I would like to suggest adding an additional filter/search option to allow you to search for reports based on the person it is shared with. At the moment you can filter by report creators/owners & if a report is shared with you.You can search by tags and report titles as well but you cant search by projects that are shared with a specific user. I find it difficult to find reports that are shared with other users and having this option will be a great addition as I get a number of requests as an admin to share projects shared with people with additional people in the same team and the requests don't end up including who actually created the report or have the report title. 😞
We have a lot of customers that open proofs via mobile devices. Most are one off advertisers. Several email back and say they can't open the proof or don't want to download the mobile app just to view one single page proof of their advertisement. It would be nice and very user friendly it proofs could be opened directly in the mobile browser on IOS and Android.
It would be a good idea to be able to attach Label to dates. It will help correlate the events with a trend change. For example "New Release deployed" or "New marketing campaign rolled out" will help understand the significant trends change. Some of the desired features i could think ofAdd friendly label(s) to a date.Labels should be visible for each report under the report suite or org.An additional capability to toggle the label visibility at report level or in the reporting UI/workspace will be great. For instance if there are 2 labels associated to a date, i should be able to keep one and hide the other.
The updates time stamping isn't user friendly. Is there any way we can put in the real date (either in place or in addition to what's there)? I would never say "last Monday" for 2 days ago and it's really confusing to know when comments were made. Having the actual dates would solve this.
If we were able to add fields this would help the team know who should take the ticket with out opening the ticket.
Our team was wondering if it would be possible to view how often a report is viewed? We recently created several different reports which show statuses of different Portfolios. We are going to be utilizing these Portfolio reports as "Client Dashboards" for Product Owners to view status on each of their projects. We wanted to know if it was possible to pull metrics on how often a Product Owner views their report? We would love to know if the reports are worth maintaining based on the usage of the Product Owner.
May already have been suggested (please do let me know) but would be great to be able to edit the text shown in the Legend field of an element within a Line Chart. Sorted! Cheers
At the moment, there is no way to split the planned hours between users in a Report. Even though this is achievable in the Resource Management area in a table format, it would be really beneficial if we can create a report (graph) to show planned hours vs. actual hours for a user or a team.
We'd like to be able to see which parent task a to do sub task relates to when it is listed in the Home 'to do' list.We have the same tasks listed under different parent tasks, within a project. Currently you have to click through into the task, then again to see which of the parent tasks it relates. Just seeing this against the task when details are shown in Home would make this a lot easier.
I would suggest that all users should have read access to projects upfront (title, tags, project creator & project description) with the further ability to submit a request to the project creator to share the report. Potentially add in a Browse All Projects button next to the Create Project button? Then when a user lands on the All Projects page they see what projects are available but cant access the project itself. The user should then have the ability to request access to the project from the project creator to then approve/decline. This will streamline the process of sharing projects and democratizing data. At the moment seeing all the projects is not intuitive and as such half the time you don't know where, who or what projects have been created until they are shared with you. It creates further complexity where you need to then send an email outside of Adobe to request the project creator to share the report with you as a user.
Custom Activity Map link tracking is a great feature, this functionality should be extended to also work when a user right clicks on a link and opens it in a NEW WINDOW (or when a link opens in a new window). Currently, no links are tracked when links are opened in a new window. This feature should be a good addition to improve data in Analytics by better tracking user behavior.
It would be so much more efficient to be able to quick filter each report directly from a dashboard without having to click into each report. The quick filter option has been so great to quickly filter/search for content without having to spend time creating a customized filter. This would be great for users who are still learning Workfront to be able to quickly find what they're looking for.
Greetings!Marekto is integrated with Salesforce CRM in my organization. Many time it happens that we run into Exceeded API limit problem where Marketo consumes all the API calls from salesforce. but there is no reporting at Marketo end that can show which sync/ campaign/ program caused it. Would be very helpful if such report can be developed by Marketo. It leaves me in a very uncomfortable situation where something like this happens and there is no way to figure out what exactly caused the issue and how many api calls were consumed.
Be able to set the default duration of a task at a project levelSo if for example Task 10 is added, the duration would already be set to 1 day.
It would be nice to have the functionality on the Work List to separate approvals into their own list or some way to indicate that a user can review a proof. Tasks can be assigned to multiple people, but two of the three users could just be reviewers. Having the approvals separated could help keep the reviewers from reviewing the proofs out of order or keep the approvals from getting lost amongst the reviewer's other assigned tasks. Really, it would just be nice if the Work List had more customization.
I have reviewed the new Kanban capability in the 2017.3 Preview release. Kudos for adding Kanban however there is an important ( to us ) missing piece. In the current release every Kanban board is forced to use the same global status ( i.e. New, In Progress and Complete ). Please consider adding Workfront group status's to a Kanban board so that we can assign Kanban column names that make sense for a particular Kanban board. Thank you, Paul Maine
It would be really helpful to be able to archive guests contacts in proof who are no longer with the company but don't want to remove them from past proofs they have reviewed/commented on.
Please see attachment. I'm surprised the Task Details and Task Description isn't easily accessible from the right-sided sliding panel. I see this as being something that could provide a better experience to our users having task descriptions be one click away. Here is what I am thinking from a Planner and a Worker viewpoint. At a project view, sliding the task panel over opens up Task Descriptions where the PM can enter in notes to the worker. Then the worker can go into the same project view and click on his/her task and the right-sided task panel can provide the same Task Description to the worker without having to click around.I'm enjoying the new WF experience so far since being in it for a day. I've provided feedback at Leap about making sure the task panels allow workers to work in a project or task without needing to jump around. My attachment won't attach, so I'll link to where I posted my same thoughts in One.https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D50z0000
Today if you look for a dimension in the left rail and the filtered list contains a classification, it is labeled with the parent dimension name but does not have a reference to the parent variable. It's not possible to find classification based dimensions by entering the variable name either.Improve the search to be able to:see the variable name for every classificationfind classification dimensions by entering the variable name they are applied toExample of how it may look:
What Is The Idea?At this time, the recycling bin does not have the functionality to allow administrators to delete specified objects immediately from the instance -- objects must sit in the recycling bin for 30 days before being deleted. This idea is to add the ability for admins to delete specified objects immediately as needed. Why Is This Idea Important? As admins, part of our work includes ensuring the security of our users, their work, and the work of our companies in our instances. Some of the work we do includes confidential information that sometimes should not be put into Workfront. While we can setup prevention measures to limit the confidential information from making its way into the instance, sometimes this data still gets through those firewalls. Having the ability to immediately delete the confidential information that falls through the cracks limits the risk of that information being exposed in the event of a hack. Not only does this keep our instances more secure, but
If you have duplicate lead records in Marketo, it's important to know which record Marketo considers the "active" record. Consider the following example:Sending Batch EmailsIf there are duplicates within your email list, only one email will go out. It will be the lowest Marketo ID (created first). This record is also used to populate tokens. Example:CreatedUpdatedMarketo IDFirst nameEmail3/13/20104/13/20102749Elizabethbeth@company.com12/15/20123/15/201610936Bethbeth@company.comIn this case, the email will be sent to the first record with Marketo ID 2749. It will say “Dear Elizabeth” if you use a token for first name. Also, the activity entries will be attached to that record (sent, delivered, opened, clicked). When the email click goes to a page with Munchkin code in it, any web visits will also be associated with this record.[EDIT 1/30/2018]: apparently this is not the case. As you can see below in the latest comments, @Aaron Dear uncovered a serious issue/bug - esp
We would like to document custom information of a project for status reporting. A nice way for us to do this would be either by using the update feed within a project or baselines. It is important to us that we can build a report even on historic data not only the current content of the custom form. An idea to enable this would be to make the information in custom forms of baselines static. It would show the Content of the custom form at the time the baseline was created.
We would like to have option to show "total/combined line graph” visualization for filtered dimensions.See my example picture:We have done freeform table with dimension X. My example is for last touch channel, but better use case would be page dimension.Anyway, you will get the idea.I have filtered my table to show only referring domains and natural search. I would like to see only 1 line graph that is containing total amount of visitsfor only these two filtered dimensions. I can "uncheck" both dimensions and that way I will get only 1 line graph, but that is always for total visits and not for my 2 filtered dimensions. I have tried all the settings including unchecking “show grand total”, but that is only affecting to table and not the line graph.I could easily do a segment or calculated metrics for these dimensions and get the result I want, however, too time-consuming and maybe the biggest issue for us is that there will be too many segments just for this kind of matter that sh
I see a few old ideas in here about this topic from many years ago, but can't seem to vote them up so creating a new one. It would be great if Marketo allowed users to share Marketo calendars with people who do not have access to Marketo -- ideally with a read-only URL. I'd also like to be able to set up subscriptions that will send updated calendars to select people via email. A large majority of the Marketing stakeholders at my company do not have access to Marketo. That means, in order to share a calendar with them, I need to send a screenshot of what we have going for a given time period. This does not provide an automated/real-time option, and sort of defeats the purpose of the Marketo calendar. Without the ability to share read-only calendars to non-Marketo users, the Marketo calendar offers limited functionality and in my opinion, is not a truly viable marketing calendar solution.
When building date ranges you can use variables for days, weeks etc to build your dynamic date ranges. Can we please include the ability to also select hours when setting up your rolling dates? This will make more operational type reports have more applicable date ranges like last 24 hours etc.
