Currently when a report is exported with a filter, it exports correctly. However, when the report is generated via the Send Report action, it only sends the report default data. This request it to allow the user to apply a report filter on the report before it is sent.
It would be awesome if Workfront were to include a one for one list that included both the EVENT by name and the USER NOTIFICATION by name. It would be simple to just add a column to the already existing https://one.workfront.com/s/article/System-level-event-notifications-918243610 visual so that it also includes the Name of the corrisponding notification from the USER's perspective. As it is now ... it's like learning a language and they've only given us the English dictionary. We need the English to Spanish dictionary to understand the full picture for the 95+ email notification settings.
Currently, when a user marks a task as done with my part, the percent complete doesn't get updated. Require the user to update the percent complete based on the work completed.
In the user notification settings (under "Information about Projects I Sponsor"), I would like to see an option to "Automatically subscribe to projects I sponsor." Many of our users take the extra step of manually subscribing to each project they sponsor to ensure they do not miss updates. It would be ideal to automate this process by turning on a single setting in their user profile.
It would be really helpful to see totals in charts. eg: if its a bar chart last column would be totals. makes it very user-friendly.
Planned Hours & Logged Hours are important fields for team members. Currently, the easiest place for a team member to see how many hours they have been assigned and have logged is on the Calendar view on their home screen. We don't really use the Calendar views functions (to personally schedule work) and instead spend most of our time looking at the Work List. With this in mind, we would like to see Workfront show the Planned & Logged Hours on the Work List as they are currently shown on the Calendar view. That is inside the left hand side task list underneath the task name at the same level as the details box.We have attempted to show these as custom fields on the Work List view, however, it isn't possible to show just that assigned users hours. Custom fields can only be populated with the main assignee or the total hours assigned. So in short, please add Planned & Logged hours for the individual assignee to the Work List view.
I have seen some related ideas, though not this exactly. It would be nice to be able to include Teams or individuals for request notifications based on form selections. For example, if there was a selection list for 1) IT, 2) Creative, 3) Legal and I selected the IT and Legal boxes, then the Creative team would not be notified.
Allow the user to sort search results by the fields displayed. ie. Project search - Planned Completion Field
I really would like static lists to be sharable across workspaces, similar as smart lists, snippets, templates etc. are shared.
Hi,I think it would be really useful to be able to filter hour types on the Utilization reporting tool. For example, we track both billable and non-billable hour types in our WF instance. If we could filter out all non-billable projects from planned hours and all hour hours logged as non-billable from the actual hours that would be super helpful. Thanks!
Hi all, Unless I'm not doing it correctly, I don't see a way to be able to filter your data by event / calculated metric values. I'm having a problem that I'm having to take outside of adobe right now but I feel could work in workspace if this was possible. Example: I have a list terms that I want to filter out by a particular benchmark or average value so I only see terms that are performing worse than the benchmark given. If I could apply a filter where "event x < benchmark" but at a total view and not a hit / visit / UV level. This would then only show the relevant rows of data where someone could come in and easily action. I know you can do workarounds using calculated metrics to give a certain view but doesn't provide the view that I'd share to business users, which needs to be simple to use. ThanksMatthew
For webinars and events, or any other gated content, we're creating landing pages that we wish to "expire" after the time of event. For that matter, after an event or a webinar, we need to keep in mind to redirect the URL of the landing page to our website general events / webinars pages. It would be great if there would be a way to schedule the redirection in advance, to choose date and time in order for the redirection to be automatic and that way we don't have to wait for after the event and do it manually, plus, avoid forgetting doing it. Surely it's an easy task for Adobe developers.
Proposing all task level custom form fields that are set to required be completed before closing a task where the custom form is attached. When certain information specific to a task to being captured through a custom form, it would be nice to prevent that task from closing until all required fields on the custom field are completed.
It would be great if we can have the ability to report open risks per project or portfolio in a graph format instead of the current lengthy detailed report option.
In New Experience if you minimize the menu on the left hand side where you have all your dashboards, reports, etc. all items of the same type have exactly the same icon which makes the indistinguishable. this is really bad UI/UX. This could be solved by allowing to setup custom icons, for any given report, dashbaord etc
A project for instance "NPI - FD REF Recessed handle + black glass AU NZ UK" we have a lot of approval processes linked to tasks. For instance Task 32. has an approval process. Although due to the Trigger being on New, the approval process is already active. But the project in in Planning. So should that not enable the approval process to stop or to edit the approval process? In other words can we not setup a project and test the approval process steps then change the project to current where the approvals are then active? The workaround is to go back and fix all the task dependencies to off and then complete the tasks and then revoke/recall the task in hands approval.
It's really great that Marketo has durable unsubscribe, and my team would love it if you also had durable email invalid. We would love to be able to clean email invalids out of our Marketo instance, and know that we'd never email those folks again, even if they somehow got re-imported. (We have some teams that are more experienced with list imports and salesforce syncs than others). Would it be possible to apply the same "durable" functionality to email invalid as is in place for unsubscribe? Thank you!
There are two main issues for me with the GTW plugin:It does not pull in Attended OnDemand status info from GTW. We make our past webinars available on our website, and I'd like to capture stats from that in the original webinar to show a more complete ROI on the webinar. It does not support Series and Sequence creation types from GTW. This caused a real problem recently. Not knowing this was not supported, I created a Series webinar (one webinar, 3 dates, bc when the webinar content is the same, that's substantially easier in GTW). I then created my events in marketo, and lo and behold, each date instance showed up in my list, implying that connecting to that webinar date would, in fact, populate my registered, attended, etc status field as the plugin does for single webinars. I happily created my reg forms, again thinking it would all connect up as usual. Not so much. I had to go MANUALLY transfer registered folks from Marketo to GTW (and no, I could not just re-create the webinars a
I think it would be an amazing quality of life feature to add the ability to tag different deliveries and campaigns. Currently, the intergration with Adobe Analytics relies far too heavily on the establishment of naming conventions and it is difficult to adhere to a particular naming convention among multiple teams and team members across a large organisation. Having tagging and enabling functionality to allow segments in dashboards to be created based on these tags rather than strict naming conventions in a delivery label would make reporting much easier as well as general searching for marketing activities within Adobe Campaign itself. We could tag by product, tag by audience, age group etc and this would provide a far more holistic solution for Adobe Campaign and its integration with Adobe Analytics.
Could there please be a dimension for Adobe Campaign program labels and IDs in Analytics - that way all campaigns relating to a specific program could easily be pulled in rather than solely relying on the campaign or delivery label as detailed in the below link. https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/integrating-with-adobe-cloud/working-with-campaign-and-analytics/campaign-dimensions-and-metrics-in-analytics.html
I would like to see some kind of provisioning with our SSO connection. Preferably it would be full api provisioning with Okta, however in liu of that, I would accept JIT provisioning with attribute consumption from the SAML statement for group digestion and mapping.
When looking at a SmartCampaign summary screen, sometimes either the Last Modified User or the Created By user is blank on the below screen. Support has said that the reason is because this user has been deleted from our users list. However, this screen should show the history of a campaign - no matter if the person was removed from Marketo or not - and because this value is missing it feels from an experience perspective that Marketo may be "missing data" or be somehow broken. To resolve this perception, just show some indication of the user who modified/created the asset. I think showing the person's name (even if they were deleted) is perfectly acceptable and would clarify the history of campaigns.
In order to facilitate more issue approvals with conditional approval paths it would prove really usful to have more than 4 types available. As we now have a number of request types being approved through Workfront, some of which require bespoke issue types to facilitate variable approval paths, this would all Workfront to be expanded across more areas of our business. As things stand we are constrained by the max number of 4.
As an enterprise company processing hundreds of projects with rates tied to them, I would like to have a central place to log multiple time-boxed or time sensitive rates available at the company or user level, not just the project level that we currently have. (The multiple rate functionality we currently see at the project level would meet our needs if at a higher level like the company or user ). This would reduce time to entry, reduce errors and missed rate changes, and improve vendor relations. Ideally, each user has a rate with effective dates for that rate. The rate could be entered in advance of the date. E.g. Update a new rate on a user in mid-December that is effective on 1/1 of the upcoming year. The hours entered for that user use the new rate for hours entered 1/1 and later.
