Ability to make duration changes on active projects without email notifications or having to change status from inactive to active. Users are complaining when they receive a second 'active' email that it is confusing.
Hi,A nice feature to implement will be a standard "trash-bin" functionality for AEM Assets. Right now we have customization (implemented on AEM 6.3) as described herehttps://kbwebconsult.com/2020/07/21/the-enigma-of-aem-apache-sling-filters/ Best,Krass
We would like to replace our web images with the google WebP format https://developers.google.com/speed/webp It would be great if webp could be supported in AEM Assets in near future.
As different client has different data archival standards, we need to create archival process for various clients. In AEM, since the content goes into the repository, anything that comes inside the repo becomes a data that is moved across environments. Moreover, we need to have a process for content editors for moving archived content to some other tree or space and to keeping the content tree clean and only with needed content. It will be great if you can support an archival strategy OOTB. The features I look for in this feature is1. Easy to manage from authoring experience2. Reduced to a small size3. It should be outside the repository so that we don't need to move that as content in the repo.4. We should be able to search through the metadata5. We should be able to retrieve the content with some action.
We have a request queue which receives requests for new pieces of software development for our platform from across several teams. We can convert an issue from this queue into a task, but cannot tag an issue to a task which has already been independently created in the development workflow. In this scenario, we wouldn't want to create a new task because it already exists, but having the ability to link that issue to the existing task would be of great benefit. Thaks!
Allow the system admin to add filters and add sort by to the home my work list area.
I would like to have a report to show how many forms are using 1.0. With the depreciation of forms 1.0, it would be great to be able to see how many forms are 1.0 in an instance. To be able to create a smart list or a report would help.
This is a feature request to improve the experience of perusing a List of Leads in a Smart List.Current challege: It's a time consuming process to examine a list of Leads in Marketo. When you scroll to the bottom of a smart list (50 Leads) you must click on the ? symbol to get to next 50 Leads. There's no option to display more than 50 Leads.Request: As opposed to clicking to the next page in the smart list, it would be a lot easier if the next 50 Leads automatically loaded. This is simply borrowing the idea that many blog sites (like http://laughingsquid.com employ) so that it appears there is an endless stream of content. I'd like to see an endless stream of Leads, especially if my smart list returns a few thousand results. In my opinion, this would make for an improved experience when wading through a long list of Leads.
I beleive this might already be on the roadmap, but really would find it helpful to be able to subscribe to a smart list or smart list (ideally to have an excel or csv pulled and emailed on a regular basis) - would also like to be able to share a "custom view" so that all of the relevant field information can be shared with other users that view the smart list within Marketo.
It would be great if you could set up Smart List Subscriptions to send on a specific date and at a certain time of day.
it would be nice if documents/proofs load could be previewed without having to download the item or open in WF Proof. The same can be said if images are loaded (jpg/pdf).
It would be marvelous to have the ability to create an email message that is specific to one project's tasks (not system-wide events, reminders, or notifications) that is sent to new task assignees.Use case: Our Member Experience (MXP) team reviews member surveys and forwards them on to supervisors all over the organization for additional follow up and collaboration. Each week, MXP Analysts are tracking hundreds of these survey reviews in an Excel spreadsheet, sending an Outlook template email to the necessary supervisors, and collaborating with the supervisors via email. The assignment, tracking, collaboration, and reporting are all disparate and there is no clear visibility even just in the MXP Analyst team. Our thought was to have the MXP Analysts enter a task for the supervisor's review, which would generate a customized email upon assignment (provides unique guidance and input specific to those tasks only), and have the supervisors reply to the email with updates so the Sta
My organization often works with customers in person or online and then someone internally will submit work on their behalf. Being that the system recognizes the person logged in as the requestor, we are automatically tied to the request. We do not want our staff listed as the requestor or contact, they are merely the person facilitating the data entry to assist a customer. We tend to need both a requestor and contact that are both actively involved in the overall process of completing the work. We would like a mechanism in which our customer support staff and some other managers can submit work without tying their name to the entry. Either a delegate option or a tool similar to the admins where they can log in as someone else. This would also be related to copying a request which does not help us either being that it also adds in the person as the requestor when we want the original customer information attached and not our staff.
My organization is challenged greatly by the inability to copy the initial requestor and contact over to the project when converting. These are key fields for our users and we need this information in order to work with our customers. We have been using the sponsor field to add in the primary contact but this is not adequate for our needs and causes more work. We are a very production based (not project based) organization thousands of short-turn jobs. We aren't able to display the customer information easily to our staff which causes frustration. We created a custom form that copies information over from the request but it is buried in the project details. We also need the ability to update the requestor and contact once a project is created. We have 80,000+ staff in our organization and they move frequently from dept to dept. We often need to update work mid-stream to accommodate these shifts in personnel.
In order to send a rich push, such as including a JPEG or video file in a push, you need to host the asset internally and place the image path URL into the ACS push campaign. This creates extra steps and requires the user to have a CMS of some sort to host the images you want. ACS should allow users to upload images and video assets into ACS to host for rich push.
Standard view in task list has built-in, always on conditional formatting when a task’s assignee impacts the timeline, rather than a one-time error message (see screenshot) saying they have PTO that then shifts out the whole project timeline. For example how it should work ideally is when you make an assignment and the timeline shifts, the impacted dates turn blue. If you swap out the assignee for someone without Time Off, the dates shift back to black text, white background.
Option to constrain assignments to job roles and groups in-line, not just in the Scheduling tool
The new email notifications for task assignments (Predecessors complete, for example) need to include the project name.
When you make an assignment, the system displays a user’s primary job role along with the name. For large companies with a lot of users, the first and last name plus the primary job role is not necessarily enough to identify the user. Title would be better than job role, or in addition to job role.
For recurring tasks, right now you can only choose the day of the month you want it to start. Please update that feature so you can choose the exact date of the month. For example, if you want these recurring tasks to all be due on the 10th of each month, by choosing the 10th day of the month option it is not guaranteed that July 10th actually falls on the 10th day of the month.
Currently when you create a recurring task, if you apply a custom form to the initial task, it is NOT applied to the repeating/recurring child tasks, which makes no sense since recurring tasks are just duplicated tasks and should have the same settings/forms applied to them. Instead, you have to create the recurring task series, then select all and bulk edit to add a custom form.
Allow users to create recurring tasks on a timeline other than weekly, monthly, etc. For example set up a recurring tasks for every 6 weeks.
We need a way to create recurring tasks that have a pre-set the duration AND planned hours. You can do duration in "simple" mode and planned hours in "Effort driven" mode, but there isn't a way to create multiple tasks at the same time with both set duration & planned hours-- they come up blank (simple) or you can't change them (effort driven).
The functionality for setting up recurring tasks initially is easy to understand and set up, but the way the tasks are labeled is a chore. If I have a user who processes DCM tickets every day, I end up having them look like this: DCM Tickets 1DCM Tickets 2DCM Tickets 3 In a user report, the task names above are not helpful. Would it be possible to use the date guidelines set to create some sort of naming convention? I am basically looking for overall improvement in how recurring tasks are executed in the system.
It would be helpful to have the ability to display a total when showing Pie Charts. For example, we have a pie chart showing active project broken down by RAG status. If we had the ability to add a total within the chart it would show the breakdown of Active projects and also show that there are a total of ___Active projects overall without them having to go into the details tab or having to do the math themselves.
