agent is blocking the url and destinated page i don't get it. when i checked with my IT team eventhough they say they have allowed i dont get the required page instead loading a another page, which is quite strange, and our IT team requested for cisco ip address should allowed in the adobe server.Is that so?

We have legal and privacy copy that is required on all of our websites and apps. We are currently managing these with a website dedicated to legal that the rest of our sites and apps pull from. This workflow works great for our sites and apps but does not currently help our print and email workflows. Those workflows are still quite manual and I'm hoping to automate them to minimize the risk of human error. I'm investigating whether or not I can handle this process using the DAM so that it can serve as a source of truth for this data and then push it out not only to the sites and apps but also to emails and Creative Cloud apps through integrations. Does anyone know if AEM can manage text/data files in this manner? I'm not looking to save these as Word docs in the system. Hello,  I have a bit of an urgent ask so a quick response would be appreciated.  I'm working on creating a streaming audience that includes both a batch exclusion audience and a streaming qualification audience (essentially an audience of audiences). In my streaming qualification audience, I have a time constraint that disqualifies users after 30 days. Once that 30-day period passes, users are disqualified from the streaming qualification audience in near real-time. My question is: If a user is disqualified from the streaming qualification audience in near real-time, would they also be disqualified from the streaming audience (which is made up of both the batch exclusion audience and the streaming qualification audience) immediately, or would they only be disqualified when the next batch evaluation runs? Thanks!
