It is a huge security risk not to be able to globally delete someone from proofs on which they are the creator. When you hire seasonal contractors, there must be a way to quickly delete them when their contract is up.
As a Launch API user, I would love to have place to attach my own metadata to a Launch resource when creating/updating it. As an example, I might want to create a data element by posting to the standard endpoint, POST /properties/:property_id/data_elementsIn addition to the normal, required parameters, I'd like to have a place to store my own metadata (perhaps a stringified JSON object up to some sane size limit). This would allow for any number of expanded uses. Thanks for the consideration. -Stew
This is a functionality that is found in a lot of other Kanban boards out there and was found very helpful by our teams. They constantly request that if they are able to filter the Kanban board to see only the tasks that they are assigned. In Agile, there is no limit on the number of Kanban team members. Sometimes when the teams are large or if there is a lot of work that is ongoing, it is helpful to be able to filter the work on the board by person. If I was to click on the little image of myself above the Kanban board, it would be great if this button would only show the items that are assigned to me. The board can be a lot of work to maintain without this functionality. We are spending a lot of time looking for projects on the board at this time.
Adobe Campaign Manager Classic V7 8889Use case Description :Currently ACM lacks the ability to easily build and preview email templates within ACM visual editor. Currently developers have to build the delivery HTMLs outside and import into ACM which is cumbersome.Business Value :Consistent look and feel and delivery of email templates across clients. Easier for the marketers/campaign managers to alter delivery HTML
ACM Version - Classic V7 8889 Ability to browse/select pdfs from AEM DAM and attach to the campaign delivery emails.Business Value - Create and manage assets in one single repository and publish on many multiple platforms/destinations without duplications
We'd like an easy way to pass URL to a form hosted on WordPress and then the form stores the URL in a custom field. 1) User clicks on a product page (or any web page), then clicks the "request info" button that takes them to a Marketo form embedded on a WordPress page. 2) Web/product page URL is dynamically stored in the form. 3) User submits the form and the URL from the product page gets passed to our unique custom field (Form URL or URL of most Recent Form Fill) we created to capture the URL. 4) Email alert uses the custom field so sales can see the referring url.
Is there a way Adobe can add a binary method for the built-in A4T template in Adobe Analytics? I know the current default method is for continuous variables, but I believe many companies also use binary KPIs, like conversion rate, as the main KPIs for the test.
Currently in order to move a report into a folder, you have to drag the reports one at a time into the folder. There is no way to select multiple reports and move them into different folders. It make categorizing reports extremely time consuming and tedious when it seems like there is a simple solution if we could just bulk edit them.
Currently there is the Estimate AT Complete (EAC) formula field at the project and task level. It would be great to have an Estimate TO Complete (ETC) field for either hours or dollars at the project level at a minimum (task would be nice too, but not a need to have). To differential the two, Estimate at Complete (EAC) is the total cost of the project at the end, while the Estimate to Complete (ETC) is the cost required to complete the remaining workHere's an example based on dollars, but the same could apply for hours:You have a project with a budget of 100,000 USD and a duration of 12 months. 6 months have passed, and you have spent 60,000 USD. Upon closer view, you find that only 40% of the work has been completed. Your project is expected to perform with the same cost. Here's how to find the Estimate to Complete (ETC) for this project. Budget at Completion (BAC) = 100,000 USD Actual Cost (AC) = 60,000 USD Planned Value (PV) = 50% of 100,000 USD = 50,000 USD Earned Value (EV
At the moment the starting point for any new library is the 'upstream resources'. However, we are finding situations where we want to use a library that is in development as the starting point. The only way to achieve this seem to be to recreate the setup of the other library by manually selecting the same revisions - unfortunately, this is time consuming and prone to error 😞 Please can you consider introducing an option to 'copy' a library in development to use as the starting point for a new library?
When using a type-ahead field on a report it should take into account filters set on the report. E.g. the report is on a dashboard set on a project, the data is correctly filtered based on that project but the task type-ahead still shows all tasks on all projects instead of only the ones on this one.
we have been using Analysis workspace on dashboards within our office. It would be nice to have an auto-refresh setting. i.e. every X seconds. In doing so, it would be nice if Adobe's session time would be extended so it wouldnt log you out, or only ask you to login on next action.
As part of layout templates, we can define what the user sees in the Task Details Overview, however, options do not include any of the agile fields - specifically Estimate (points). This is not a custom form, so cannot be added as additional information to the task details tab either. The ability to add the specific agile fields here to provide all information in one place about that task feels like an oversight and would be very useful for our technical team, who constantly have to go back to the project view or story card to see the estimate. Thanks
Hi Team, if we are running multiple activities on the same page, at the same location with different priority then we are seeing the impression count increase for both the activities even though the visitor sees only high priority activity.Example : consider home page hero banner, if we are running multiple activities with different priorities served on the hero banner. even though visitor would see high priority banner the impression count increases for both the activities, can we fix it? i.e. reporting number should increase only the activities that visitor is seeing.
Being able to search only on Activity name or URL is limiting. It would be helpful to have other search field dropdowns. Searching on things like audiences would be very helpful in finding everyplace where a particular audience is being used.
When writing more complicated rules-based audiences it would be helpful to have a NOT or ANDNOT operator to be used. Additionally, providing an editable code view (similar to how Audience Manager allows) could allow alternate ways to write logic beyond the UI.
The prefetchContent API from AEP SDK currently gets offers from Target. However, the response from the callback function seems to only contain just the offer content from the matched Target activity. We should be able to get activity id/name, experience name, etc. somehow, just like how Response Tokens work with at.js for Web. This API doesn't seem to currently exist in AEP SDK.
Seeking to have different views per project. For projects where we are tracking at a milestone/program level, we'd like a shorter view then the one in our project view.
WF Help article states: You can import large numbers of objects into Workfront using kick-starts. However, consider the following limitations: You cannot update information on records that already exist in Workfront. You can import only new records and their information. Is an update/update-insert capacity via quick start in development? This would be pretty great!
We'd like to see a full audit trail of user activity including: What objects a user accessedWhen each object was accessedWhat updates were made on the objectAll login activity so we can run reports on who logged in and how many times for a given time periodHow much time a person spent logged inEtc.
We need to use Queue Topics to enter new issues, which is fine for me as an admin or planner when I am setting up a project. But my users do not want to do this. The Issues view is currently set up with Groups, Views, and Filters to show exactly what the users need to see and edit. It would be SO MUCH EASIER for them to create a new record, pick from the drop-downs, hit Enter for another one, etc etc. Just like on the Tasks object. I have one team who is not going to use Workfront because of this, and I am having a hard time getting them back.
We often have need for very specifically-formatted forms to be created and curated for legal purposes, and while uploading a document is normally fine, there are many fields of information from these docs that would be wonderful to track in reports across numerous departments. We'd love to see a feature that would allow for a formattable custom form (allowing for multiple uses of some of the same fields, in a few cases), so that we can enter data, submit form for approval, and report on data all within Workfront.
Our organization has a need for fixed proof deadlines that are not pushed out 30 minutes each time a new proof is uploaded. Ideally, proof deadlines that have not passed yet would remain fixed. It would save internal creative teams from having to update the proof stage deadlines each time a proof was uploaded.
When copying a proof, currently the only options are to Create a new version of the existing proof orCreate it as a new proof. Our request is to have a 3rd option be the ability to create a new version on a different proof. The reason for this is that we have 2 copies of a proof - 1 for internal creation, 1 for the client. When the client makes all their comments on their proof, we want to copy over their comments into our internal proof - i.e. by creating a new version from copying their proof. So right now, we're dealing with 3 copies now: 1 for internal creation1 for client review, and now 1 for client comments to internally discuss (to then apply to #1) By being able to upload the "copy" directly onto our internal one would save time and create efficiency. There may be other use cases, though this is one reason for a client review process.
It would be useful if we could have a way of stopping Timesheet approvers from approving the timesheets if the hours were rejected by the project owner.
