When a comment is made on a proof, it shows up with Proof Comment before the comment on the updates tab of that proof. Unfortunately, if replies are made to that proof comment from the updates tab instead of on the proof itself, they do NOT feed back into the proof.
We are looking for a way to track sources at the program level rather than at the database level. If someone comes into our database from a tradeshow and registers for a webinar from an ad or an email, we would like to be able to report on that even if it is not a lead's first point of entry into our database. Has anyone been able to find a good solution for this?
Hi All,In our day to day AEM dev life, we come across various requirements which demands us to create similar dialogs over and again. One such day a simple thought crossed my mind - What can make my life simpler?Below is the result of it --Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary :Ability to create the component & dialog from the author's instance.Use-case:Need to have author console/editor where developers can open that editor and start creating the component and dialog. Access should be given to the specific dev-users and only those users should be able to see the console and create the components. Able to provide the widgets similar to the metadata profile so that developers will just go and create the widget by drag & drop functionality. Ability to choose the root path of the project where the component needs to be created and other properties which are required for a component (eg., resourceType, component group). Current/Experienced Behavior:We cur
When a cross-project predecessor is deleted, it silently removes the cross-project predecessor on the successor tasks. The successor project owners have no idea that their predecessors were removed/deleted and there's no log of this link break. This creates confusion and no traceability or recourse since people may not remember the project/task it was linked to, nor which task in their project is broken.
I'd like to see Workfront bring back listing the proof approval decision in Workfront. With the new summary section, the approval decision is no longer listed next to the SOCD icon.Without the decision in view, we need to click on the 'proofing workflow' link to see the final decision. Not everyone should have to click through if they just need to quickly see the decision and not the rest of the details.
Would love the ability to expand on customizing reporting email notifications. For example, would like to send a report on reoccurring timeframe, combine multiple reports within the communication & provide links to those reports, show chart/details screenshots for quick glances, ability to send from a specific user, and ability to add a personalized note/copy for the email if needed.
Program Reports are very limited in terms of filtering right now! Our team has ongoing programs and campaigns that run continuously and would like a program performance report that can show us how the programs were doing last year, this year to date, etc. Adding a smart list tab to the program performance reports would increase their usefulness as well!
A sticky Document Summary would be great in the documents area... to remain sticky across multiple projects, tasks, or requests so the user doesn't have to click it every time they need it. I would personally prefer to see it there for my convenience rather than having he extra 2 inches of screen
Product recently implemented a feature on the agile story boards that appear at the bottom called "show more stories." The issue is, even when filtering on a user, if your stories don't appear in the first 100 stories of the group, you need to expand the stories, even if the user has less than that. Additionally, the button appears very sneakily at the bottom of the page. But not just the bottom of your browser, you need to scroll to the bottom of the web page to do that. This "idea" is to removed that "Show more stories" button and replace it with more filtering options at the top. Perhaps in addition to the user filter, you could create a custom filter for project name, hours, duration, etc.
while scenario planning for resourcing is great, there's another valuable what-if use case that would be valuable to agencies - the ability to create the best scenario to recognize revenue for projects. For agencies, we can recognize revenue based on how much work we complete in a given month. If we were able to determine the scenario that allows us to complete the most hours/work to recognize the most revenue that can have a big impact.
I am honestly surprised this isn't a feature already:I need a way to identify the following:how many of the unsubscribes from a message hit the "junk" button, or otherwise complained about a specific batch email. So that I can:identify which campaigns/lists/messages have the highest and lowest complaint percentages. Please can this be added as a feature? I have been informed by support that the only way to see if someone labeled an email as junk is to look in the activity of each individual unsubscribed person. Thanks ever so!
It would be great if rich text carried over from updates into reports. For instance, if you use bullets in an update, they do not carry over into reports for some reason. I submitted a support request and they confirmed it does not translate over to reports.
Consent date for LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms is currently not available in the Launchpoint during field mapping with Marketo fields, since consent date is a hidden field. At the moment, LinkedIn hidden fields are not available to be mapped with Marketo fields through LinkedIn Lead Gen integration. This is crucial from a privacy and consent management aspect. Can we enable hidden LinkedIn fields?
When clicking on the document at the top of the APPROVAL tab in Home, it would be handy to have the latest doc to be checked on the task. Also, unfortunately you cannot zoom in to check on the copy. For online banners for instance, where the dimensions may be very small, the copy is impossible to read. Could we add the zoom functionality here?
Separate the "Work on it" from the Assignments on the top header in the NWE. It is easy to select the incorrect button as you are trying to add new assignments.
WF resource planner/workload balancer should exclude any projects that do not have planned hours within the filtered time period
Enable shifting tasks from one day to another within the workload balancer
Currently it is difficult to restrict the "Billable" hour type to just one group of users. Under the section "Define Availability at the User Level," it explains that you can select or leave unselected certain custom hour types on an individual user-basis, but that if you leave all hour types unselected, it functions the same as selecting all of them. It works the same at the Project level. Either users can see all the custom hour types, or only a selected few hour types, but never none of the custom hour types. We would like the ability to restrict "Billable" hours to specific to one group of users rather than all the groups.
This is an audit requirement for us to be able to manage users effectively. We are unable to see who provisioned the user, user creation date and last login date. This was previously available in the legacy version. Please put it back in asap.
One of customer would like to magane show / hide “Entry xxx” and “ Exit xxx” dimensions. Now , we can’t manage them with Authorization in Admin console.Curation is good method, but the customer wants to manage show / hide “Entry xxx” and “ Exit xxx” dimensions with Authorization in Admin console.
When viewing the list of segments in a folder, we see columns for: Segment ID, Name, Description, Status, Actions. Could Adobe add a column for "Population" between Description & Status, to show the population count? The "Population" could be the 1-day Real-time Population or Total Segment Population, either one (or both!). I would prefer to see Real-time Segment Population size. I don't find the "Status" column to be helpful, so if Adobe wants to replace Status with Population, and put the Real-Time Segment Population number there, I would not object.
The ability to control colour coding for tasks showing up in the (Teams) Working On Calendar (Classic UI)/Schedule (New Experience UI).The system automatically assigns colours to tasks based on their associated projects. However, the colour scheme changes often. It would be nice to be able to manually identify colours by portfolio or project so they remain consistent.
Hello everybody, I am a CRO expert inside a big global telco player. Part of my job is building post-analysis dashboards to understand the impact of Adobe Target AB test and personalization activities. We hardly ever use the default / built-in metrics as KPIs to evaluate the test uplift/down lift. Instead, we use calculated metrics but, as far as I know, we need to export data to another tool to calculate lifts and confidence. Do you know if Adobe provides a recommended solution to this issue? @giulia_inglardi is taking care of this topic for the broader business audience that is experiencing similar issues. Thanks for the support 🙂 Riccardo Arnaldi
Users want the ability to rank/prioritize Issues that have been submitted through a Request prior to converting the issues into projects. This could be similar to setting the priority of projects in Portfolio Optimization. A priority needs to be EASILY assigned to the issues to determine the order in which to work on them.
Its a pretty simple suggestion, but could we have the Workspace Sharing links actually on the Workspace overview/homepage? It saves clicking into the report and waiting for it to load before being able to copy and sharing links. A relatively minor change but the sort of thing that would really help.
