In Classic when you went into an object that was Pending Approval, the "Edit Custom Form" link was hidden. In the New Experience, when you go into an issue (and I suspect any object type) that is pending approval, the Edit button (pencil) is available and it appears as though you can edit the object, including opening up the form when you click the pencil. But when you try to save your edits, you get an error notifying you that you can't make changes while an approval is pending. When a user is trying to make multiple changes and spends a lot of time filling in additional information only to find they can't save their changes, it creates a bad experience even for those experienced Workfront users who just forgot to check the status. It creates an even worse experience for those less-Workfront-savvy users who can't figure out what's wrong. If the NWE intention is “parity or better than classic”, feature needs to be reviewed. Removing the pencil would give parity.
In a Task report with Gantt chart view, can we have week dates shown from Wednesday to Tuesday rather than the currently available Sunday to Monday? For one of our clients requirements, all the campaigns should start on Wednesday and end on Tuesday.
As the client is based in Australia and follow Australian financial year which is from July to June, can we have Q1 starting from July in reports. (e.g.: a Task report with Gantt chart view).Currently in reports, quarters are following from Jan to Dec
As a user I expect to be able to see when specific Launch rules fired, in the proper sequence relative to data layer changes and other requests, within the context of the Event Timeline so that I can better understand where to look (which Launch rule) when I see a problem.
Workers don't seem to have the ability to make their own Dashboards but the UI main message tells them to click on "New Dashboard button" which doesn't exist. How frustrating. Overhead on internal help increases. People will think the WorkFront directions are lame.Case Number:00219201
In order to track our official "Customers", the most efficient way is to pull all Accounts with Closed Won Opportunities. It would be great if we could do this in Marketo. I currently have to run a report in SalesForce showing all account numbers at accounts with Closed Won Opportunities, export it, and then create a Smart List in Marketo that pulls contacts at the accounts with those specific account numbers. The problem with this is that not only is it time consuming, but it becomes outdated as soon as an opportunity is closed at a new customer. So we always have to pull new 'customer' lists each time we want to email customers only.If there's any workaround for this I'd love to hear it!Thanks
When exporting reports with large amounts of data, Workfront will produce an error about exceeding the number of rows. But sometimes I only want to export the Matrix view, not all the data in the Detail view. There should be a way to specify what you want to include in the export (All, Matrix only, Chart only, etc.)
I would like to have the FTP export of classifications made possible via either code (Python) or by having it as part of the data feed. This is useful for people using data feed and analysing clickstream but also need the classifications
Can Workfront update its functionality so we are able to bold, italicize and underline in the PHQ without having to type out every time? It’s really inconvenient and creates the opportunity for mistakes and misunderstandings between account and creative. Can text be formatted (bold, underline, italics, super/subscript) in the Comments of Workfront Proof?
Hi there, To ensure more usage for Workfront, it would be a great idea to attach an approval flow to an expense type if finances are manageed via this tab. This will also support our project and expense reporting. Currently there are only approvals for projects and tasks. Thanks, Jas
I am wondering if we could have updates from child tasks be visible on the summary task's Updates tab, similar to how all of the updates on project tasks are visible in the project-level Updates tab. We set up all of our projects to include a summary task for each deliverable, but currently updates on child tasks can not be viewed from the summary task's Updates tab. It would be great if the Updates tab for each deliverable (summary task) could contain updates from all tasks that fold up under it.
Due to an empty Edit API request, project status changing to the incorrect status. Can you please update your API calls to ignore empty status update calls?
I would love to be able to resend the login credentials to someone who did not click the link within the first 24 hours. We sometimes have new hires that we give access to, but are overwhelmed on their first day so they miss setting up their Marketo login. It would be great to be able to resend their login credentials instead of having to delete them & recreate them as a user.
It would be great if we could modify forms for ADA compliance without the need of API and developer tricks. ADA compliance rules have been on the rise and are starting to become a requirement for websites. Simplifying ADA modifications for Marketo forms would be awesome.
Enable push notifications like some pages/tools do in their app or browser:An active popup for a couple of seconds (I've tried to attache a sample screenshot fragment from O365 popup, but that did not work).
We currently have our own automatic testing bot the periodically checks our website that specific tasks can be completed however these tests fail when we run experiments as we only change these tests when the winning experiment is deployed. Would love it if Adobe Target could have an account level setting to exclude certain user agents so that experiments are not served to them. I know this can be done at the moment on the per activity level but being able to do this at the account level would make it so make easier and avoid human error in forgetting to add it to the activity.
It would be nice to have a place dot option on proof HQ so you can place a dot and add a comment that pertains to that item.
Currently when you convert an issue to a project and set the project's Planned Start or Planned Completion Date (depending which direction you're scheduling from), the project takes the date from the issue. It would be great to be able to jump to "Today" or be able to change the year, without scrolling through the months one at a time.We have a team that enters issues into Workfront to plan for the whole year, but doesn't send each issue along to our creative team until they've gathered all the details. So some of our project managers are receiving issues in August 2020 that were entered into Workfront in September 2019. And when the convert to a project, the project picks up a 2019 date, jumping to a current date takes a lot of clicks.
Dear community,We have the requirement to directly create tasks from the agile storyboard view within a project. Currently, you have to switch back to the general view of the task board to be able to add tasks. It would be nice to save that steps and directly create it within the agile board.Best regards,Sebastian
Would it be helpful to anyone else to have an approval process attached to assigning a task to their team member? We have a problem of people making assignments to team members, circumventing their manager input, and it would be helpful to have the resource approval not just a status approval.
So now that the Kanban boards only load 50 total cards at a time, it would be helpful if we could see somewhere how many cards are really in each column - to give an indication of how many we're not seeing prior to loading more work.
There is not a way to filter out the "Approvals I've Submitted" from your home page. We have many editors who submit multiple proofs per day and this list is getting very long for them. Can you help to find a solution to filter or remove this option from your home page?
Dear community,One of our requirements is to directly upload documents from Google Mail. This already possible for Upload from Google Drive. Is that possible to implement within workfront.Best regards,Sebastian
In the old experience when clicking on the number of notifications to the top right, you were able to preview the comment and it would display what project it pertains to. In the new experience, it only shows the relevant task and no longer shows the project, and the teams then need to click show all notifications to see this. This is now an extra click and it causes confusion for our teams that are working on hundreds of projects. Can we please incorporate this back into the new experience as soon as possible?
It would be really nice to not have to keep logging in - after we have logged into WF, can it transfer the Login Ticket information to the Help Site, to the Community Site, and to the Idea Exchange site. This will promote users using all the tools more frequently and enable the ability to toggle between environments for the user. It's an improved navigation option.
