Hi,With NWE, it now takes at least an extra 2 clicks to access the details on the Custom Form and takes us to a separate page. Is there a way for the fields to populate once we click on the custom from instead of adding extra clicks and redirecting us?thanksJennifer
For projects identified as a request queue, it would be great if we could have a team automatically assigned to all issues in that project, regardless of whether or not it was added via a queue. OR, at least notify a specific team if a new issue was added to the project.Thank you!
We are currently unable to accurately personalise experiences on a city level in the UK. Instead, we can only personalise on a county level, however this is not granular enough for the type of experiences we want to create. It would be great if you could develop the ability to personalise on a city-level in the UK in the near future.
The exisiting profile substutions option is a great one, but we still have to do all the editing work twice, because it doesn't work with a recurring email delivery. We now save the original email as a template, but sometimes personalisation fields get broken when using a template for test purposes in a single send delivery. What we need is an optional 'confirm' button in a recurring email, so you can prepare a message, test it and afterwards release the 'confirm' button, so the recurring email will be delivered without human interaction after proofing. The problem in a recurring email is that a email message will be sent right away, although the profil substitution option is displayed. Profile substitutions is displayed
Finding a lead by its Marketo lead id does have some real life use cases, so it would be great if the field could be used in smart lists. One example would be a database with a high percentage of duplicates, where list uploads require distinction between two records with the same email address and you would use a smart list identifying the exact record to add to the list. In another, somewhat more obscure, use case I have an instance that is connected to a non-standard CRM where success criteria cannot be measured entirely straightforward with the Marketo data available. In CRM, success is measured at company level rather than person level, but the Marketo Lead Id that originated the lead is known. So therefore I would want to use a static list again to identify successful leads by their id.
Understanding how many hours a discrete task tasks is helpful, and understanding the overall time a PM spends managing an individual project is as well. Both of these are natively supported already. We also have meetings, internal or with clients, to discuss the progress for overall programs and portfolios where we want to record that information against that program/portfolio but not necessarily any particular project itself. I have workarounds with dummy projects/tasks, but it would be nice to have it natively supported as well.
Wondering if it would be possible to have Views only being applied on a project to project basis as opposed to applying to all projects in the system.Currently, if a view is applied to one project it is applied to all of them.having specific views for individual projects would definitely be a nice quality of life feature for Workfront users.
With the new feature allowing Group Admins to switch between Classic and the New User Experience, we would like to see the option for a System Admin to turn this feature off. This is critical to driving Adoption, especially when converting teams into the New User Experience and moving towards driving all Groups and Teams into the new User Experience.
Years ago, when someone would drag in a classification of, let's say, Product, you would be able to see the classification was of Product. For example, we have two "Class" classifications going off two different dimensions (Product and Driver Product). They both have the same values (SKU), but they collect differently. Currently, there's no way to validate whether or not someone had brought over the correct version of "Class" without having to do some breakdowns to verify or re-do the work to know for ourselves. Could the a parentheses be added to the end of each dimension when it is pulled over into a workspace or segment builder so that we can validate that the right dimensions are being used? This existed before and not sure why it went away. Thanks!
Provide a feature to optionally clear field values where a field becomes hidden on the form. It may be of value to retain hidden values in some cases so a checkbox option on a field to Clear Value when Hidden would work. The issue occurs in cascaded drop down lists where higher level list options are changed, but lower level lists retain the data even though not displayed. These get replicated down to the Cosmos parameter values table leading to confusion in reporting. It also occurs for other form fields where the value of a field A determines the visibility of field B. If the field B value is set, then the value of field A is changed so field B is now hidden, the value of field B is still presented in the object's parameter values. Currently the implementation of cascading dropdown lists requires many individual 1 level dropdown lists connected by hide/display logic on the form. In our case with levels of dropdown list, we have over 30 lists that are hidden or displayed dynamical
My SFDC admin has asked me to update some leads based on the Lead ID (a Salesforce field). We have a lot of duplicates, and I need to merge some of these fields based on the Lead ID. Looking into our database, I can see a "SFDC ID" field in lead records, but I am not able to run a search by "SFDC ID" in Smart Lists. There area lots of ideas in the Marketo Nation forums, but none of them are ideal. It would be greatly appreciated if Marketo could make these fields usable for Smart Lists, Search (in program "Members" and in the Database).
We want to create a generic (and easy to use) setup to do AB testing on the homepage of our news websites, but are blocked by the limitation of Adobe Target that CSS selectors can only map to single locations on a page. This makes sense voor most websites, but is a frustrating limitation for us. In short, this is our context:Our homepages consist of tiles, which are identical in terms of htmlA tile of a certain article can potentially appear multiple times on the homepage, on different locationsIf we want to do an AB test on the tile of an article, we of course want to be consistent and make the change on every tile for that articleAdditionally, when we launch a test for a certain article tile on the homepage:The position of the article can change soon, because newer news is always put on top so our selectors need to be flexibleIt is possible that the tile will appear in an extra module (eg most popular articles) on the homepage if that happens, we want that new tile to also b
We have uncovered that changes to 'text fields with formatting' will not show in the update feeds. This is a major trade-off in functionality for the ability to do rich formatting. It would ideal if this were tracked as the other fields are tracked especially since there is the option to display changes in update feeds.
As of now a user has a single Project Layout Template assigned to them based on their access. Our Idea is to change the Project Template dynamically, based on the type of Project or any other custom variable which distinguishes between projects.
Please extend a list of parameters available in the HIT ATTRIBUTES group in Processing Rules as follows:1. Add all query string parameters that exist in the beacon (e.g. pe, pev1, cdp)2. Add a parameter that returns the tracking server (e.g. name.sc.omtrdc.net)3. Add parameters the beacon path consists of (e.g. list of report suite ids, beacon type, library version)
Hi Adobe,Currently I can see that via the DAD we can set alerting criteria and get notified based on the criteria if a delivery finishes, fails etc.Now the problem with this is it gives you a consolidated report which includes all deliveries meeting the criteria defined. There should be some way which would allow me to use this for a specific delivery for example and then I get notified only for that particular message. This which if I have important campaigns I can easily enter the message name or label in the DAC and it picks on that specific delivery and sends me report for it.
It would be nice when deleted comments in any of the update streams (project, task, issue, etc.) are recorded like a system update. We've recently had a user convinced that their update had been deleted and prompted this idea.
Currently for users without a manager, the close button label is "Save and Close Timesheet".Whereas, for users with a manager, the close button label is "Submit for Approval".We would like an option to change the button labels to "Submit", either as an enterprise system administration control or hard-coded change to the Workfront production environment, to improve the user experience (i.e. minimise confusion).
When looking at the scheduling tab under projects, the system still displays deactivated users. Clients would like to remove deactivated users from this view
Hi, We would like to have a table which shows the actual time of completion for each smart campaign,so that we can easily confirm it when needed. ex)CampaignID Date Time1001 2020/10/16 9:011002 2020/10/16 9:151003 2020/10.16 9:401004 2020/10/16 13:00 Currently, we can only check the result of a smart campaign at a time, so it is taking 20 hours a month to confirm the result of all of them when, for instance, we need to adjust the time smart campaigns run at. In addition, at the time when smart campaigns are taking longer than usual, we need to quickly check the result and take counter measures to make sure this does not affect e-mail deliveries. However, taking a lot of time to do this has actually affected our services several times. For these reasons, we would highly appreciate it if you could handle this. Thank you
Hi, any chance users could adjust the loading icon? So replacing the 6 dots that circle with personalized loading graphics? Any workaround that would allow replacing the graphics?
Inspiration: At the moment if you want to stop a source e.g. "Web Service API" from updating fields you have to go 1x1 to edit each field to block updates. Suggestion: This idea proposes that you can view all sources in one location where you can edit their settings e.g. Allow/Block updates to all fields
It would be helpful to connect a Project to the Request it came from, without having the Request stay open. Currently, if you uncheck the "Keep original issue" box, the issue is deleted once the Project is created. If you keep that box checked, the issue is not deleted but it goes into an In Progress status instead of closed. We currently have to go back to the request and manually remove the Project as the Resolving Object and change the status to Closed
Hello. I had an idea for a new feature in Analysis Workspace. Today, when you create a Freeform table, you can set the background color with a variety of options. And when you use the drilldown feature of the table, the color coding then applies to the sub line items. However, when the drilldown gets "zero" results, there is no way to colorize (in red, for example) the fact that the drilldown was 'unsuccessful' For example - look at this freeform table.Since there are no line items under the header of "prop43", there is no colorization. In cases like this it would be ideal if Analysis Workspace could add a 'no results' row line item with a value of 0 under the 'header' line so the colorization settings would apply to the 'no results' line item. The value of having something like this is when you have a dashboard with 50+ drilldowns and you want your audience to be able to quickly scan down the dashboard looking for 'red' colors - which w
When you clone a campaign folder that includes email reports, currently the emails that are associated with the reports do not update to the new, cloned emails. It would be nice if the reports updated to reflect the new names of the emails and pulled the data from the cloned emails instead of retaining the original emails or none at all.
