When an Issue is converted to a Task and someone has already added an Update or Comment in the Issue, the update makes it to the Task, but it does not display who was tagged. This can be confusing when someone starts to work the Task and doesn't know how the update went to.When someone opens an Issue/Request and someone adds and update/comment the update and the tagged people/team should display as well.
There is no built in autosave or a save current work button that the user could click on mid-stream while he/she entering information. The request/issue is only saved after the user clicked on the Submit button. Adding the autosave or manual save my current work button would prevent lost work and increase efficiency. Thank you.
When creating a custom metric, there is a list of ~50 functions available. Each function requires for the user to input their variables.Example below with the T-Test function, where the user has to enter the metric, the degrees and the tails. We would like for the Confidence level and Lift to be added as functions as well, where the variables would be:Segment ControlSegment Experience 1Metric (allowing a custom metric)(We would be happy to provide a formula behind these two functions.)Why would it make it easier?Instead of having to modify directly a tedious formula, which leaves room for errors, the user would simply need to drag and drop the segments and metricsThe time spent on configuring the metrics needed for the test would be reduced considerably, and would make it very likely to be used by any level of usersThis would allow to get the Confidence level and Lift regardless of whether it’s an existing metric or a custom metric, which the new A4T panel doesn’t provide
I’m trying to get # of 'In Stock' & 'Out of Stock' products in our Product Catalog on a daily basis through Target API Call. I created 2 collections which look at inventory column in the Catalog. I’m also able to query these collections through Postman and get a response back. However current API does not allow to request # of products in each of these collections through the Postman API and I could not find this in the documentation (https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/recommendations/). This will be a great feature to expand the use of Target APIs for something that's of practical use. Thanks!
Attempting to delete a document version results in an Operation Unsupported error. However, there's a custom action for this called 'deleteVersion', but it's part of API Unsupported. Make this action public.
WF search is great and works really well for the majority of items. Would be nice/handy if we could add image search functionality (a la Google image search) to find projects by a specific creative. I had team members today trying to locate a project using only the live creative image on Instagram.
I believe currently you can only select one kind of notifications in a proof. We would like to customize it so the designer can be notified once a decision has been made, but also, if someone has replied to their comment. This way, they can answer any questions while the proof is still active and not have to wait until a decision has been made.
When there are multiple items in a proof, it would be great to see the file names in the proof so the reviewer knows what they are looking at. The file names in the thumbnails are always truncated so you can't see the name fully. We often upload several digital graphics into one proof and then we have to list out what they're looking at which is time-consuming.
Add the ability to have a notification associated to a Custom Form/Field when the data is changed within
In the newest workspace dash for Target, instead of Upper Lift, Lower Lift, I think it would be more useful to show Deltas confidence interval. Thanks, G
Show documents on the Task List and recent updates stream. Provide the ability to create a placeholder for a new document that needs to be created.
I wish dashboards could look more like a colorful display of yummy facts. There are lots of apps/programs out there that do a better job of making facts look attractive. I'll include an example of what I'm talking about. Really just background colors and bolder fonts of categories would help tremendously. We assign tasks but artists are usually fulfilling the work, and it would be nice if their "work" or dashboards were pleasing to the eye!
My apologies if this has already been submitted, I searched for something similar and couldn't find it. I downloaded the Workfront app for MSFT Teams yesterday and I love the features. the only thing I would've wanted in addition was a place where you can see work assigned to you (tasks/issues) that you could link into (like the My Submitted Requests tab at the top) but for work that's been assigned to me.
Hello, We've added holidays to our schedule, and have our team set to that schedule, but when we go into a persons personal time off, the holidays (schedule exceptions) are not included as days off. We feel this does NOT paint a full picture of availability. We'd like to see this addressed and updated.
when creating a report based on fields with status icons (e.g. project condition, project status, project priority, etc.) show also the appropriate icons (colors)In Details:In Report
Currently when you are on the New Proof setup screen (when adding the proof document and setting up workflow), you can only see the current "task" description. We would like to have full visibility to the breadcrumb trail for the full projects just like (or similar) to the other views within Workfront.Having the full breadcrumb trail ensures our users of the project they are on when establishing the proof, ensuring there is no error in applying the proof to an incorrect project.
For a larger instance of Workfront, it would be beneficial to allow certain groups to opt in for capturing time at the project level (less mature groups that are still getting used to using a project management system). This way more mature groups can continue task level time tracking. With current Workfront functionality, project level time tracking is a global setting. The more mature groups push back on turning this setting on, as it would potentially cause data integrity issues with tracking time at project and task levels. Less mature groups, who haven't tracked time previously, would like to the flexibility to track time at the project level to help with user adoption. This would be an excellent Group Level Administration feature, the ability to customize hour preferences for different Workfront groups.
When doing program imports, there is a chance with each program import to define how you'd like to handle conflicting information. This is great, but doesn't necessarily scale well when you need to do a lot of imports. For example, if I need to import 20 programs from Instance A to Instance B, there may be a specific rule like "Ignore Program Tags" that I want to set for every import. As it stands, that currently has to be done by editing the conflict rules every time. I'd prefer to have either an instance-wide or user-level setting that allows these rules to be altered and thus prevent having to do this catch every time.
It would be great to have the description included in the summary that can be opened via the task list.
In the official Marketo documentation it says "Per Day is based on the calendar day in the subscription time zone (midnight-midnight)". But in reality the communication limit does not refresh mid night and it rather works in a 24 hour window. For reference : My customer has set a communication limit as 1 email per day. An email was sent at 10 am yesterday and today at 10 am an email is skipped due to communication limit. I tested this briefly and also discussed this with fellow Tier 3 colleagues and confirmed that the refresh window for communication limit is actually 24 hours and not mid night. So when you send an email today at 10 am , make sure send another at 11 am the next day. Hope this helps. Also a suggestion to Marketo to update the documentation on this.
When doing classification for multiple report suites, there is an alert when one or more report suites have a different/existing configuration:The classifications for this report do not match for all report suites. Only classifications that match exactly can be viewed and edited across report suites. If it is smart enough to know that one or more report suites have a different classification, could it please indicate which report suite(s) are affected? Spending a lot of time on unraveling this mystery..
Hello WF Community:I have several templates that have notes in specific tasks that I want to transfer over each time I use the template because it will give the task holder a better understanding of the task e.g. in my template - Article N&I -I have the following comment under this task:Task: Subscriber Email content Due: Note/update: This is content that will describe/setup/entice our subscribers to click on the your article within their subscriber email.I have been told: "I was able to do some testing on this functionality in my own instance and it does not appear to be an intended functionality for the updates or notes that are placed on template tasks to stick when that template is used to create a Project. I believe that this is because the Project that is created in this process is an entirely new object on its own that is not tied to the Template very closely if at all."Which doesn't make sense because a template should be evergreen and updatable, but carry ov
The new Winter 16 release will provide an interesting feature to MS Dynamics users : The Sync Status. This idea is about having the same for SFDC -Greg
Currently offline conversions transferred to Google AdWords can only be mapped to the Revenue Stages in the Revenue Cycle Model. Can this be amended so any person or company field can be mapped as well?
Much like you can move a Document from one Project to another, it would be ideal to be able to copy a Document as well. Currently, we have users downloading Documents, and then re-uploading them into other Projects. Ideally, it would be great for that Document to exist in both Projects, including all versions and the like. (Frankly, I was surprised that we aren't able to do this.)
